Hey everyone, Looks like a new field was added to 'Usage' in the Event Forwarding monitoring UI named 'Outgoing Quota'. There doesn't seem to be any documentation anywhere on this - does anyone have any information on this? How to Track it?Is it a contractual quota? What happens once we surpass the quota?    Thanks,Ty

I created a Viewer Preset of the type Interactive Image for the use of custom hotspot. I am unable to change the presentation mode away from Desktop. The Buttons that should allow me to change are not selectable and disabled. I was looking in the documentation of Viewer Presets but saw nothing that mention that this would be the case. That could be the issue?

Hi Everyone, I ran into an interesting problem where I wanted to trigger AWS lambda from Workfront Fusion which was protected. As far as I can see for now there is an option to create signature but only two are available and there is no AWS4-HMAC-SHA256. Also there are only modules for S3 buckets but none for lambda at the moment.I appreciate any input. I am trying to sort the feed generated using graphql query by date. Hi all,We’re experiencing an issue in our production environment where iOS orders are not being correctly tracked under the Platform (eVarX) dimension in Adobe Analytics. Instead, the data is falling under Unspecified. However, android traffic is being tracked correctly.Here's our existing setup:We’re using Processing Rules to map platform context data to eVarX. Here's the screenshot for your reference.Despite this configuration, iOS traffic does not get mapped and appears under "Unspecified", while Android works as expected. We do not have a staging environment, so this is directly affecting our production reporting.Has anyone else faced this issue with iOS mapping in processing rules?Are there any debugging best practices you'd recommend to validate the exact context data values received?Appreciate any insights or suggestions.Thank you in advance!

Hello Everyone,I'm new to Adobe Analytics and have created a rule for page load using a specific custom event called 'page load', triggered via Adobe Client Data Layer - Data Pushed. This rule works perfectly in all lower environments. However, in the Prod env (including the author environment), the rule triggers only once—when the page is loaded for the first time. On subsequent page loads, the rule does not fire.Additionally, I noticed that the prod launch script includes headers likecache-control : max-age=3600etag :"1e97f6ab69caa332353cdff72029d3f5:1752060858.688733"server: AkamaiNetStorage What could be the reason ?? I am not able to reproduce in lower env.  

Hey everyone,I am trying to clean up the URLs in site by removing the .html extension - basically, I want /content/mysite/about.html to just be /content/mysite/about.I have seen a few things mentioned like using Apache rewrite rules, or sling mappings under /etc/map, and even some custom ResourceResolver configs. But honestly, it’s a bit confusing figuring out what is the right way - especially when it comes to making sure it works across author, publish, and dispatcher. What is the best approach for extensionless URLs that works reliably across environments?  

We are getting below WARN logs, Although it looks like the query executes successfully and returns dataGarphiQL window works fine too with returning the proper response.On checking the jar code for PersistedQueryServlet.java, it seems this WARN message is displayed may be because of the Query Syntax, since the code looks for pattern "List{items{"  to check if a Query is of a List. I had a new user who tried our Workfront link and was denied access. The user was unable to request access. I tried to manually add the user to adobe console and it said that the user was already in the system. Turns out the Workfront product was not assigned. I assigned it, but now the user in Workfront has an Unregistered notification next to their name. I can't seem to find any documentation on what this is and what it means. In the cloud instance, we have seen the timeline feature sometime displays in relative format and sometimes in absolute format. Can you please let me know what's the logic behind showing the timeline in relative vs absolute terms? Is there a specific number of days where the timeline will be shown in relative (ex: 3 days ago, 2 hours ago etc) and beyond that it will be shown in absolute terms (ex: 7/2/25, 2:33 PM etc)

Hi @parthasarathy I have a use case where I want to execute two deliveries using segmentation on two different dates — 13th July and 14th July at 9:00 AM.I do not want to use the Scheduler activity, as it will restart the entire workflow, which takes around 2 hours to execute.Is there any other activity I can use to hold the another delivery execution instead?

There is a Content Tree on the left side of the CF Console. When there are many folders here, I would like to have only the folders that contain Content Fragments displayed by default. How can I achieve this?I often get lost trying to navigate to the correct path. I believe the UI could be improved because it currently displays paths that do not contain any Content Fragments.
