When you have many master e-mail templates in use, and you need to do a change f ex to styling that is placed in the Head section of the templates, it takes a lot of time to update all templates with the change. If the email templates could have a centralized place where the head section was stored it could be maintained from one place - the whole style config used in the head section for all templates. This makes it easier and faster to maintain the system especially when you have many different templates to maintain.
It is important to us to be able to select multiple email templates at the same time and do a batch delete instead of deleting one by one. This is time consuming and unnecessary. The same goes for archiving Fragments. It would be nice if we could have multiple selections of Fragments and then do a batch archiving. A similar process is also wanted when you are creating a package of templates and/or fragments to be moved from one sandbox to another. It would be nice if we could do a multiple selection instead of selecting one by one fragment and one by one template into one package, This is time consuming for a administrator to do. We hope for a better and smoother solution here.
Description - Until very recently the Auto-Align button was on the main screen. Now it is hidden under the More (...) button. Why is this feature important to you - When I'm building I use this button dozens of times per day...possibly even hundreds of times. Now with it hidden underneath the More (...) button it is doubling my mouse-clicks....very frustrating. How would you like the feature to work - Please put it back on the main screen.
A conceptual question I’d like to clarify about Edge Delivery Services: When EDS delivers a page, is there any AEM instance directly serving that content, or is it always the edge network? I ask because I’m trying to understand if it’s possible to have a hybrid approach, mixing AEM page properties with EDS delivery. For example:In classic AEM Sites, you could override /libs/core/wcm/components/page/v1/page to add page-level properties (title, metadata, etc.).With EDS, there’s also /libs/core/franklin/components/page/v1/page.The question is:Can we actually override or extend these properties so they appear in the live EDS site?Or are these purely for preview inside AEM Author, and not part of what the EDS runtime ever serves?Would love to hear from anyone who has tried customizing page-level data or mixing JCR properties with EDS delivery.

Hi there. I am looking to see if anyone has implemented a calendar widget on a Marketo event registration landing page. I have multiple events within the same Marketo program, and they spread across multiple months. Instead of a drop-down select field, I'd like to include a calendar where people pick a date and a list of available events for that date show up with links to register. Not sure if that can even work in Marketo. Something like this: https://admission.loyola.edu/portal/campus-tours I assume a third party vendor/integration is needed, but not sure if there is one to support it. Thank you in advance.
Wow—What a Kickoff! 🎉 On 12th August 2025, the London AEM User Group held its very first session—and the energy was off the charts! Over 20 AEM pros tuned in for a lively, practical conversation on the question every team is weighing right now:👉Should we move to AEM 6.5 LTS or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including Edge Delivery Services (EDS)? The chat was buzzing, the questions were sharp, and more than a few people admitted this decision feels like “choosing between two favourite children.” 😅 Honestly, you had to be there—the mix of energy and ideas was contagious. This wasn’t just another meetup; it felt like the foundation of a local AEM family, where curiosity and collaboration take center stage. A recording of the 42-minute session is available for anyone who couldn’t attend live. Currently we have an inhouse design team utilizing Proof to get approvals on animated web advertising. However, these ads have to be built at several unique sizes and all of them need signed off on. Since the only way for the approvers to see the animations is through a video proof, the designers are forced to upload all these sizes one at a time. This is making the tool more time consuming for them and also more frustrating for the approvers who have to open all these separate proofs for these very small, very similar pieces of art. Any way to address this would be appreciated.
We are new to Workfront and our now kicking off Projects. Our Project Managers are interested in using the Baseline to capture schedule changes. When we look at the reporting options for Baseline Reports, it's somewhat confusing. What we are wanting is a report that a Project Manager could pull where they would see their projects and the captured baselines showing which tasks were late and how many days were impacted. Is this possible?

