Hi All, I am facing a similar issue mentioned in the below link. I have tried the solution mentioned but had no luck. Did anyone fix this? https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/aem-upgrade-6-5-17-issue-with-nested-multi-field-authoring-focus/td-p/606752 AEM Version:6.5.17.0
Introduction This is the second of two blog posts about customer engagement and customer experience metrics on global web properties at 3M. In the first entry (A Novel Approach to a Web Engagement Metric), I provided an overview of a 3M.com Engagement Index which is a composite measurement of six dimensions of visitor engagement. In this post, I will share some surprising insight about the relationship between engagement and customer experience metrics. Measuring Customer Experience We have been gathering customer experience feedback using surveys on 3M.com for more than two decades. I was even featured in a Fast Company article about this way back in the year 2000 (Fast Company: Here’s Our Site – Are You Satisfied?). The form and function of our visitor survey has changed many times, but the fundamental concepts have been consistent. This customer experience data is a nice compliment to the rich behavioral data in Adobe Analytics. We trigger feedba

Hi champs,I have a general question about the prop's pathing abilities and whether props are actually still necessary in 2024 anymore. So, in the past, I would set a prop over an eVar if I needed pathing and see whatever values had been set in a sequence and eVars did not support it.Today, Analysis Workspace supports pathing on both Flow and Next or previous Item visualizations which makes me wonder, for what reason I am actually using props anymore (especially since I can set my evar to expire after the Hit). Ok, maybe for list support, but honestly, the 100 character limitation on prop values make them barely usable anyway.Maybe I am missing something, but curious to hear your answers.Björn
I have recently been through the process of migrating our Adobe Analytics implementation to Web SDK. My intention is to write a series of blog posts detailing what my thought process was, how we got it done, and the things you need to be aware of when you take this on. In other words, I've made the mistakes so hopefully you don't have to! Why move to Web SDK? Before we get on to any elephants, I wanted to take a moment to explain why I think you should migrate to using Web SDK for your Adobe Analytics data collection. Support for First Party Device ID This was our number one reason for moving. On certain browsers the lifetime of an Adobe Analytics cookie is limited to seven days. The impact of this is that you lose track of users, making your analytics data less accurate and reducing your ability to personalise experiences. Using a First Party ID (which is only an option when using Web SDK) you can remove this limitation! I hope to cover First Party Device IDs i

Your “On-Demand Workfront CSM” is back with a new Top 3 video! This time we’re talking about Resource Pools, and some creative ways to use them. This topic always inspires discussion, so check out the video below. Just getting started with Resource Pools? First things first, what are they? A Resource Pool is a collection of users that are needed at the same time for the completion of a project. A Resource Pool can be shared across multiple projects, programs, or portfolios when it is associated with all the projects in the programs and portfolios. After you populate your Resource Pools with users, you can associate them with projects and templates, and you can associate as many Resource Pools as needed with a project, template, or user. For more info, check out the Resource pools overview article. There are several genius-level examples of why the Experience League Workfront Community is so amazing and this topic is
The Day CQ DAM Event Recorder OSGi bundle provides activity logging on the user's /home/user/ folder in a node like the following: /home/users/O/OO/activities/dam/2024/04/24/xxx... and contains information that we can later write activity reports on (who uploaded or published what and when, etc) What would be the best way to do something similar with site Omnisearch asset searches, say for instance to be able to report on what users were searching for in the DAM? Basically when the user runs a search from the DAM Assets interface, I want to log the search term they used to a node off of their /home/users/nnn/activities/ folder. I considered listening for events but Omnisearch doesn't appear to be triggering any. I also considered registering my own AssetOmniSearchHandler.class based on com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.omnisearch.AssetOmniSearchHandler but cannot find the bundle sources for the current version of com.day.cq.dam ca-dam-core 5.12.382 which includes the omnise

Hi All, We are working on a integration between AEM and Adobe Campaign Standard. The content for the emails is prepared in AEM and used in Campaign. The issue we encounter is that urls, for example image urls, in the email always point to author instance, instead of the publish instance. We're using the oob externalizer, with a check on the runmode to return the correct author link or the publish link (in AEM we want to use the author links for -eg- images, in Campaign the publish links)Does anyone know why the author link is always being returned, when we expect the publish link, in the Campaign emails? NB: we are sure the externalizer osgi configuration is correct (we've doublechecked this). Thanks!

Hi AEM Gurus, I am deploying Facebook Pixel, a piece of code that place on the official AEM sites. Pixel collects data that helps the team brand to track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads and re-market to people who have already taken some kind of action on customer official website. Question:Can time trigger be set up in AEM and/or Adobe Launch? The purpose is that marketer would like to collect the visitor information, e.g. how long visitor stay in one page and then take Ad. accordingly. Visitor may be lead to the official sites by different channel, so the marketer would like to confirm which channel is the most valuable. Thanks.
If you’re exploring the idea of adding more Marketo experts to your team, you’ve probably already thought long and hard about the onboarding process. Enabling folks on how your instance is set up and how it’s leveraged for day-to-day operations can feel overwhelming, especially if it comes at an inopportune time. Maybe you’re undergoing a company reorg, or perhaps it’s the “busy season” for your industry. Or maybe you’re just not sure how you could possibly train someone new while trying to keep the lights on! Here are four best practices you can start implementing today that will help new users get up to speed more efficiently: #1: Leverage program templates Program templates are the foundation of your Marketo instance. They include the key workflows, emails and landing pages for each type of program your team runs. These can be cloned by your users and will ensure everyone is following the same framework for all programs in your system. 💡 PRO TIP: Consider setting up
