Description - Why is this feature important to you - To analyze the top internal search terms and match the performance with engagement and order and conversion. for example- my website's internal search volume are high for many items but the conversion is very low for the high volume search terms. I can see now the top search terms and al add he metrices as i want. But, i want to sort each column separately to set the value like- search terms with a value btw 1000- 5000 and coversion value btw- 0-1 and the table should show only those search terms How would you like the feature to work - Current Behaviour - I can see now the top search terms and al add he metrices as i want. But, i want to sort each column separately to set the value like- search terms with a value btw How would you like the feature to work
As an integration developer, I would like to extend full-fledged support of Workfront and Marketo Engage to help customers who use both platforms. Today, the integration between the two platforms relies on using My Tokens in order to dynamically push and populate content. Because of this token pushing, knowing what tokens are actually in use by a program and which ones are extraneous or unused is important, especially at scale. Would it be possible to pass a result key-value pair on tokens.json noting whether or not the token is in active use by an asset? This ensures that any token handling is only done to tokens which need it.
Description - Add expand/collapse option for sections in custom forms Why is this feature important to you / current behavior - We have some very long forms that can be hard to see all the information when designing or completing a form. The user must scroll a lot to view different sections of the form How would you like the feature to work - Add an expand/collapse to sections so they can be used when designing or completing a form. It would be optimal to have the option to set the default to be either expanded or collapsed depending on the user need when presenting the finished form to our customers.
Description - I would like to be able to reset an indvidual's approval back to pending without having to reset the entire approval workflow. Why is this feature important to you - We have users that approve things on accident, and it causes issues when we have to reset everyone's approval back to pending to fix it How would you like the feature to work - I would like to be able to go into the approvals and then right click on an individual's approval and see an option to reset to "Pending" Current Behaviour - have to reset the entire approval back to pending
Description - Why is this feature important to you - We constantly see user allocations 20+ hrs overallocated How would you like the feature to work - Same as the Time-Off feature. This would not allow user's work to be scheduled on any day that is already scheduled for 8 hrs. (6 hrs prefferable) Current Behaviour - Sky's the limit! Project or Program managers can schedule as many hours per day as they want.
Description - Allow Fusion users to refresh Workfront API metadata on demand, rather than every time a module is opened. Why is this feature important to you - Currently every time you click on Workfront modules (or even other connectors), it takes a long time to open because Fusion refreshes the metadata (list of available fields). This makes it very slow to move from module to module and review or edit the configuration. It's actually extremely rare that you really need a metadata refresh due to fields being added/changed in Workfront, and so the negative performance trade-off is not worthwhile. How would you like the feature to work - It would be much better if there was a 'refresh metadata' button in the scenario, which would cause Fusion to refresh the metadata from the APIs of the used connectors. Even if this was only implemented for Workfront's connector it would be a massive improvement. Current Behaviour - It refreshes every time you
Description - Referring specifically to the Agile Board Project view and the Storyboards in Scrum and Kanban teams. There is no way currently to get these boards to refresh automatically. Although the sections update instantly, if you are working across a few users then constant refreshing is required. Why is this feature important to you - Our teams work collaboratively thus are using these boards every minute of everyday and refreshing it not a functional use of time and can lead to mixed messages in terms of project status'. How would you like the feature to work - Look into if there is a way for these boards to refresh actively to ensure all data is consistent across the system.
Description - Currently when in the agile view or in your teams Iterations Story board view if you have lots of tasks then this mean it would require you to scroll down. Currently the Swimlanes do not follow the user down as they scroll which can lead to confusion if the member is new or you have customised lanes. Why is this feature important to you - It would help the user in ensuring they are using the correct columns and assist with the management of larger projects How would you like the feature to work - Simply for the swimlane titles to follow as the user scrolls down. Current Behaviour - swimlane titles do not follow the user as they scroll
It would be nice to be able to do the following: - delete clickstream data feed templates - upload clickstream data feed templates - multi select clickstream data feed templates (to add or remove) - see columns by category of some sort. - give a template a name and not some cryptic guid (or timestamp) the wole experience is lacking here.