Hi everyone, One common issue I see often in Adobe Campaign is how risky it is to make schema changes—especially on core tables like nms:recipient.Changing things like primary keys or data types can break references, cause data loss, or even crash the system. It’d be super helpful if ACC had a Smart Schema Change Guard feature that could:1. Warn you before making risky changes Show the full impact on related tables, logs, and workflows2. Suggest safe migration steps or fixes3. Allow easy rollback if something goes wrongThis would save a lot of headaches, prevent downtime, and help teams evolve their data models safely.Has anyone else run into this? Would love to hear your thoughts or if you’ve found good workarounds! Thanks!
TLDR: I need to store a value in AEM author. I need to be able to change the value and then published that value as well. I am thinking of saving the value somewhere in /conf/my-apps (example: /conf/my-apps/my-node)?Thanks!some info: (these are just some initial thoughts. feel free to make suggestions)The value of the field will be changed using an author-only page (need to use view-as-published)After submitting the form, a servlet will then...1. create /conf/my-apps/my-node in author if the node does not exist2. servlet will then create a new property in the node (example: my-value) if the property does not exist3. servlet will then save the form field value into the property4. lastly, the servlet will replicate (com.day.cq.replicator?) this node (example: /conf/my-apps/my-node)My AEM is using AEMaaCS.
Hello all, I have a two (2) separate transactional journeys - English and French. We have an edge case where a person can use submit their email address and receive the Welcome message associated with the respective journeys; which is not what the client wants to happen. I tried creating a Streaming Audience where I look for anyone in the past 24 hrs who may have received the email message (using the Journey Action ID), and used it as a Condition to check if the email is not in that audience it should receive the Welcome. However, when I go to test it, I will can submit the English version, and on the same day submit the French version and receive an email. I would think that any email sent from those Journeys would instantly be added to the audience since I'm streaming it, but that's not the case. It seems as if the audience is still be treated as a Batch. Is there something I'm missing when creating a Streaming audience using the Journey Ac
As title, do we have a usage metrics report where I can see who uses workspace/projects the most and what data they use the most?
Just watched the segment of GenStudio during The Skills Exchange Virtual Live event and noticed that my Workfront Home Page did not look like the demo that was being shared. Is GenStudio free to upgrade? It is great for AI? We are looking to upgrade to Fusion - how will this impact possibly adding GenStudio in the future? We use reporting a lot for executive leadership so we want to make sure we're making our platform intuitive and user friendly with automation, but not messing up the tools and features we need for our team.
I was developing a campaign to track records created by Web API users and assign a specific person source accordingly. Although the campaign was set up, it currently qualifies all records created via the API because there’s no way to specify or filter by the individual API user. To improve this, I suggest Marketo to introduce a "User" constraint in the trigger “Person is Created” and the filter "Person was created" to identify which user created the record. This capability would streamline tracking and attribution, making campaign management more precise and efficient.

Hi guys, another simple question: how can I define an audience that shall work as Edge audience and evaluate to true if two Web SDK page views happened within the same session? Somehow my attempts in the UI alsways end up in Batch-only.
Hi, I'm using a custom API call to add Sharing permissions to an issue. URL: issue/shareMethod: PUTQuery String: accessorObjCode = GROUP, coreAction = EDIT, accessorID = 63ae2a......., ID = 63g.........This is working fine. What I'm struggling with is checking to see if the needed Sharing already exists on the Issue. Is it possible?I've tried getting the accessorIDs but not sure how to get what permission is applied.I've also tried getting the accessRules, but that got me nowhere.Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks,Kelly
I know this has been asked before, but I didn't find any of the answers worked so I am bringing it up again. As the subject says, we are using a scenario to assign multiple users to a task. The basic create task module only accepts a single user ID. Updating the task with another "Assigned To ID" seems to only replace the assignment, not add to it. Multiple people suggested using the misc action module, selecting task, then "assignMultiple" which seems pretty straightforward, but I keep getting errors. According to the module, userIDs and roleIDs are required, but I can pass "emptyarray" for the roleID. Attaching a screenshot of the error I get, I'm not sure what it's referring to.
I want to have a code quality pipeline which scans newly written code and find any issues. Once everything is good then run deployment pipeline.

@divrajsingh could you assist me with the following requirement? I want to align the published content with our organization’s branding guidelines, this includes applying custom CSS, fonts, colors, logos, and possibly modifying the layout or templates used during the publishing process.
Does anyone have a better way to pull all group admins than pulling all the groups and including userGroups:isOwner? I'm trying to compile a list of all the group admins, but so far that's the only way I've found, and the issue I have with that is it gives me all the users in the group instead of just the owners. I'm hoping there's a better way and I'm just not seeing it. Thanks.
Hello Everyone, I am looking for some suggestions on the Securing Webhook topic in WF Fusion. Below are the details 1. I tried to use the OOB Webhooks module to generate a Webhook, that will be used by a third party to POST Json objects. 2. I would like to consume this data & perform a mapping functionality, that'll be later used to create a Workfront object. The Questions I have are as below, 1. How do I secure this webhook ? IP whitelisting would not work in my case as we are using ALB of GCP (i.e) Dynamic IP. Note: the reply on this post wasn't helpful because the user who posts the json doesn't have to be on WF.2. Frame.io seems like a good alternative to webhooks, but does it come with an additional cost ? Thanks in advance !
