Hi all,I am not able to open the admin console in da.live, even after I have logged in adobe via google(I use the same with sandbox). After going through the documentation, I came to know I need a adobe ID (aka IMS) for this purpose. Does anyone know how can I generate the adobe ID or IMS. We do have a sandbox also available in AEMaaCS, is it related to that?  I am just doing a POC on content protection.Thanks

How can you access Proof ID in the document report to add it into prompts

Trying to replace a legacy data warehouse job that uses a "Previous Month" time range with a query in AEP.  I can get the correct data back from my query if I manually set the start/end dates, but I can't generate working SQL for the rolling previous month time range so I can automate the job.  ChatGPT gave me 4 different SQL variations to try but all failed, something like thisAND `timestamp` >= date_trunc('month',date_sub(date_trunc('month', current_timestamp()), 1))AND `timestamp` < date_trunc('month', current_timestamp())gives this error ErrorCode: 42601 queryId: 09e1ee39-c4b9-4e9f-bedd-d6c0e5ff18af Syntax error encountered. Hi all, I am creating a url tracking parameter in Marketing Channel surface and want to add the message action name included in journeys.  But I need it to populate in the URL following this format: "em-"  + context.system.source.actionName. When using context.system.source.actionName as is, it will show i.e.: Email+-+ "ActionName". Therefore, I'd need to replace the first part mentioned above (Email+-+) by "em-"  Is it possible to treat this type of contextual attributed at channel surface level?

Hi all! I'm aware I can use audiences in condition activities inside journeys, but my question is: If I use multiple audiences as part of the same condition node with 'OR', is the performance of the journey lowered? - currently we have a journey started by a unitary event and would like to take out profiles who don't match certain conditions. Appreciate any help, thanks!

We need to update the DITA-OT that is included with AEM Guides to get a newer version of FOP. I have managed to migrate our custom PDF plugins to the new OT (4.3.4), but the AEM Sites output is not working. The files are processed properly by the DITA-OT, but are not getting handed over to Guides to create the site. I notice differences in the log output when publishing with different DITA-OT versions. When our Adobe leadership first encouraged us to use AI in our work, I was hesitant. I’m no Luddite – point me at any new gadget or a cool app that I can use in my job to make things easier, faster or just more interesting! So, it wasn’t a “resistance to change” thing. And I’m reasonably confident I’m not contributing to the creation of time-traveling cyborg assassins because I’m embracing AI prompts in the 2020s. (Don’t come at me, SkyNet.)   So what was causing me to drag my heels about AI as a tool?   It felt like…cheating. So – and part of using AI ethically is to be transparent about it as a source – I asked the AI tool that we use here in Adobe why using AI feels like cheating. It’s one of the first prompts I used. Hi, How should we interpret the “no matching AAM ID” count in the Adobe Audience Manager Server-to-Server Processing Result email? The onboarded CRM IDs onboarded belong to existing customers who have been active on our website, so in theory they should already have Adobe cookies associated with their CRM IDs. What does it mean when an AAM ID doesn’t match? Could these be users who have ad blockers installed, preventing AAM’s demdex IDs from being collected? Thanks!

I am looking for ways to prevent users from re-entering same journey again. From AJO docs, Incremental load prevents users who have previously qualified; However, if a user's profile changes and they drop out of, then later re-qualify for the audience, they may still re-enter correct?How can we make sure that they never enter the same read audience based journey?

Hi team,We’re exploring how to track and reconcile message feedbacks (delivery, bounce, etc.) with the original API triggered transactional message send requests in Adobe Journey Optimizer.According to the feedback webhook documentation, the webhook payload includes a requestId field, which uniquely identifies the transactional send request.However, when we query the AJO Message Feedback Event Dataset, the field requestId doesn’t seem to appear — even though the rest of the payload closely mirrors the webhook structure. What’s the recommended way to tie a feedback event in the dataset back to the original send request? Would really appreciate guidance or examples on how to correlate feedback dataset records with the original transactional requests.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I manage the AEM site for a Stanford research program. I had a question about the monthly analytics reports and have been trying to reach the AEM team onsite for a few months without success. I’m hoping someone on here might be able to help. I would greatly appreciate it!!The PDF reports we currently receive each month seem to truncate some of the data. For example, please see screenshot under Monthly Key Metrics, the page names are abbreviated due to limited space in each row, making it difficult to tell which specific pages the metrics refer to and only 6 rows are shown out of the total 25 rows in this instance (Rest are missing).  Thanks,Sindhu  

Hi All,We are passing batch audience from Adobe CDP to target for next page personalization. There are two pages which we are activating personalization on. Here are the scenario:User lands on Page 1 and on their next visit to the site they are served page 2 as the first tab. This works fine as we have created an audience in CDP and passing it to Target. The problem is that these user upon their third visit are still shown the page 2 as the first tab and can never go back to page 1 as the target experience keeps reloading. We have tried excluding the audience but it excludes from the personalization altogether. What is the best possible scenario/solution here ?

Hi Everyone, We are currently encountering an issue with our AEM as a cloud setup. Our cloud instance is multi-tenant and includes five repositories. We have established Groups specific to our content paths, including an admin user group that has read, write, modify, delete, and replicate access to our content paths. The issue arises when any user who is part of this admin group attempts to move pages from one hierarchy to another. The move operation completes successfully, but it triggers a workflow called "Request to Complete Move Operation," which then accumulates in the workflow instances. However, when I, as the environment admin, perform the same move operation, the workflow mentioned above does not trigger. Could you please advise on how to ensure that the workflow does not trigger when users with all permissions (write, read, delete, modify, and replicate) perform the move operation? Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hi Team, I have posted a similar question before, but this time its different slightly. We have managed to render DoR from adaptive form using outputService.generatePDFOutput, with merged data. The adaptive form fields are binding with XDP template fields, by associating XDP with Adaptive form (xdpRef property). The question that we have is, is there any way to render PDF with merged data form adaptive form, without XDP associated to it. We are trying to understand if there is any possibility of creating an adaptive form directly on AEM, and rendering the PDF with data, by not using XDP template at all in future (to prevent the use of designer). Is there any way to create template within forms in AEM 6.5? Please also consider the fact that, PDFs have specific templates, which are currently maintained using XDP template. Thank you.