Description (Situation): The list of reports and dashboards are quite long in an instance shared by many groups. It makes it difficult to locate and manage reports & dashboards, especially for a system admin that sees everything. Current Behavior (Background): There currently isn’t a way to categorize reports and dashboards based on the group ownership versus the system level so they are easier to locate. The folders that are available in the reports area do not allow for a system level management to provide consistent structure to all users. Why is this feature important to you (Assessment): When managing a group it would be beneficial to easily locate the reports and dashboards for their specific use rather than scrolling a long list of reports. Even though some users do not see all reports, there can be system wide used reports or ones shared across groups that make it hard to locate their own. It is especially cumbersome for the system admin since they view all items in
Description - The progressive disclosure (display logic) in custom forms is challenging when trying to figure out what items are driving each question. The colored square indicators do not visually provide much detail and you need to click on to view the settings. Once in the panel you need to scroll to locate information and if there are many options then it is hard to figure out what is driving what. There are also indicators on both the right and left side (what is driving vs what is being driven) of the question but those are not clear especially to the novice user. There is a learning curve for new form designers to understand all the different symbols and why they are split. Why is this feature important to you - We design many complex forms and need to be able to navigate the form more easily. Without all the extra clicks it is time consuming and confusing to manage the options. How would you like the feature to work - Adding some hover clues that display the questio
Description and what we would like to see: The system doesn't provide a good way to manage the hundreds of forms in our system. We would like to see additional features added to allow a clearer definition about who owns the form. We currently get around this by sharing the form with a group and then grouping by that field. It isn't always accurate, nor does it allow for system level management to be clearly defined. Ability to assign a form to a group who owns/manages it so ownership is apparent, and it can be viewed at the group level without needing to access the full list of forms which is daunting in a large instance Some forms are shared across groups, but we don't want group admins to think they can edit them. Instead, we would like the forms assigned to their groups to appear in their group area for management purposes. For system admins, the large number or forms are difficult to dig through to find specific forms. Assigning to a group would help in locating ones for a s
Description - We would like to be able to send custom forms exports to our users when designing a new form. Why is this feature important to you - When we are designing new forms for users, they often want to share with many people. We may want to share this form prior to a queue being setup or simply allow them to share a version with others. Being that we cannot set up a new queue topic and hide it when a queue is active, we are forced to create test request queues and then assure these are shared with all the right users, so they aren't visible to customers. This is more work and takes more explanation to the end user as to why it isn't named, or setup as expected. How would you like the feature to work - We would like to be able to do an export of the form as an interactive pdf so any progressive disclosure (display logic) would work. This would be a similar concept to proofing but with more functionality (not static) for the end user. (Related note: You used to be able
Description (Situation): Workfront does not support opening documents in their native application when stored inside Workfront. A user is required to download the document to view it when it isn’t in pdf format. We need to be able to view documents without the extra steps. Current Behavior (Background): When you navigate to the document area and click a document name it automatically begins a download of the document if it is not in pdf format Click document details, this opens a window, and it appears you can click preview to see the document. When you click preview, you are forced to download a copy of the document if not in pdf format Why is this feature important to you (Assessment): The current functionality of requiring the user to download a document just to view it is cumbersome and inefficient. It also causes problems with staff downloading items and creating different versions that are not then uploaded into Workfront. They also cannot make changes to th
In the email notifications area in setup, you can turn them off or on, but cannot dictate daily or instant for the default. This article shows which ones WF sets as one or the other - https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=the-new-workfront-experience&topicId=Content%2FWorkfront_basics%2FUsing_Notifications%2Fnotifications-communication.htm&_LANG=enus - but I want the ability to change this. As an admin, I should be able to set instant vs daily on any notifications I choose. Since I can't, I'm having to make tweaks to every account I create. For example, the 'someone comments on a thread I'm in' is only set for daily on default, I can't change it to instant on a setup level, which is what I feel it should be!
