Current Behaviour - Currently users do not receive a notification when they are tagged on a comment from a Kanban board. I would think this would be available, but was told by Workfront Support that it is not. Why is this feature important to you - users need to know what they are being tagged on just like with anything else in Workfront. How would you like the feature to work - same as how it works for all notifications in Workfront.
I have checked the profile and I can see the dataset included there. Also, I can see the fields under the attribute section. But when I go for estimated count it gives 0.I don't know the exact reason. But stuck here.Any help will be highly appreciated.
Hi, I need to identify customers who turn 18 today from the birth date with an fx. How can I do it?
Hi Community, We are managing multiple environments in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, including RDE, DEV, Stage, and Production, with approximately 60 locales (different DNS) per environment per program . Each environment requires its own dispatcher configuration, including vhosts and farm files, specific to each locale. Currently, maintaining all these configurations in the same confd and confdispatcherd directories is creating significant clutter and complexity, making it challenging to manage and scale effectively.Could you provide guidance on the following: Best Practices for Structuring Dispatcher Configurations: Are there recommended approaches or strategies for organizing dispatcher configurations (vhosts, farm files, etc.) per environment and locale in AEM as a Cloud Service to reduce clutter and improve maintainability?Environment-Specific Configurations: Is it possible to leverage run modes or similar mechanisms in AEM as a Cloud Service to

Does anybody do that?
Is it somehow possible?
How do I configure a Target activity in a specific environment? Is there a way to check the activity’s environment if I have Approver access? (I tried, but no luck)Can I assume that an Adobe Target activity created without explicitly selecting an environment is running in the default environment?
In the previous article, we examined the detrimental effects of marketing fatigue on customer experience and its subsequent impact on business objectives. Marketing fatigue occurs when customers are overwhelmed by excessive marketing messages, leading to disengagement, irritation, and ultimately, a negative perception of the brand. To address this issue, we explored the concept of frequency capping as a solution. Frequency capping involves setting limits on the number of times a particular marketing message is shown to an individual within a specific time frame. Furthermore, we discussed the implementation of frequency capping on a single device using Adobe Target's profile-scripts functionality. In today's ever-changing digital landscape, customers are increasingly connected across multiple devices, from smartphones and tablets to laptops and smartwatches. According a survey by Statista - the average number of devices per person in 2023 was 3.6. These
I’m trying to implement suppression logic inside a Journey in AJO for cases where a user enters the journey before being flagged as suppressed.I have a custom field group with a boolean field called isSuppressed, which I added to a profile-enabled schema. The ingestion works fine. I can see the field correctly populated in the Unified Profile. The problem is: I need to use a Condition node to check isSuppressed == false before an email is sent. But when I try to configure the condition, the field does not appear in the list of available profile fields. I also tried using expression mode with profile.isSuppressed == false, but it returns a “field not found” error.Using an audience is not a viable workaround because the profile might enter the journey before it’s suppressed, and audience reevaluation won’t remove them from the journey once they’re in.Is there any way to expose this custom field so it can be used in journey conditions? Or does it need to be part of a specific schema or fie
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anybody could advise how the 'Requested By' field is populated under the Issue Stakeholders section of the Overview in an Issue/Request. The field is appearing as N/A, but I can't seem to find where it links to. Thank you!
In June, Adobe Marketo Engage released a feature called Conditional Content for the new Email Designer. This feature provided an intuitive new way to personalize email blocks based on person/account attributes, offering more flexibility and control than the legacy email editor’s Dynamic Content feature. After the release, we discovered certain legacy tokens were not resolving correctly in the Email Designer. We have decided to temporarily disable the feature until we can resolve this issue. So, for now, you will no longer see the option to create new conditional content. If you have already created conditional content using this feature, the emails will still work as expected. All other email and related assets will also work as expected. If you clone or edit emails that contain conditional content, you might see certain scripts native to the legacy email editor in the preview, instead of the visual representation of the conditional content. This does not affect the email’s funct
I would like to fetch the primary identifier of the dataset. Is there any API request available for that in AEP?
Hello everyone, Sorry if this topic is repetitive, but I couldn't find any history.😗I created a form with an Integer field to retrieve my clients' contract numbers. However, when I'm in the form editor, choose Text or Number for my custom field (FV_customer-contract-number) and enter the following numbers:500/2414478 -> I don't get 500/5002414478 -> I get a completely different number091/1231437 -> I only get 91...I even cleared my browser cache and created new test clients. In short, I'm lost.😤 All I want is for people to type (without the / or other symbol)5002414478, and I get the same number in the client file.Thank you for your help.
