I am using a form to capture basic details such as name, email, website. I'd like to use the input from the website field + a predefined set of characters as a follow-up external URL.   For example website field is: www.example.com  Pre-defined characters are: /123XYZ The follow-up URL would be  example.com/123XYZ   As form URLs only allow text my.tokens and nested tokens are not possible to use, is there any other way I can achieve the above?    P.S. I have made sure the website field only captures valid websites such as example.com or www.example.com

Hello, Is it possible to abort started batch smart campaign via Marketo Rest API? Just like it possible using "Abort Campaign" button in a dropdown list on the "Schedule" tab (but we need to automate it somehow). Thanks in advance for any hints!)

Hello - I am hoping someone here can provide some advice on an issue we are having.   Example of issue: Our team is currently running LinkedIn campaigns. Leads from these campaigns sometimes provide their personal email address instead of an organizational email address. In our business, we require an organizational email to demo and/or purchase our products. Therefore, anyone who completed a LinkedIn form may already be in our system with their organizational email address. When they submit, we have the issue of having duplicate records in Marketo (one personal, one email). Our marketing would then get directed to their personal email address, which we don't want.   I guess to resolve this, a previous employee years ago created a workflow where leads are notified via email to submit their organizational email address. Hello,    I will soon be tasked with building programs for our marketing partners in Japan. I have seen this post, but cannot determine my next steps. What does it mean "declare English target fonts before Chinese target fonts, because English language fonts do not contain the glyphs for Chinese characters, but Chinese fonts do contain a-z characters..."   I am NOT a developer but if I'm understanding the little bit of literature on this, it's looking like I need to create new asset templates as my current templates may not accommodate the distinct font families that work with the language in question's characters/glyphs.   Would love for someone to flesh out a step by step for this task? Again I'm not a developer, but if I know what needs to be done, I might be able to contract for one.    Thank you!

Hello all,   I'm struggling with a Marketo/Dynamics native integration. Dynamics uses lookups for certain fields - like Country - and we see GUIDs instead of friendly values on synced down persons.   Any idea why these fields are not editable from the detail view UI? I can change them through Smart Campaigns though.   And secondly: Although we read these GUID values from CRM, we can't seem to insert a lead correctly into CRM with these values. Is Marketo not supposed to insert with the lookup IDs?I've read through this forum and saw a couple of threads regarding this issue - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/marketo-to-dynamics-hows-that-working-out/m-p/67721#M34836 - but I haven't seen a solution. I have been using this code which works very well on a subscription center page.  User can have any number of newsletters selected but then on clicking unsubscribe all of their newsletter selections are removed.  Perfect. Only issue is if the users changes their mind and then checks a newsletter checkbox the unsubscribe field remains checked. My skills in this area are quite limited.  Is there an easy way to implement the reverse of this such that if a newsletter selection is checked after the unsubscribe the unsubscribe setting is removed? I have recently became an admin for some new pages on Facebook. I can not get them to show on the Marketo side. I have deleted access and tried to re-auth Facebook, but my same few pages show up.   Anyone know how to get this to refresh?

Anyone here with Unbounce forms experience?I have an Unbounce landing page form integrated with a Marketo List. I wanted to add an additional checkbox field to the form that would sync to a Marketo Boolean (True/False) field. I added the checkbox to the form, and in the Unbounce Integration Settings I synced the Marketo field to the form field. However, each time I try using the form, there is an integration error ("Invalid value for field ____").I think the problem could be that in Unbounce the form field (checkbox ) is a string field, while in Marketo it's a Boolean (True/False) field.I can't find an Unbounce field that is Boolean. While Unbounce Support is looking into this, does anyone here have experience and a solution with the same issue?Thanks.

I was trying to export a list of emails that were blocked from being sent an email. I went to list actions and hit export list. Now the leads are gone and I can't find where they were exported to so I can upload them. How do I undo exporting a list or find the export file?

Is there a way to sync custom fields which are created under the Campaign Member object in SFDC to Marketo?

Hello,   I need to pause a considerable list of people from all nurture programs running in our instance. Since this is a huge list, does anybody in the community know what's the fastest and best way to do it? Or How can I find which lead is a part of which nurture program? That way I'm thinking of running a batch and moving them to a paused stream   Any response is appreciated. Thanks in advance!  

My colleague runs a yearly email performance report. Marketo shows a total sent of 5.8m.  However, after downloading, the true number we find in Exel is 6.8m. I create a new report and also see 6.8m.   I think there's a chance that Marketo does the wrong calculations.
