Hello All,   I need to add multiple tokens in the Change Data value flow step to accomplish one requirement: Need to stamp the last suppression reason of a lead and the updated one in a single field attribute "Suppression Reason" as highlighted below (this screenshot is for a single case only as I have added multiple other CDV's for the same): As per the Marketo documentation, multiple tokens can be used in Interesting Moment, Create Task, and Send Alert flow steps. So just wanted to check if there is any way to do it for CDV too ?

Hello there,   I am looking to hide my submit button from my Form if specific selections are made within the drop down of the form. How can I make this work? Please direct me to the correct path as this is my first time trying to execute such a thing.  In this form, if a person selects Agency/Consultants, Apply to be a contributor or Support for current contributors the form Submit button should disappear while a message pops up. I was able to hide the rest of the fields and get the message appear using the visibility rules. But I am not sure how to make the Submit button disappear once either of those selections are made.  Thank You!

I hope you can help me with the following case. I have created two RTP Campaigns for the same segment. The first is a Dialog that opens on an exit intent and the second is a Widget (sticky) that opens automatically after 20 seconds. Can these two RTP campaigns be played simultaneously on one page? In my tests on the live page, only one of the two is triggered. This means that if the Widget is triggered, the Dialog is not triggered if there is an exit intent, and vice versa. How is it possible that both campaigns can be played? Thank you for any helpful answers.  

Hey Community,Just wanted to know whether we can track the metrics ( Email opens, Clicks, Delivered) using trigger campaigns in the AB testing Email program set up. Initially I used the email program and added AB testing to it and scheduled it fixing the sample as 50%-50%. Before scheduling it I also activated the required trigger campaign to track the opens, clicks and delivered metrics. Unfortunately, the trigger campaigns didn't track the metrics as expected. Can anyone please let me know whether it is feasible to track using triggers?.    

Hi all,   I have been searching hi and low for a solution and haven't come across one yet.    I am being asked to exclude leads from receiving an email that has downloaded specific content in the past. I tried creating a smart list to see if it would populate leads but I don't see rules for downloads or anything like that. I see that there is a clicked-linked or filled-out form. (For reference they must fill out a form to download a specific content. However, we use a master form for it all).   The content download is a PDF in our design studio under images, but that link doesn't appear in the dropdown for the "Clicked link" filter. Is there a different way to do this? Anything helps! Thank you in advance!

Hello all, We're finalizing a project to move all customer data to Custom Objects, and one scenario has me a bit stuck. We have an object called "Accounts" that has a fair number of fields for customer account data. There is typically more than one account per Lead (obviously).   The struggle is - we send out a monthly email if customers are not meeting criteria for a certain account. Some customers may have more than one account and need an email for each account missing criteria.   Each account has a unique Account ID to tie the necessary information to the right account, but how would I approach a velocity script that basically goes:   01) Look for Account ID 02) Look at Product Description to match X or X 03) Look at three criteria fields and check for FALSE 04) Push the True/False values in a Token 04) Pull in the Last 4 of Account into a Token   Just not sure how to approach Marketo seeing each account as it's own thing.

Hi folks,   Have you ever had a problem that the submission failed because reCAPTCHA was enabled?   I installed Google reCAPTCHA v3 in Marketo only to discover that it occasionally failed. Not all the time though.   When the submission failed, we got the folloing in Network:   Double click and the message was "Captcha field missing in form" Anybody help please?  

Hello,   Pardon if you're tired of seeing me post about this but I am getting to my wit's end. I am being told that the obstacle of being involuntarily signed out of Marketo is a technical limitation in how Marketo's single sign-on is "set up". Need your "Marketo" expertise on the following scenario.  We are looking at posting our on-demand webinars behind a Marketo form.  We would like to be able to use one form which we would embed on our website.  We need to be able to track which webinar they were interested in so that we can send an email with the link to it.  Once the form is submitted, we need take them to the video page.  Any suggestions on how to do this, if it is even possible?  Thank you so much for your help!