Hello everyone,I'm working on an AEM component and have configured a multifield dialog. My goal is to iterate over the items added in this multifield using HTL.The data appears to be saving correctly in CRXDE Lite under the component's node in a structure like /path/to/component/tiles/item0, /path/to/component/tiles/item1, etc., with properties like itemTitle on each itemX node. Here is the relevant part of my dialog XML: <tiles jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield" composite="{Boolean}true" fieldLabel="Tiles" fieldDescription="Click 'Add field' to add the details for a new tile."> <field jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/fieldset" name="./tiles"> <layout jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="g

Hello Workfront Community, I can’t believe it’s already June! Time has flown by since our last review, but I wanted to update you all on our H1 2025 Community Ideas review. As you may recall, this effort is part of our bi-annual ideas review process, which involves our product team as they review and respond to the top 20 ideas from the past 2 years. Please note that this 2-year period includes ideas from our last review cycle in November 2024. Ideas from our last review cycle are listed in the second chart below, labelled ‘H2 2024 Carryover Ideas.’ Many of you may have already been notified of these idea updates if you’ve interacted with them previously, but I wanted to consolidate all product responses into a single page. A couple things to keep in mind: All reviewed ideas below were published in the past 2 years. Ideas responded to in this cycle will be updated periodically by the PM Owner until they are moved to a 'final’ stage,
I'm attempting to create a click thru rate calculation for our Home Page team with the calculation created as the below with HP Click Visits defined as a visit with an event category prefix of RE: (our indicator of a link click). You'll notice that this works great at the Page Name level, but once you do a breakdown on specific link click values, the segmented click visits and the visits become the same. Is there a way to lock the reference on the breakdown to the total? So instead of recommendations being 386K click visits / 386K visits and thus always 100%, that it retains the total amount so the calculation would be 386K click visits / 3.0M home page visits.
Hello, Any suggestions on what Marketo Smartlist filters I should use to pull daily counts in Marketo? The "End success node" query data does not match data counts in Marketo using "has AEP Segment". TY!
As you know, WhatsApp can now be configured as a channel in Adobe Journey Optimizer. Just as email and push notification channels have their respective datasets where all related events (Feedback, Tracking, etc.) are stored, does WhatsApp channel in AJO also have its own dataset where information related to sent messages is stored?
Description:I'd like the ability to have a little bit of control over the look and feel of custom forms, particularly how they are displayed when used as a request queue. Ideally we'd be able to adjust font size, font weight, color, bolding, etc. Even if we could apply a default font-size for the form, and selectively bold some text, that would be a huge improvement. Additionally, a complaint I've received multiple times is that the font size for a question is smaller than the font size for an option within that question. If we could change the font size we could fix this ourselves. Or, if it's easier, make the question font-size match that of the options below it. Example: Why is this feature important to you -There are new rules that go into effect in April 2026 around accessibility of internal and external documents for Government agencies. All documents must be WCAG 2.1 AA complaint. Depending on your reading of the guidelines the current request queue f
Description:When you create a checkbox group in a custom form, an 'All' option is added when the form is displayed to your users. There is no way (that I know of) to disable this option. It also doesn't appear in the form editor, so it was a surprise to see it on the published form. There are cases where I don't want to encourage the user to select all options, and by putting 'All' first in the list, Workfront is making it look like that's what I want people to select. You should give us the option to disable the 'All' option for checkbox groups. Why is this feature important to you:The current implementation encourages users to select all available options, which is not what we want. We can get around this by making each item it's own checkbox, but this is very messy. How would you like the feature to work:In the options for the 'checkbox group' field, have an option to 'Disable 'All' option'.Current Behaviour:'All' option is added at the top of all ch
Hello, I have a calculated field that displays the latest date among a selection of fields. One such field is a multi-checkbox, each with their own start date field. I am attempting to pull the latest date from these selections but for some reason my calculation spits out a date that is one day earlier than the latest date. For example, if the latest date in a selection of multiple fields is 3/30, my calculation will say 3/29. Here is the specific part of my code that relates to the Multi-checkbox field: DMAX( {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx} ), "" ), Here you can see that the dates are indeed 3/30 but the calculation
We relly heavily in Proofing and the proofing custom form.We have multiple automated templates and fields that we capture. When we need to add new proofing fields, automated templates or make updates or changes to existing ones, having only Preview to test and demo those changes makes it very difficult for us as one week is not enough time to have demo and uat for all the required stakeholders. Some of our automated templates can have up to 20 stages so recreating this every week in Preview is very cumbersome and inefficient. We would like to have Proofing available in the Sandbox environments.
We’ve recently moved from the legacy to experience on the admin console. Our Workfront Add-In for Outlook has since been giving us an error: Unable to get the outlookIdentityToken We were told during the migration that we should be able to use the legacy link for the add-in, since it doesn’t take the experience league domain. For this error, it’s suggested that we turn on Microsoft legacy tokens Troubleshooting: outlookIdentityToken error when using Workfront for Outlook | Adobe WorkfrontBut Microsoft depreciated them in Feb, and cannot be turned on beyond June without exception from Microsoft – even this won’t be possible past October this year.Nested app authentication and Outlook legacy tokens deprecation FAQ - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn We were wondering if an upgrade to the Add-in was under consideration/ on the roadmap.Because we love the features facilitated by the add-in, having to work without is creating a lot of double work when briefing things in.And we’re sur
