Is it possible to append a URL parameter after successful marketo form submissions? Example.  'example.com/thank-you-for-a-demo/?status=mFormSuccess '  

I sent an e-mail to a list of people, and now I would like to sent an second e-mail to anyone who didn´t opened the first e-mail. Which filter or combination of filters can I use? I use the filter - "Member of List" than "Name of the list" to sent   Someone could help me?  

Would like to flow program status from Marketo to CRM for all the program members: Each time the status updates, the same should reflect in CRM Bi directional sync is there But API call restriction and number of program member in each program is making the sync time out Any suggestions how can it be done and how to make it scalable?

I am using a JSON hash map and would like to validate that I am getting data, and if not that I provide a "Default value. I cannot get it to check properly if my hash has a value or not. For some reason the $NME is already returning true.  I am trying to account for cases where I don't have a match or the key NME doesn't exist. Hi,    we shifted to Marketo this month and I currently have to automate an online gym I have created for our customers.  The gym has a total of 17 different classes that have between 1 to 3 recurrences a week. Since we just shifted to Marketo and the only capacitation we were give was of sending an email, I am completely lost with the tool and how to automate the following:   1. Connect Marketo with zoom: this way I can automate event name, timings and the different schedules for the same class during 2020.  2. create a custom form that allows a client to subscribe to any of the different 17 available classes (if it's possible to attach an image so they can see the timings of each class in the calendar) in addition to their email. 2. Send reminder emails before each class to all my subscribers 3. Every month send an evaluation form to the class subscribers to assess different things.      Thanks,    Giovanna

I'm trying to compare total numbers/stage between two different RCE reports: Model Performance & Program Revenue Stage.   Can anyone tell me the difference between these two and specifically whether I should be able to tie the numbers together? We've been using Program Revenue Stage and I wanted to start using Model Performance (in order to use the Field Groupings) but the conversion numbers are very different between these two reports.

This is regarding the Get Folders endpoint: https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Folders/getFolderUsingGET   If I hit the API with no root specified: <instance>.mktorest.com/rest/asset/v1/folders.json?maxDepth=1000&maxReturn=200&offset=0 after iterating through the offsets/pages, I would expect to get all the folders in my Marketo instance.   I am finding, however, that any folders that are children of programs are not returned.   Example path: Folder 1 (folder) / Folder 2 (folder) / Program 1 (program) / Folder 3 (folder)   This API endpoint will not return Folder 3 unless I specifically query the endpoint above with that folder as the root node.   Has anyone else run into this?

I have been working in Marketo to update the previous forms I have in Marketing Activities for various programs we have running still. I was wondering if I was able to use Global Forms to update previous forms I need to change? For example, a lot of the programs we have running that were created in the past have used the same Global Form. If I edited the Global Form, would they update those already in programs in Marketing Activities?   Further, for the future, is there a way to create a Smart Campaign where I can use the same Global Form for more future programs but not have to clone it into each individual program? It would have to be able to differentiate the people who clicked on specific programs. 

I have a new field coming to MKTO from SFDC called "Form Product Type".  I'm hoping to put this field into a Custom Object that we populate via API Forms from our Drupal CMS system. The field is going to be a hidden field that populates the field value based on the product/page the person submitted from, so if they submit a Form from the product A page, that field would populate with the "Form Product Type = A". And so on for product pages B, C, n. The problem I'm running into is that the Object already exists and I can't seem to add a new field to the object. What can I do?

Hi All,   I am new to marketo. I have two sandboxes and I need to migrate configurations from one to another. Is there a way to use some form of "Change Sets" as salesforce has ? I don't think recreating the whole config one step after the other is cost effective. I am hoping there is a way and will need some guidance and confirmation from this community.   Thanks,

We have a form we use to enter in campaign data from an email response that then goes into Marketo. We just migrated to Wordpress. Looking for some guidance on how to get this form in wordpress. Or if someone has some other way to do this.

Hi all! As the new Marketo admin in our company, recently I found out that we have some major data discrepancy between Salesforce and Marketo, in general, but mainly, in the account level. The data is most reliable in Salesforce and since Marketo is supposed to only receive fresh data and updates I wonder what is causing that. It seems that the latest data (from 2020) is 90% correlated but a lot from previous years (2015),  is not.   1. Has anyone encountered a situation like this before and did you understand what was causing that (Marketo or Salesforce)? 2. How did you solve that?  3. Is there an option to batch push data from Salesforce to Marketo?   Thanks!

Hello Marketo Nation, I've got a form field of type string, which is embedded as a checkbox. Upon form submission, it's either saved as "yes" or "no" to the Marketo Database. However, I want it to have "True" and "False" respectively. The field is synced with another platform, so ideally this mapping is reflected during form submission already, not corrected afterwards using a smart campaign. What's the best way to do this? Hello,   We are developing one of website in Wordpress and having lead data in different Marketo Lists.   We are using REST API however we need to check if the user who comes to the website pages is present in the database or not and get details of a known user already present in some other list in Marketo database and add to the present list.   Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

@sanfordwhiteman I am not able to add the form as a dynamic element inside a Marketo landing page. For instance, I want to show a separate form for a different segments of the audience. I created the segment, tried to add separate forms under each segment under the dynamic settings of the landing page. Somehow, the green tick is not clickable, and the result is not dynamic as well.   Can you please help here?

Hello,   I am trying to setup a Marketo campaign to track users that have logged into our business dashboard.   The business dashboard has a Marketo munchkin and shows that it is tracking some clicks and users on these pages, but only a small portion. When I look at Google Analytics I see a much larger number of users who have gone and used our business dashboard.   I try to capture these users by using visited web page - then input the webpage that users land on after they have logged into their business account. I need some help understanding why it only captures a small portion of the users going to the page.

Hello sir, I want to set up a custom validation for form. Currently, we are using that validation code on the template page but I need to move that code in form backend side so it will work for every page wherever I have used that form. Where can I upload that code on the backend side?  Give an example. Like I want to restrict the user to enter the @gmail account while filling the form. How can I do it Marketo level instead of form or page level?

our vendor, is sending over preliminary lead info, not sure exactly why, but almost to pave the way for later, and at that time picks up the unique marketo ID, then later (could be days later) comes back and updates this lead based on the Marketo ID with email, name, company and activity data.  Is this lead considered Anonymous until the email and other pertinent information is populated, such that when the lead is populated with an email and other data, only then will it actually trigger "New Person is Created"?

What resources do you share with new employees when you want them to understand broadly what Marketo can do?  The tutorials are too dense and the public demos are too high level.  Is there anything in between?
