Hi All, In one of our marketo landing page templates, we use 'AddThis', which is in fact dropping a cookie. We are in the process of integrating one trust in our marketo landing pages. We have tried the JS Type Rewrite method proposed by one trust for controlling the 'AddThis' cookie. But we are not able to control the same. Has anyone successfully tried the JS Type Rewrite of one trust to control cookies inserted by code. Could you check attached snapshot and suggest if anything more is to be done?

Hi Community,   If we want to use the "Cookie Value" functionality for hidden fields on our forms, is there additional code that we need to apply in order for it to work? If so, can someone share what that code is?   I built a form using cookie value hidden fields, tested it, and all of our fields are empty.    I sifted through a bunch of threads and I couldn't find one that clearly answered this.    Thanks, Hoi

Hello,   A marketo rep has set up Webinar events for my company with hidden UTM fields.   We held an event and sent the referral URL to the panelist for their use, so we could track how many referrals they provided. The event is linked to Zoom. However, the number of registrants in Zoom only shows the people who registered through the default landing page (no custom UTM codes). The people that registered through the referral link with the UTM fields do not show up in Zoom. Furthermore, when I check the referral list, the UTM source is blank.   Has anyone had a similar issue or has a solution?   As a workaround, I'm importing the Marketo referral lists into Zoom manually.   Thank you.

Hello all, I fell like I am getting crazy. I want to create a solution in wich if there is a phone number of a credit advisor than display it, if it is empty display the default number. The default number is displayed without any problem. But instead of the credit Advisor Phone number it displays "bestOfferBankAmountOfRate".    I tested if the {{lead.creaditadvisorphne}} works and it does. So I have no clue where I made a mistake. This is the script I used:   #set( $a = ${lead.creditAdvisorPhone})#if("$a" == "") #set($b = "0800 XXX XX XX")#end${b}   Thank you in advance

We have a channel that has the following steps:   10 - Member 20 - Filled Out Form (Success) 30 - Influenced (Success) 40 - Lead Not Accepted I've noticed that people that are the "Lead Not Accepted" status are still marked as a Success in these programs? Is this by design or is this something I should put into support. I know people can't move backwards in status in programs, but wasn't sure if success could be revoked in a later step.

This launch webinar url works when I add it to emails however I want webinar viewers to be able to save an add to cal link from a confirmation page and then be able to launch the webinar from the reminder.    This doesn't seem to work - do you know if the link is populated upon email send?

As part of our purposeful duplicate process (when CRM contacts are created in MS Dynamics) a basic webhook is called to create a fresh new lead:We're finding that this is working very inconsistently for us.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  What's odd is that we always receive a common error type "Duplicate Lead" Failed. Server Returned code 302" - even when the webhook runs successfully.  When I asked Support about this, they came back with the following:Engineering confirmed that the HTTP 302 message is not an error. Instead, it is the response code for a page redirect. HTTP 302:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_302With that being said; I've asked if Engineering can modify the wording being written in the activity log, to prevent any future confusion. I also pointed out that you are not aware of why the redirect is taking place in the first place, and asked if they could explain that as well. But this doesn't explain why the webhook is working so inconsistently.&nbs

HI All,  I am trying to create a campaign if user is on a specific folder on the site e.g. site.com/folder1.html and pages under it. Now, if user clicks on any page which is not from this folder and some other folder on the site e.g site.com/folder2.html then it should display a widget asking the user to be sure if he wants to move to folder2 pages or stay back on folder1 pages.   I thought if referrals segment condition under Behaviour works but that have some other logic. Any suggestions on how can this be acheived? PS - Show a campaign to users when clicking on specific set of pages or moves to other folder than the current one.   Thanks in advance. Regards, Kamal 

I am having an issue The form fields are repeating while implementing marketo form with gatsby at times.Upon inspecting the form i can see its just one form not twoHave anyone faced this issue before? Please suggest some resolutions for this

Does anyone know of a way to change the color of links? I'm trying to link certain things on a landing page and it's adding a line under the word in blue. I'd like to change that color if possible. I appreciate any suggestions/tips!

Hey all, I added a field to Salesforce and can't find it in Marketo when I try to select a condition to change the program status. I logged through my marketo account and it's in the lead view. Any ideas?

I created a new field on both the lead and contact in our SFDC instance and I am not seeing it in Marketo. I found this previous discussion How to Have a New Field in Salesforce Sync to Marketo and it says to just wait 5 minutes. I created the field almost 30 minutes ago. I also checked the field level security and it is checked off as visible. Any idea what's going on? Is there a way to manually force this in SF or marketo?

I had a user that filled a form with "null" as the company name. Since i am not using embedded marketo forms but backend submission, the value of the company name was null. even if i sanitize the field, the value is still null because it's a valid string. The result of it was that the company name stayed empty and the lead did not sync into SF because of the mandatory field requirement.   I have a way to validate and return an error to the user on form field globally in code but i wanted to use the smarts of the nation and see if there is a better way to resolve this. Please feel free to bash me for bad behavior if exists.   Yaron

Hi there,I am trying to populate a custom field with a variable depending on the datetime in a field we have synced from Salesforce. Depending on the date of the Salesforce field, I want the custom field to populate with a specific string, these are different depending on the week.For some reason this flow step is not working as I would suspect and I think it is due to the datetime field not reading as between these dates. The flow step I have set up is as follows:The choices follow on as this so that each lead within each week increment gets a new value. The Segmentation Datetime field also reverts to having "12:00" at the end which I don't want (as I just want leads within these 2 dates inclusive) - I am not sure if this is the cause of my problems.During testing I could not get the flow to work with separate dates and all leads reverted to choice 1. Does anyone have any ideas?

I just received this error trying to merge two leads.Any ideas on what might have caused this error?

I currently have a Landing Page Test Group A/B testing 2 Landing pages. I have a winner and now I only want to link to 1 of the Landing Pages, and stop the test. Do I just Unapprove (see below)  the Landing Page in the Test Group and then the link will only go to the 1 remaining Landing Page?   

I'd love to be able to take an existing starter template created by Marketo and clone it so I can A) learn from the code about best practices for creating templates and B) have an awesome starting point for our custom template.Is this possible? I can't find where it is if so.

Hi,When I upload a PDF as a downloadable asset in Design Studio, if someone clicks on the URL for the PDF that was generated by Marketo, and they scroll through the PDF, is that considered / captured as a web page visit in Marketo?Thanks,-Leticia 

Hi, Our core business is located in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) but a couple of weeks ago we started to attract English speaking user's attention. Additional to our marketing activities in German we're planning to set up marketing activities in English.My questions are:1. What are your good or bad experiences concerning setting up multilingual marketing activities? 2. For newsletters: Would you recommend multilingual programs or one program for each language? (I know this depends on the target of the campaign, but I think both ways have some advantages and disadvantages)3. What are your experiences with segmentation?
