It seems to us that mirror pages is not working when the link is created inside a email fragment, and then used in an email. When you break the inheritage of the fragment it will work, but it you have created a fragment you dont need to change the content in, and it stays "unbroken" the mirror page dont work.Ttpical use case: "read this mail in a browser" Puting this into a fragment wont work.
Hi All,I'm experimenting with External Lookup custom form fields in Workfront.I wonder if there is a way to concatenate 2 (or more) values from the response of the external application so that they are both visible in the option list. For example, if the external lookup returnes a JSON that includes both ID and name values, what would I put in the JSON Path field instead of $.data[*].name, to display e.g. "Name (ID)" as option in the drop down. This would be useful in situations where I have no control over the external app, i.e. I can't make the API to return concatenated values in the first place (e.g. if the external URL points to the Workfront API).Thank you for your input.Tibor
Including "Email from Name" as an Email attribute in Advanced BI analytics would so so useful for auditing From name usage in emails.
How can we migrate latest code changes from bit bucket feature branch to AEM cloud manager by automatically?
Hi All,I'm trying to exclude certain pages from the sitemap in Edge Delivery Services by updating the helix-query.yaml file. However, the changes are not being reflected when I access query-index.json.Even after publishing page, the last-modified date does update , but any structural changes—such as excluding paths or adding new properties—are not reflected in the output. Additionally, changes to the helix-sitemap.yaml file behave similarly and don’t seem to take effect. Here's a sample of the change I made in helix-query.yamlversion: 1indices: default: include: - '/**' exclude: - '/**.json' - '/configuration/**' - '/nav' - '/footer/**' - '/metadata/**' - '/index/vlp' - '/fragments/**' - '/style-guide/**' - '/spreadsheets/**' target: /query-index.json properties: lastModified: select: none value: parseTimestamp(headers["last-modified"], "ddd, DD MMM YYYY hh:mm:ss GMT") title: select: main h1:fi
I read that there's a Real time monitoring of websites (RUM) but I don't know where to find these monitoring results. I would like to have the view of the Web Core Vitals. Thanks
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: This idea proposes enhancing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) by shifting the storage of display settings within Sites and DAM sections from browser cookies to an instance-level configuration. By managing display preferences (such as UI layouts or viewing modes) directly within the AEM instance, users can enjoy a consistent experience across devices and browsers without relying on client-side storage. This approach improves usability, eliminates cookie dependency, enhances security, and ensures compliance with stricter data privacy regulations. Use-case: Use Case: Unified Display Settings for Multi-Device Content Editors Scenario:A content author frequently switches between a desktop computer at work and a laptop at home to edit content in AEM. Currently, their preferred display settings—such as column view—are stored in browser cookies. This leads to an inconsistent user experience, as their preferences need to be manually reconfigure
Hi Team, Created new GraphQL Persistence query and while accessing in publish it is giving the below error. Is there any permissions missing in publish? {"errors":[{"errorType":"PersistenceError","message":"Could not find Persisted Query","details":"Configuration: 'project123' and Query Name: 'productdata' does not resolve to an existing Persistent Query"}]}
Hello AEM Community,I’m exploring monitoring options for Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) with New Relic One APM.Does AEMaaCS offer built-in support for defining alerts and notifications on critical metrics such as error rates, server downtime and server overload? If not, what are the recommended approaches to trigger email alerts for the above mentioned scenarios? Thank you for your guidance.

I've created a project in the Developer console and trying to add PDF Embed API to the project. One of the step in the process is to provide domains that can access the API. In this step, how do I add multiple domains ? There is no mention of whether the domains should be comma separated or semi colon separated. No matter what separator I try, I get an error saying "API Configuration failed. Please try again ". Does anyone know whether it is possible to add multiple domain ? If so, please let me know,

I'm looking to create documentation to act as a knowledge base for administrators that is specific to my instance of Workfront. We are starting from scratch so I'm open to ideas or any existing documentation from others have built this for their instance from an Admin perspective. You don't need to share your documentation but if you have a template you'd be willing to share that could be used by others that would be a great place to start. I was considering going to the setup section and going from top to bottom and listing out how we have customized for each item. If there was something already out that that is intuitive or formatted for this work I'd like to avoid reinventing the wheel if possible. Thanks much.
I have a lookup project for markets and many of them are 1:1 with a single city. If someone chooses a market and there is only one city resulting, is there any way to autoselect that value instead of them manually having to select the single result from the dropdown? Is this a place where a Fusion scenario might be a better fit than an external lookup field?
We should be able to reference custom fields associated to a Typeahead object through Calculated Custom Fields and Calculated Columns.valuefield=[Typeahead Field Name]:[Custom Field]Ex. My organization uses a User Custom Form to track employee details such as 'Department' or 'Employee Number'. When a request is submitted on behalf of another employee we would like to use the Typeahead field to identify the employee and then have a set of calculated custom fields to 'auto fill' in the rest of the employee details.

