Hey y'all!  I've got a weird issue that's coming up. In all the reporting from GoToWebinar, the State, Country, City (and a bunch of other fields) don't show up in the spreadsheet from GTW.   We use a Marketo LP and form to capture leads and require that information on the form and if I search Marketo for the lead, the information shows on their record.   The webinar program is properly connected to GTW and the Launchpoint service doesn't have any errors. Any ideas what might be happening?  

Hi, we are currently testing out Marketo Sales Insight (MSI).  During the testing, the VP of Marketing wants to turn OFF the ability to "Send Marketo Email" option from Salesforce.  This option is on the MSI Visualforce page on the Lead and Contact and maybe the Account records.   Since this is a managed page, is there a work around to turn off?

Does anyone know how to add a Near Me finder on Forms. We want users to be able to enter their address and find the nearest office to them. I guess that could be using a google maps api plug in, or a list of offices with their gps coords. Has anyone done anything like this?  

We've requested that the Email Suspended At field be mapped to Salesforce - but this isn't passing over to Salesforce at the moment. Has anyone had success syncing Email Suspended / Email Suspended At / Email Suspended Cause as well as Email Invalid / Email Invalid cause to Salesforce? We're looking to dashboard invalid and suspended emails in Salesforce.

Is it possible to report out and programs that have been created, that do not contain specific filters. Example: We have a Smart List which is used to identify all contacts deemed as marketable to, which should be used in all email programs as below; The issue is, this is not always being used, and we would like a way to identify any email programs not using this parameter.If anyone knows a way of pulling a list of these cases, either within Marketo reporting, audit trail, via API, or any other means, that would be much appreciatedTIA

We would like to have program details (i.e. channel tags, other program tags, program status, program success status, etc.) and campaign details (i.e. campaign performance) for those programs. Hi everyone,    First time posting. Not sure if this is the right place. we just ran our first nurture campaign to about 6000 inactive people in our database. We leveraged the nurture master program smart campaign that came with our Marketo purchase to target the people and they all became members of the campaign, which then synced with SFDC when we set up a SalesForce Campaign Sync. We only want those people who reacted to the campaign to be sent to sync's with SFDC. How do I do that instead?   

I am running into an error when building a email script token. The error states "Script block is too large." Has anyone ever run into this before? Any way to get around it easily? There are 995 lines in my script. Thanks!

I've been trying to add a reCaptcha v2 to our marketo guided landing pages that use a form after implementing a test on a free-form but since the form on the DOM is defined with a div I haven't been able to add the captcha container inside the form. Hi Community,   When a lead is created our lifecycle program changes the person's program member status to MAL.   I then move them to SAL and our lifecycle program changes the person's program member status to SAL.   Then the person comes in through a form with an incorrect email.   We find this dupe and merge it in Ringlead (thus SF), which sync's the merge back to Marketo. During this ringlead merge, we prioritise the SAL value (further down the funnel) over the MAL one.   Marketo then decides to respect the 2nd (new) lead's program member status of MAL.   This causes my lifecycle field value (SAL) to de-sync with their program member Status (MAL).   Please help and thank you all in advance.   Sean

Hi Everyone -  I've been a Marketo User for years, but this is my first post in here, so my sincerest apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place. I was wondering if anyone has ever used Velocity scripting to evaluate greater than or less than statements using velocity scripting. For example, I'd like to display a phrase x if a person most recently has a currency value of x1, but phrase y if they have a currency value if y1. I think I'm running into the issue that I'm evaluating greater than or less than currency values against integers, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to use the Number Tool to convert a stored currency value to an integer. I'm trying to clone a form via the API but I'm getting some unexpected results when compared to cloning emails/landing pages. When I clone a form, if the original form is approved it then gains a draft. With a really important summer 2020 product update release happening to Marketo tomorrow, today's Throwback Thursday takes us back to the Summer 2016 release. There are so many features that we take for granted today, but one of the features that we've been talking about lately has been Multiple Branding Domains. Multiple branding domains allow you to change the links in your outbound emails   It's not the sexiest product feature, but if you're an enterprise that has more than one brand it's likely you'll want to send an email from those different domain names. Hi Marketo Nation, There is a not a lot of information on setting up the LinkedIn Lead Gen Form in Marketo. I am having a problem sending out marketing emails from the correct owners. I need to send out emails from our Contact Owners in Salesforce, which apparently aligns with Lead Owner in Marketo, but the Smart List function in Marketo only offers the option of sending out from  Sales Owners, not Lead Owners. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I'm trying to streamline the number of real-time triggers in our Marketo instance, and one area that we could stand to improve is our behavioral scoring for web pages. We have different ratings for high-, medium-, low-, and negative-value web pages, and currently, we have one triggered campaign for each. Since each is triggered by "visits web page" with additional filters, all four campaigns attempt to run each time any record visits any web page, and that doesn't seem super elegant.   I was hoping I could create some sort of "controller" campaign that's triggered by any web page visit, and then use flow step conditions to request the high, low, medium, and negative scoring campaigns - so that only one campaign relies on a trigger instead of four. However, it's my understanding that "visited web page" filters look at the complete history of the lead visiting a web page, not just the most recent visit. Hi - We are building a 10-month/email engagement program, but not every month has an email that we want to send through Marketo. So, months/emails 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 will get an email from the nurture, but months/emails 3 & 5 will be skipped. How the heck do I skip that in my engagement program stream? Is that even possible? If I can't, anyone know of any workarounds? I'm trying to automate this program as much as possible. Thanks!
