Hi everyone,   I am working on a new guided landing page template. I have these 3 variables in my code: <meta class="mktoBoolean" id="showNav" mktoName="1. Show Top Nav Section?" default="true" true_value="flex" false_value="none" false_value_name="Hide" true_value_name="Show"> <meta class="mktoBoolean" id="showSection2Form" mktoName="2. Show Form?" default="true" true_value="block" false_value="none" false_value_name="Hide" true_value_name="Show"> <meta class="mktoString" id="SubFormText" mktoName="3. Text on top of the form" default="Complete this form to register.">   When I approve the template file and use it in a landing page, they show up in different order, as seen below: The order should be 1, 2, 3.   Do you have any ideas how to fix this?   Best regards, Yavor

Hi everyone,    I have discovered a problem with the token Calendar File.   I have an email, with a CTA. I put the token name {{my.calendarfile}} in the CTA text but my problem is that : On Gmail, the text decoration doesn't work and I still have the blue underline, but the white color does, and in Outlook, the design of the button is bigger like twice in the height.  Here is the HTML code we have added in the HyperLink text on the token.    <div style="text-decoration:none !important;"><span style="color: white;text-decoration:none !important;">Add to Calendar</span></div>     Does anyone have an idea of what we should do to fix this ?    Thanks a lot, 

Hi Everyone,I am starting to ABM Modul with Salesforce. I have already created named account with 'Discover CRM Accounts'. I have an account with multiple contacts and opportunities. Marketo can see contacts, but nothing else (we have 2 opportunities in sfdc). How can I sync/ see the opportunities in marketo ABM?  Thank you in advance Kata

In trying to stay ADA compliant but the form generator creates a blank duplicate label for checkboxes. Is this a bug? Is there a fix? See screenshot.Thanks in advance

Hey, in our online SAAS app there's an option to add users directly from within the app. In this option we ask for a full name. It's not a Marketo form and changing the full name to first and last is not option right now.    Also from what I understood, the full name field cannot be written to from an external API.    Is there a way to use a custom full name field and parse it somehow to first and last name? I saw the article about using a JS script but it only applies to a Marketo form and this is not.    Thank you. 

I know this question has been asked before a few times, and each time the style removal hack was commented by Sanford Whiteman. I don't see how that is a good solution for this problem. It's a work around that offers a bad user experience. I would like to request that Marketo offers an option when creating forms to allow for no styles to be attached/injected along with that particular form ID.The problem is that we want to embed marketo forms onto our sites and have the option to be able to style the forms ourselves. To do this right now the only solution has been to let Marketo inject all the style tags and inline styles into our site(there is no way to stop this) and then run some javascript to remove/disable the styles so that our own styles can work. There are multiple style tags injected to the document head and multiple inline styles injected to the form. This is a bad user experience to wait for Marketo style injection on page load, and then some more style flickering occur

Business need is to track UTM parameter details on non-Marketo landing page and to achieve this we have created one time process mytoken as well as used system campaign token. Now, our stakeholder also want to capture email name in the UTM parameter but they do not like mytoken approach as it is need to update every time when new email or program is created. Does anyone have alternate solution for this use case?

How can I know where a my.token is used?   I would like to delete a my.token but I'm getting alert that the token is already used.However I cannot find any occurence in any of my local assets. Is there a way to locate where the token has been added?    

Hi,   I'm new to Marketo and trying to edit an email template. I'm getting this error when trying to edit the code, "Limited Access: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this action."   Anyone know how to solve this?   Thanks,

The form loads on other computers in all browsers, but for some reason on this specific computer (2009 macbook pro) we're getting a 403 back from the request.If I copy and paste the Request URL into the browser it works.If it was just this one computer we would let it be, but we recently received some feedback from a customer saying they had issues with the form not loading on their mac too.Anyone have any ideas?

hey everyone,   I'm running into some racing issues between Marketo <> SFDC sync. We have our programs and campaigns sync'd and SFDC is handling all assignment of leads. I'm having issues specifically where new leads are sync'd "too fast" from Marketo to SFDC and thus assigned to a rep before all the necessary info (for lead assignment) from Marketo is populated and are sometimes being assigned to the wrong rep.   Any idea on how to remedy this? 

Hi,    We have a 2-part webinar planned and users will have the option to register for one date or both dates. I understand that Marketo does not support recurring webinars from Zoom, so I would love your advice on how to set this up?    The ideal user journey would be: 1. Sent registration email 2. Visit LP and chooses the dates they want to attend by filling the form 2a. If chooses only one date - receive confirmation, reminders etc for that date only2b. If chooses both dates - receive confirmation for both and reminders for both   Looking forward to hearing if anyone has built something similar in the past.    Thanks!    

Hey everyone,    Had a question for you all. If I'm trying to create a suppression list of all contacts at accounts who have had an opportunity created (won/lost/open - don't care) since Jan 1, 2019  - it seems to me the best way to do it is:    Has Opportunity = True Was added to Opportunity on or after 1/1/2019   However, that only grabs the contacts on the opportunity, is there any way to expand it to all contacts at accounts with an opportunity created after 1/1/2019?   **I don't have RCE**   Thanks

There is noise data for all blank data except Marketo ID. We are considering deleting the noise data, but I would like to confirm whether this noise data is really noise data. If we have a list of 50k people in our database and want to avoid to send an email to all 50.000 contacts at once (and avoid to be considered as a spam) is there a way in Marketo that the email get's send out in 'batches'? e.g. first batch to people where last name starts with A-C, 2nd batch D-F, etc. Because we have also hundreds contacts in our database using ´the same domain (e.g. @ABC.com) we hope by sending this batch emails we avoid to get into the spam filter of these big companies.thanks. Hey there! We want to provide a different coupon code to contacts based on where they came from (referring url) after a form submission - ie LinkedIn, Facebook, Community, etc.    We have utms setup to capture the referrer upon form submit. I've setup the segmentation, a snippet, the dynamic content with the different coupon codes, and put that on a success page. The form is setup to follow up with the success page once the form is filled out. The issue is, the processes to update the segmentation are slower than the follow-up page is served and therefore the contact gets the wrong coupon code.   Is there another way to provide the code dynamically upon form fill outside of the segmentation / snippet way without sending an email?

Hello, I am using Marketo with a CRM integration and the following permissions for an API user: -Read-Write Activity-Read-Write Activity Metadata-Read-Write Assets-Read-Write Campaign-Read-Write Lead I am getting both 603 and 1018 errors. After running a test with the CRM integration disabled I still got the 603 error but after adding the Read-only Company permission along with the above the errors disappeared. We need the CRM integration to remain active on the live account but it is my understanding that enabling the Read-Only Company permission while having this integration active would still return 1018 error, therefore what other causes could there be to these errors?

Hi All - Quick question with a [hopefully] quick solution?    Currently, we are using WordPress for the majority of our website. Any landing pages and registration pages that require a form, we simply embed a Marketo form into the page.    We'd like to start using UTM codes for landing/registration pages, but still want to leverage WordPress to host the page. I know how to do this if I'm using a Marketo LP, but is there a plug or secret ingredient to use UTM on wordpress with a marketo form?    Thanks, Andy

We got about more than 50k of these since last week.  The Marketo registration form was already been removed from our website. Our IT guy is now working on adding a recaptcha in our Marketo forms. But is there a way from blocking these from coming in? Like a flow or a rule?    Original source type is Web form fillout.
