It'd be nice to have a RSS feed of the status.adobe.com page for status updates so it can be used in Slack. This can also be used as an alert for any issues that are occurring with Adobe products.
I had a user today try to change his personal email notifications from SETUP email notifications, not from his profile, and thankfully he got an error. I checked his layout template's main menu options to ensure Setup wasn't there, and it's not even an option to keep/remove like the other main menu options. Please add 'Setup' as an option to keep/remove from layout templates. Even though users may not be able to access many items within there, it is clutter to have it show as an option in the first place. I'd also like Proofing to be able to be removed. Please upvote!

Currently, you can remove any pre-attached custom forms or add more custom forms during the project creation step. I would like to see this same functionality to the attach a template process. We have built our template with a "deconstructive" approach and that includes multiple custom forms with the user instructed to remove any forms not needed. We would like to be able to have them do that during the attachment process and not have to remember to go back to remove those forms after the fact.
Ability to export items on the "Request" view into excel or PDF, like we are on the "Projects" and "Portfolio" views.
Description - add ability to duplicate an Activity from within the Activity Details Page Why is this feature important to you - we can link directly to archived Activity Details pages as a build reference, but if we want to duplicatee the activity we need to then go back to the query dashboard and find the activity that way, which takes a significant amount of time. It would be much easier to duplicate from a linkable page. How would you like the feature to work - You can add an option under the vertical three dots:Share to feedActivity QA*Duplicate activity* Current Behaviour - no duplication function on Activity Details page. I can only duplicate from activity search page
For many of my Adobe Target Experiences I need to target multiple URLs. Ideally I should be creating one experience and Page Delivery should allow me to add multiple "or" statements to delivery to those multiple URLs. Unfortunately Adobe Target only allows me to create one "or" statement per experience. When trying to add a second "or" statement, Target forces you to choose "and." This forces me to create multiples of the same experience to deliver to all my desired URLs. I'd like the option of infinite (or perhaps up to 100) "or" statements. Thank you!
Description - The current Workfront Search Features only limit to certain objects. It would be great to have more object (Example: "Teams) to search in the Search Feature. Why is this feature important to you - To allow searching efficiently in Workfront. How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if more objects (Teams is one of the main objects heavily used) could be searchable using the Search Feature. Current Behaviour - Currently no option to search for a specific object. Example: Searching for "Teams".
Description - We need to edit the subject lines for our system email notifications but would like to do it only for one group, not system-wide. Can this functionality be added to customize by group? Why is this feature important to you - Different groups use the system in different ways, one size does not fit all.How would you like the feature to work - Ability to set email notifications and custom subject lines by group for best user experience.Current Behaviour - The Program Name is now more important for our marketing group's work. This may or may not be the case for our learning group. I would like to customize the email subject for marketing to include the program but cannot do so without making sure it won't impact our learning group.
Description - We would like to be able to report on who an approval or a work assignment (task or issue) is delegated to. Current Behaviour - Workfront has given us the ability to delegate an approval or a work assignment to another user for a particular date range, but reporting on this is extremely rudimentary and the delegation is completely invisible on reporting. How would you like the feature to work - On any sort of report showing assignments or approval processes, I should be able to 1) Filter for the delegated user in the same way I am able to filter for the assigned user 2) display in View the delegated user in the same way I can display a column for the assigned user 3) if the delegation is cancelled, we would like it to NOT show up on reporting Why is this feature important to you - It seems obvious that our users would want to see that something was delegated and the timeframe it was delegated in, so that they could follow up (with the dele
We would like the ability to post updates to the entire Project Team, but at the task level. Our Project Owners use a "Weekly Updates" task to post summaries where they sometimes need to @ mention the entire project team. It is important for these updates to stay nested under the "Weekly Updates" task to make them easy to reference and report on throughout the life of the project. Currently, the Project Owner has to navigate to the People tab of the project, screenshot the list of names, then go back to the "Weekly Updates" task to manually tag all project team members and type out their update. If we had a "Project Team" suggestion in the "Notify" section of the task Updates field, that would let us make the weekly updates seamlessly without having to manually collate information and names. I could also see this working as a separate button under the "Notify" section.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: One of our primary business cases for related assets is to relate talent releases (model releases, etc) or creative licenses to the asset to show that we have the right to use images, music and other creative materials. We would like to be able to clearly call out when an asset relationship is for this pupose to drive compliance with intellectual property laws and guidelines. Use-case: A user creates an asset relationship between an asset like a photo or video and the model release provided by a person whose likeness is used in the aset, and relates the model release as an asset reference, with the type of "Release", rather than "Other". Current/Experienced Behavior: A user loads a new photography asset into AEM Assets that has a recognizable face in it. The user uploads a PDF version of a model release from the person whose likeness appears in the image, and from the original image, creates a relationship type of "Other" from the i
Description - An edit button for written comments in Workfront projects Why is this feature important to you - When working quickly, the user may want to change the way something is phrased after sharing it initially. An edit button is a valued feature in most leading project management systems, including Jira, Asana, and ClickUp. How would you like the feature to work - When clicking the 3 dots button next to the Like button on comments, I'd like to see an "Edit" button before the "Delete" button, where the user can edit the text of an existing comment, save it, and then the comment would save over the originally posted wording. Current Behaviour - There is no Edit button. One can only delete and post another comment.