Hey community! When checking the results of one my nurture streams, I noticed that the engagement score seemed really off in comparison to my other metrics.    My average engagement score is 38 (3 emails with engagement scores of 38, 38, and 39). However, the metrics are very high. I included them below for reference:  Delivered rate: 99.1%  Average open rate = 69.7% Average click rate = 47.8% Average clicked to open = 68.5% Unsubscribe rate = 0% (out of 423 sends sends) These metrics are significantly better than my other streams, but my other streams have higher engagement scores. From what I've read, the score is based on "engaged behavior (Open, Click, Program Success) and disengaged behavior (Unsubscribe)", so I'm confused how these metrics are yielding a score in the 30s. I feel like something isn't matching up, or maybe I'm overlooking something here.    I would love to hear if anyone has insight or has had a similar issue. Huge thanks in advance!

Hi Marketo team, We have clients to whom we push data via API. We publish Attendance Custom Activity on their account. They escalated that for some contacts Attendance Activity is not present . On debugging from our logs we found that API to search leadId from email i.e. {restEndPoint}/rest/v1/leads.json?filterType=email&filterValues={customerEmailId} is giving inconsistence response. The API which we hit at 2nd feb gave list of leadIds in response while for 3rd it didn't gave for same emailId. hi there, we cant seem to understand why when the data comes into GA we cannot see the landing page but a marketo token link insteadWe will need to see each LP to be able to attribute the conversions.We can't see the links in EOA either (we can the click maps) as they change the links to their own for the tracking.   any help appreciated as always, thanks, Mike

These fields will be changing according to their account owner.  From Name From Address Reply to Address Signature   Can I know how this can be archived using velocity Script.  For example we can use these 2 Account owners that's located under these fields. Good day everyone! We have been exporting individual program reports to combine this with data that is outside of Marketo. This obviously isn't scaling super well as our activities grow.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create a centralized report showing all program engagements and associated program status values (and the program name) that occurred in a date range. This would provide us with a single report to export.

Has anyone had success in putting emojis in the preheader? I have been able to do it in the subject line by following the method here https://blog.teknkl.com/yes-you-can-use-emojis-in-marketo-subject-lines/?marketo-nation but when I follow the same method for the preheader, the code renders and not the emoji. If I try putting the emoji in the preheader text, then the rest of the text disappears. I also tried making the preheader a token but that did not help. Any advice?

Hi All,   New to Marketo.  I have what I imagine is a very basic question.  We have a nurture program running every week on Thursdays at 9am ET with 1 stream.  I sent the first cast February 7 based on a smart list - so all current members will receive email 1.   My sales ops team will be sending an import of net new leads to run through the program cadence.  I plan to use a static list to import these leads and a smart campaign to add them to stream 1.    My question is, if I add them on a Friday, will they be included in the cast on the next Thursday?  And if so, will Marketo know that they haven't received the first email and send the first email in the stream?  Thanks in advance!

Microsoft Outlook underwent an update on the 19th. Now, the 2 column module in my emails is not responding as it should on the latest version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac desktop (blocs should be side by side, not one above each other). I'm wondering if anyone has also experienced this as of late? If so, what is the solve you found?

Hi Team, Need assistance with this. There is salesforce integration  and it is estimated around 180000 contacts entering salesforce this week; so what are the things that needs to be done on marketo side. I can create a report to see if all of those contacts are synced to Marketo post integration; any things else to watch out for or anything that needs to done.   Thanks, Deepthi.    

We want to create a model where, for a lead or contact, after a period of inactivity (90 days), Last touch gets set as the first thing they do to re-engage and then it gets set for another 3 month, after which last touch expires.   Anyone know if that is possible?

Hello!  I'm attempting to modify a currently existing form, hosted on a third party site, to require at least one checkbox be checked prior to submission. I have the code (pulled and modified from a VERY old discussion here on the boards) placed as a block of rich text at the bottom of the form. It's SO close to working.
