Hi, Recently, we have noticed that some leads' activities show the "Merge People" option, even though the leads haven't been merged. It appears that they have simply updated the form with the same email address. May I know the reason why it occurs? Please refer the screenshot for your reference.

Hi, For computed attribute, do I need to create a dataset by any chance? I see the schema is auto generated, however, I am not getting any data from the attribute that I had created. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks
Hi everyone, In the new Adobe Campaign Orchestrations release, we now have the capability to define relational schemas. While going through the documentation, I noticed mentions of a “recipient” schema, and I have some questions regarding how it works: As I understand it, there is no out-of-the-box recipient relational schema in AJO (unlike Adobe Campaign Classic), so any recipient schema needs to be built manually. Is that correct? If we build a recipient schema and additional relational schemas (e.g., loyalty transactions, loyalty membership) and link them to the Profile schema, do we also need to manually populate the data in these schemas for them to work with targeting and identity relationships? Or is there some automatic mechanism (like a view over Profile) that populates these schemas? I belive need to fill maully, no view. My concern is this: if data is already coming into the Profile Service, and then we also need to load the same data again
Hi, I have a suggestion for Approval Processes. Right now, when an Approval Process is attached to a Project, Task, or Issue, any time that object is put into the status it triggers the Approval Path. What I would like to see is a configuration setting that would only allow each Approval Path to trigger once per Approval Process use. For instance, I have a Project that triggers an Approval with three Paths‚ÄîCurrent, Go-Live, and Complete. Once the Project goes Current, and then moves on to another status, I don’t want that Project to be sent out for approval again for the Current Status, even if it is put back into it. Then the same would apply to the other Statuses on that Approval Process as well. I think the current setup is fine, as there is definitely a use-case to re-trigger Approval Paths multiple times. Could we get a setting when configuring the Approval Process to toggle whether each Path could only trigger once, or multiple times?
Hello, I have added the following javascript code to a copy of the notifySupervisor template in order to send workflow failure alerts to an ACC workflow for further processing: <%xtk.workflow.PostEvent("ccStageAlerts","signal","",<variables workflowLabel = {dataSource.workflowLabel} workflowName = {dataSource.workflowName} taskName = {dataSource.taskName} instanceName = {dataSource.instanceName}/>,false);%> This javascript is executed as expected and the data is sent to the 'ccStageAlerts', however, the HTML compiler fails because it does not recognize the "xtk" classification, so the delivery does not get sent. Is there another way to post an event to a workflow from within a delivery? Thanks,Skyler
Hi, I have a user that is not receiving any notification emails from Workfront apart from when they are tagged in a comment. They have everything turned on in their user settings, is there another location where these notificaitions could be configured? Thanks
Yesterday I noticed an update was pushed out for the look and feel of the Teams Request Widget. Limitations for this widget:No custom filters, groupings, or views are available for this widget.Checkboxes that have been added have no purpose. States no available actions when I click on the checkbox.Current solution is to just work directly from the project and review requests from their when it's assigned to a Team. The My Requests widget has all the features that would be ideal for this Team Request widget to function properly. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues with the recent update before I put in a support ticket. Thank you!
I have noticed that when triggering a push notification containing a deeplink, My android device doesn't process the notification correctly. The issue comes from the payload that generates a notification object like below.{"message": {"token": "c","data": {"body": "B","_id": "0","_mId": "4","title": "N","type": "","game": "","media_url": "https:/","media_url2": "","url_ext": "","url": "m","delivery_option": "android"},"android": {"collapse_key": "4","priority": "HIGH"}},"notification": {"title": "N","body": "B"}}If the "notification" object is present and the app is in the background:The "data" object payload will be ignored. When the user clicks the push notification:The app will launch. The user will remain on the home page instead of being redirected to the desired deep link (passed in the "url" parameter).I am trying to find out what generates that object as I cannot see anything in my delivery template.