Description - When running a Time off Report to allow half days with days. Why is this feature important to you - So users have the ability to see half days taken instead of just a 0 How would you like the feature to work - a column specifically for weekdatediff that is an option in the API explorer Current Behaviour - using text mode to populate just days with weekdatediff.
Description - There are several of our tasks and requests where multiple people are assigned to it and someof those people need to wait on the others. They have to keep going back in to see it the green check is there. It would also we super helpful to get notified that someone hits "complete" and closed out the task for all assignees. We have instances where that is ok, but other times, the other people weren't done yet - a notification would be great to give people a heads up if they need to go back in and reopen. Why is this feature important to you - alerts the others assigned to the object that a co-assignee has "done their part" OR alerts them if another assignee closed the object out on them How would you like the feature to work - ability to have a option for an email notification when someone you are sharing an assignment with, it "done with their part" OR completes it and cuts you off Current Behaviour - They either have to keep going and chec
It would be great if the project owner could get an email notification when an update is added to any task on their project. As a project owner, I want to be informed with update that are being made to tasks on my project. This is currently possible by subscribing to each individual task and subtask if added. It would be great if this could be an option without having to subscribe to every single task in the project.
Often we have people who use Workfront to post about progress or roadblocks for a task. They do not @mention the project owner, though. That means we miss out on a status update, and have had to add in a manual step every week for the PMO to spend time reviewing the "Updates" tab in all of our projects to see where we have potentially missed receiving an update. The Project Owner should automatically be notified with the comment posted on one of their project tasks or issues. This would also be helpful when a user enters a comment on the Project > Updates page.
Currently the database size limit (number of person records) included in the current contract is not visible to admins or other Marketo Engage users. It would be helpful to have this in the UI as sometimes the contract document is in the procurement team's files or otherwise not readily accessible to admins/users. The team may not know they are at risk of reaching the limit until they've already surpassed it and receive a compliance notification email. Having this information available in the UI would allow them to proactively clean up the database or work with their account manager to increase the limit. This idea mentioned among other things on this Lead Database Dashboard - Update idea but is strong enough on its own. This would be on par with other platforms that display total database records vs. limit.
Hi,This has been described here https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-questions/how-to-set-target-cookie-with-secure-flag/qaq-p/389452 and I haven't found any solution so far. I have also raised ticket with Support Team. This security issue is of high priority in the security audit report at one of the Target accounts I am supporting on and it is a blocker at present. Their security team wants to have all Adobe cookies with secure flag. It has been already set for other Adobe solutions but there is no result giving workaround for Target. When targetGlobalSettings approach didn't work, I tried adding a custom code (which is checking document.cookie and on finding Target cookies it is setting secure flag with other information but the expiry/max age value of the cookies is getting messed up) in Launch before loading Target and we can't proceed with this implementation until we can confirm that there won't be any impact of this approach to Target'
Description - I would like to ask that request approvals be still tied to the request after it has been converted to a project. Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to report on the requests that have approvals associated with them so we have visibility into what requests are in process and what has been processed in the past. How would you like the feature to work - The request approval would remain in the approvals section of the request. Current Behaviour - After a request has been approved, the approval disappears after it has been converted to a project.
Why is this feature important to you - When fixed amount of a parent task is zero, it does not calculate planned revenue based on rolled up planned hours. How would you like the feature to work - The parent task should automatically sum all fixed amounts from child tasks. Current Behaviour - Fixed amount remains at zero until the user opens the tasks and manually enters the sum of all child fixed amounts.
This is a bit out there, but let me provide some context. Today, if you use Marketo Custom Objects, you can link two layers of objects--one that connects to the user record and one that can connect to that previous custom object. As a result, you can take advantage of certain connections between the two custom objects, such as referencing them in Smart Lists. I would like the ability to establish secondary connections to Marketo Activities to provide supplemental details like Marketo Custom Objects can. The main use case is to extend metadata on activities where this is relevant. Some examples might be: If a record has a Change Nurture Stream activity, have a secondary activity that can record the business reason why the stream changed and any nurture-specific scoring If a record is rejected by sales with a rejection reason field, append the rejection reason data to a Change Revenue Stage activity. If a record unsubscribes from email after a message, note in the activity
Currently, there's no way to expand all operations within a Fusion module's execution bubble. It takes painstaking efforts when triaging an execution and I have a need to find an ID within a large number of operations on a module. It would save a ton of time to be able to auto-expand all operations within a module's execution, so then I can easily search (CMD+F) all operations for a specific ID.See attached screenshot.Cheers!
It would be great if there was a way to prioritize the programs/email to be sent to a customer when you set up the communication limit.
Making emails work consistently across clients is notoriously difficult, and one of the most popular platforms, Google App / GMail, only allows for inline CSS (CSS style rules embedded directly in each HTML element). This can be very difficult to maintain, especially if you have CSS rules for links and have non-technical people editing your emails who might just copy and paste into an editable filed, versus editing the link href and text values. This scenario and many others can disturb, change or remove your inline styles that exist as children of the marketo editable HTML nodes. The solution is to have the option to have Marketo automatically inline all CSS rules prior to any send. This could be a checkbox in the email settings for an email item. This is not difficult and infact I believe it already exists in other platforms. There are definitely working examples out there in the wild, so this should be pretty easy from an engineering standpoint. The UX work is drop dead simple -- just
