in email, I am using  my token as a email script to display custom objects data but when displaying data in email it display data for old value as well as new value I want to refrain the old data and want to display only new data in email.

ReadyTalk is migrating to GlobalMeet webinar, sunsetting as of Sept 30, 2019. Does anyone know how this will affect Marketo's ReadyTalk LaunchPoint integration? Will GlobalMeet be a LaunchPoint partner? I have a few concerned clients and am having trouble locating much information. I see on the GlobalMeet website that it can integrate with Marketo but, from what little information I can find, appears to be a custom integration.Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!GlobalMeet Webinar: ReadyTalk Webinar End of Life 

We get a good number of form fill outs from people who do not fill out their complete email address (such as leaving out the .com)   Is there a way to not allow users to submit a form unless email address is complete?

so i can't get anything to work. variables do not show up but global variable do. editable regions are not able to edit, modules show but do not show images. change the order in the email does not work "dragging the module up or down to change position". Need help here is the code https://www.dropbox.com/s/b0t55b2kq4p4f91/email.html?dl=0 

Have you ever seen this in Marketo before? I cloned a campaign and the campaign actions are out of order. I deleted it and tried again and it's still happening. Do you know a work-around? 

I am trying to create property reference with lead standard objects with lead custom objects using variable as a property reference. In lead objects, I have only link id named as contactid which is linked to custom objects table name as activityI want this to be achieved ( $leadobjects.customobjectsPropertyName)I want to parse entire lead database, using custom objects property name.Please suggest how can I set variable in this case 

Is there any way i can customized my campaign IDs, or give my campaign ids in a sequence? or do I need to create a custom field and mark it as a campaign number or ID and put the numbers as per the requirement? Also, in either case what should be the best practice for data flow in CRM?

Hi All     I wanted to see if anyone knows why a basic email campaign takes several hours or a day to send, whereas, with an A/B Test, the bulk of the emails are sent within the first hour (and then winner sent at least four hours later).      I usually do my client's emails as an A/B Test, and pick 95% to go initially and the remaining 5% to go to the Winning Test 24 hours later - the first round of 95% generally goes out within the first hour.  Today, I sent their email out without a Test and, five hours later, only 90% of the emails have been sent...        Just curious if anyone knows of the reason for the time difference on these emails going out?  Trying to make sure I maximize their needs!Thank you!  Jenn L.

I'm looking for recommendations on the best ways to remove duplicates from Marketo where there are duplicate email addresses with different Marketo IDs.     Our instance ended with duplicates based on some migration work that was done quite some time ago and there's a desire now to merge those records so that no activity is lost.  I know there are technologies available to help with this effort and was looking for recommendations from this group on what you've used in the past successfully, that did what you wanted, relatively easily at a reasonable price.   Thanks in advance.

We moved to a new instance of MKTO and are going to lose access to our old one pretty soon - we want to export the entire database in our old instance for historical purposes. However, we have over 1 million records and it's taking a VERY long time just to export records who have emails that start with "A". Is there a quicker way to do this?

I'm creating some marketo form surveys and am running into an issue with the question labels. My labels display all the text on the editing page, but when I preview my survey, only the first sentence of the labels shows up. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried making the question required vs not-required and that didn't help.  For example, on the given link, the question, "When do you plan on moving" is supposed to display, "When do you plan on moving? Tag your Fallback Page. The official doc doesn’t call this out, but it should be part of your default setup.  When somebody goes to a nonexistent Marketo LP URL (or no-longer-existent, same thing) they’re redirected to your Fallback Page. But wouldn't you like to distinguish these visits from regular, legit visits to your corporate homepage? So tag your Fallback Page like so: Now, you’ll at least know when somebody (or lots of somebodies) followed a bad link... though, unfortunately, you still won’t know what that bad URL was. So it’s more of a cue for further troubleshooting: if UTM Source “mkto-fallback” shoots up on a given day, look for the LPs that went live that day. Tagging also helps detect non-fatal but still-confusing asset errors on your LPs. For example, a nonexistent favicon.ico path will redirect to your Fallback Page, and this can cause SSL-related warnings. You can now pick out those redirects in F12 Dev Tools » Network.

Hi Marketo gurus,How often does a Marketo Lead Sync to SFDC from Salesforce after a form fillout? I tried filling out the same form multiple times with different information and the lead has only synced once today.Is there some native functionality that has a limit on the number of syncs OR prevents the lead from syncing again, if the form is filled out? My workaround was to create a smart campaign to force a sync to occur every time a form is filled out, but I feel this is unneeded if it is supposed to be standard Marketo functionality.Any input would be great.ThanksSteven

Is there a way to pull a report of all A/B subject line tests we’ve done so far? Curious to see if we can compare the winners across all email campaigns and use it to brainstorm.

I would like to limit the number of times the same interaction is scored for the same email by the same lead. For instance if contact X is opening an email Y, they would be scored +1 for opening email Y just once. Same way for clicks and other interactions with an email.

There were old threads on this, but "Ron's Editor" is a Microsoft Windows product.  Any solutions for a Mac.  I have tried numerous accepted Import file formats, and all result in the same error: Import Fail due to unclosed quoation".  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I currently have a Landing Page Test Group A/B testing 2 Landing pages. I have a winner and now I only want to link to 1 of the Landing Pages, and stop the test. Do I just Unapprove (see below)  the Landing Page in the Test Group and then the link will only go to the 1 remaining Landing Page?     

Can I formally declare a winner in A/B tests for landing page/registration pages, or is this done manually? Only saw this functionality for email A/B testing.

Hi all,  Our website has multiple country pages with localized content and we often run into the issue of folks ending up on the wrong country page. To better their experience, I'm looking to see if there's a way to utilize the inferred data (country, state, etc based on IP) that Marketo gathers through the munchkin code so that we can use that to redirect them to the correct page and experience. This would ideally be for both known and anonymous folks. Other than changing up the navigation and UI of the pages themselves which is already a project at play, do you all have any suggestions on what is possible here? Thanks much,  Christine