We have roughly 7,500+ users on Workfront globally. In a small number of cases, where a user shares the same first name and last name, we are unable to distinguish which user is which when "@" tagging them into an update or other. It would be great if Workfront could either add an additional data point when tagging users in updates or add the user profile hover-over functionality to the draft update module to help determine if you are reaching the right person.Example below:Any questions, do let me know.Best regards,Christian
Hi community, I've been dabbling with the Attribution panel in CJA to solve some analytics use cases. I was wondering, what exactly happens when you filter the Attribution Success Metric (my Success metric is a Session scope metric) within the freeform table, by an Event level or Session level segment on top? Wondering if placing it over the metric either 1) filters the type of events or Sessions included in the Success metric component, or 2) if it actually filters the Dimension items within the attribution freeform? Couldn't seem to find this detail in the CJA documentation (if anyone has any docs other than Attribution Panel | Adobe Customer Journey Analytics let me know!!) The example here is, I am trying to attribute Web pages to an application submission event online, and the Success metric is the submit page of that flow. The metric I've selected in the Attribution panel for app submissions is not product specific, and was wondering if I could place a filter
Hi AEM Gurus, I have a JSON Array like below sample {"sites": {"label": "Parent LABEL","mobileLabel": "Parent Mobile Label","items": [{"href": "www.google.com","id": "goog","label": "Google Search"},{"href": "www.yahoo.com","id": "yah","label": "yahoo site"},{"href": "www.wikipedia.com","id": "wiki","label": "wikipedia"}]}}Now i am trying to Iterate and get the values from this JSON array using data-sly-list something like as shown in below structure<ul data-sly-list.key="${model.jsonarray}"><li><a href="${key.href}">${key.label} - ${key.id}</a></li></ul>I know we can iterate Arraylist or a Map object but how do I iterate a JSON array. Please suggest. Regards,Rajashankar.R
What a Kickoff! Over 100 AEM fans from across India came together—virtually and in spirit—for our first-ever AEM India User Group meetup on July 10. The chat was buzzing, the vibes were high, and the energy? Let’s just say…you had to be there! This wasn’t just another tech session—it felt like the start of something bigger: a local community of smart, curious, and generous AEM professionals ready to share ideas, tools, and inside tips. Highlights You Don’t Want to Miss: “Why we’re here” One of our AEM champions, @divanshug, Senior AEM Consultant at TechX, shared the real reason behind this initiative: “India has one of the largest AEM user bases in the world—so why not build a local space to learn, share, and grow together?” Tools and takeaways didn’t disappoint either: AEM Fiddle from ACS Tools Seen it in docs? Now you’ve seen it live. This dev-fave lets you test Use scripts, troubleshoot servlets, and run JCR queries—all without a full deployment cycle. &nbs
Hi there, is there a way to find all Assets which have failed Asset Renditions (so they have jcr:content/dam:failedRenditions where the reason is not "RenditionFormatUnsupported")?We would need this information for the following two reasons:- Check for corrupt Assets that can't be processed to manually resolve those issues- Check if our custom processors (using the Asset Compute Microservice Extensibility) failed for some reason Our initial approach was, to use a query for this, however this is very slow and fails for larger result sets. For reference, here is the query we tried:path=/content/dam/customertype=dam:Assetproperty=jcr:content/dam:failedRenditions/*/reasonproperty.operation=unequalsproperty.value=RenditionFormatUnsupportedp.limit=10 Are there any other good ideas on how one could solve this? Thanks!Anian
I am using the front-end pipeline, thus not using clientlibs but having the css and js served from the CDN via links like:<script src="http://127.0.0.1:4173/theme.js" type="module"></script><link href="http://127.0.0.1:4173/theme.css" type="text/css" as="style" rel="preload stylesheet"> This works on normal pages with experience fragments and it works in AEM author when authoring an experience fragment as well, via this code in the xfpage components customheaderlibs.html:<sly data-sly-use.page="com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.Page" data-sly-list="${page.htmlPageItems}"> <script data-sly-test="${item.location.name == 'header'}" data-sly-element="${item.element.name @ context='unsafe'}" data-sly-attribute="${item.attributes}"></script></sly> However, I have now created a new Sling model for our custom page component like this:@Model( adaptables = SlingHttpServletRequest.class, adapters
Hello,I’d like to isolate first-time purchasers in Adobe Analytics — users who made their very first transaction during a specific time period. Is there a recommended way to do this using segments or calculated metrics?Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hello All, I'm fetching the fields of content fragment at the component level, after authoring the content fragment path in authoring dialog and whenever I'm publishing the page, Its always showing as content fragment model as outdated. Hi there, We currently have a link in Workfront through the main menu that takes users to AEM Assets. This is currently set up to the old UI, but we would like to start using the new UI, and so I'm wondering how I can change this link. I have read the Documentation page called "Configure the Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service integration", but the way I'm reading it I think this relates to the integration within 'Documents' areas of 'Projects' where we can add linked folders? Does anyone know if this is the place I can update the main menu link to direct users to the new UI?Setup > Documents > Experience Manager Assets If this is the place, then on the back of this I had a question on metadata mapping. We have just completed a project with a third party who have helped us to define our Metadata schema (in the new UI), and so I'm concerned that this mapping will need to be redone should I add the URL for the new UI? Thanks in advance,