Hi All,One of my clients wants to install AEM65 on Azure cloud they own. I would like to know the best way to install AEM on Azure. Please note that I need only AEM assets and not sites. I want to know the deployment architecture, security consideration and design of the solution. We are going to have 4 environments namely DEV,STG,UAT and PRD. I have given a solution already which seems not so accurate as it is not utilizing the Azure features like shared blob storage etc. Can someone please suggest the most optimal way to solution this problem. Note : The client is not ready to use AEMCaaS and standalone servers. Thanks.

Hey there! I'm looking to connect with a few fellow Workfront Admins to discuss your experience onboarding and adopting Fusion. We see the potential this tool has and can't believe we've gone this long without it. A few of the questions we have are below. Please let me know if you are interested in connecting - greatly appreciate your time and any feedback! What was your experience implementing Fusion - did you handle it internally or utilize consultants/adobe services? What does your Workfront/Fusion team structure look like? How long did it take to feel confident in managing integrations on your own? What technical background do you think is truly necessary to administer Fusion successfully? How steep was the learning curve compared to Workfront itself? Recommendations on effective training? If you were starting over, what would you do differently in terms of planning, setup, documentation, etc?
Hi AEP Community, I'm facing an issue while building audience segments in RTCDP using a lookup schema. Here's the context: SetupI have two schemas configured:Schema #1: Event Class SchemaEvent TypeCoupon IdCoupon Master IdSchema #2: Custom Coupon Master ClassCoupon Master Id (Primary ID)Coupon NameCoupon CategoryIssueWhen creating a segment to target profiles who have used a specific coupon, I get the following results:Segmentation Rule: Event Type = "Voucher Used" AND Coupon Name = "Free Coffee Voucher"Result: 0 profiles returned.Segmentation Rule: Event Type = "Voucher Used" AND Coupon Master Id = "RM001"Result: Expected profile count returned.Segmentation Rule: Coupon Name = "Free Coffee Voucher"Result: Expected profile count returned.QuestionCan anyone share insights on how to properly use the Coupon Name attribute from the Custom Coupon Master Class in segmentation? Any advice, examples, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!
It is important to us that, when you import a package with changes to existing email Fragments the existing Fragment can be updated not just imported. When you use Fragments in many templates it become a problem when the Newley imported fragment comes in as a new "file with a new id" the templates using the old existing fragment is not been updated with the new version. This most be done manually template by template where the fragments is used - and change the old one to the new one. We hope that this can be automated when importing a fragment you can choose is this new one should update a old one - and witch. Even better is you also can do multiple selection where it is the same process for many segments.
I am trying to create a report where I can switch the mother-child relationship such that I can overview all the main tasks and their status. Currently the project set-up can be viewed as this structure:Product 1Order materialsMaterials receivedAssemble productProduct 2Order materialsMaterials receivedAssemble productProduct 3Order materialsMaterials receivedAssemble productEtc. Now, I want to make a report that switches this hierarchy around such that:Order MaterialsProduct 1Product 2Product 3Materials ReceivedProduct 1Product 2Product 3Assemble ProductProduct 1Product 2Product 3 I tried multiple groupings and filters but I cant quite figure it out. Thank you for the help!
We're observing that in our Adobe Analytics implementation, at the time of a page view tracking call, neither the pageName nor our designated eVarX (which is meant to capture the current section of the site) is getting populated consistently. However, downstream in attribution reports and workspace segments, the correct values appear under certain traffic scenarios—specifically when visitors arrive via deep-linked social channels. Could this indicate a race‑condition or SDK batching delay in setting these values? Has anyone successfully mitigated context‑loss for such partial hits—and how?** To follow-up, has anyone profiled browser‑to‑server SDK behavior to confirm whether these variables are populated pre‑send or post‑callback? And more interestingly, does enabling the s.sendBeacon or setting imageRequest override truly guarantee consistent serialization of these context variables in edge cases?** @techkodainya