Description - Our stakeholders reached out to us in regards to the email notification which is sent out when an issue/request is rejected. Why is this feature important to you - The current email can lead to confusion at first glance and it could use some fine-tuning 🙂 How would you like the feature to work - The subject line could better illustrate that the request/issue was rejected, instead of completed. Also, the 'Rejected' word could be displayed in red instead of green. - Subject line is misleading and the word 'Rejected' is in green. Thank you, S
Description - I would like the option to have one step in a journey where customers are entering into a segment or exiting from a segment from this step. Why is this feature important to you - This would help with orchestrating the journey so customers could at some point (depending on previous steps) enter into segment as part of the journey and that segment could then be used to trigger another journey or offer. I've used this feature in other tools and I find it very handy to connect journeys to each other at different points in time. They could also enter into a segment which excludes them from all email communication for X time for example, and then exit that segment whenever the journey says so. How would you like the feature to work - 1. I would like to have a node/step in a journey that only adds customer to a segment. The segment in itself is only set to accept customers coming from a journey and doesn't have any further requirements when being built. 2. I would l
Description - Allow new issue fields from the queue details to be made required, i.e. description, priority, etc. Why is this feature important to you - These system generated fields are not required and users often do not fill them in when submitting requests. Therefore, essential information is being left out. Allowing these fields to be required will reduce the redundancy of creating workaround custom description fields. How would you like the feature to work - Create a checkbox next to the current checkboxes to make this field required - just like how it is within the custom form section. Instead create this option within the queue details section as well. Current Behaviour - have to create custom description fields that do not populate in the system generated description within the overview tab.
Can we add a setting to the Fallout Viz to hide/show the actual volumes that appear under each step (the visits/visitors)? Hiding these would mean that the viz only shows the fallout/fallthrough percentages (on the chart and in the pop-ups). The volumes NEVER match figures elsewhere in a dashboard. Whilst I appreciate the steps are sequential, if I have a Freeform table with "Page A" as the dimension and Visits as the metric, and then I create a Fallout where the first step is "Page A" and its set to use Visits, the numbers don't match, even for this initial step when there's nothing else in the fallout viz. As a result, this is the #1 subject for queries I get... why don't the numbers match those shown in a freeform table elsewhere in the dashboard - and it makes users query the accuracy of Adobe Analytics entirely. Whilst I've tried everything to get them to match they never do. And as the main feature of the fallout is to look at conversion and fallout providing a feature to make v
Description - Allow Project Name to be a field that is transferred over to Jira and allow for links to refer back to Workfront project Why is this feature important to you - Currently most projects are set up with a template on Workfront, which means that all project will have the same tasks. IF there are specific tasks for every project that need to be worked by the Jira team, how would they differentiate the projects since the tasks descriptions are the same? Project name will help and also the link to allow the Jira Team to see the details of the project How would you like the feature to work - Project Name (with link back to Workfront) to be in close proximity of view to the tasks name Current Behaviour - Project name is not transferred over to Jira. So the person receiving this task on Jira has no idea which project this is for, which makes it difficult for them to know what they need to work on. There is also no link back to the project to allow user to understand th
Description - Be able to easily translate proofs when proofing in different languages Why is this feature important to you - We proof a lot of proofs in different languages. It would be a nice feature to add so we can easily check to make sure what it on the design matches what it should be. How would you like the feature to work - Add a feature in the proofing tool to be able to easily translate the language to the language that the person is proofing in. Current Behaviour - There is no way to check proofs to make sure they are translated correctly for those who don't speak the language that is on the proof.
Integration with Microsoft Word and Workfront. We would like to have tracked changes inside of WF or to have the ability to edit documents within the proofing tool.
There are multiple departments within our organization that use workfront. One department would like to change the decision options for proofing to remove "Approved with Changes," however other groups still want it. There should be a way for teams or groups to customize their decisions for their proofs. OR alternatively, users should be able to customize the decision options for each proof.
Basically, this feature allows you to make modifications to a launched Campaign while messages are in the process of being deployed. These changes will then be applied to all un-sent messages. Think about we realize that we need to modify the subject line for some reason or any other content, we would suspend the Campaign then change the subject line and run the campaign again with the Pick Up Changes option. That would avoid to cancel the campaign and create a new one. Also, the only exception to this rule can be an Event-triggered Campaign. In that scenario, we wouldn't need to first suspend the Campaign before running Pick Up Changes.
Ability to have task level reminders for users so they might be notified a day or so before their task is due but because timelines often move.
