I'm trying to create an issue report to show the average time between entry date and actual completion date per month. I cannot get any issue duration field to aggregate to show an average in the grouping. I've tried text mode to calculate the date difference, and I've also tried creating a calculated field. Neither is working for me. Is this even possible? If not, does anyone have a good way to show this type of data in Workfront?Thanks!

One of my users asked how their supervisor could be notified when they're added to a project, to which I responded that was built into Workfront's notification settings. However, when looking in the "miscellaneous" notifications for that manager (and all users) I can no longer find any settings related to people on their team. Has anybody else noticed this?

Client is a professional sports team and often has last-minute lists they need to email. They have a stand-alone AJO (no RT-CDP or CDP connected to facilitate real-time audience evaluation). Example use cases could be:1. Same-day ticket purchase there were not capture at data refresh from warehouse, or at ticket-purchase event (configured but limited). 2. Communicatsions that need to go to people not typically in the database - such as family members of players/staff, and/or lists from sales-teams for certains games, our group sales members. We are hoping to receive details on whether list imports and/or real-time evaluation is on the roadmap for stand-alone AJO and highly suggest this functionality as marketing automation platforms fulfill this need. We have provided workarounds to get the client as close as possible, but are looking for input from other users and Adobe team. Dear Community,Greetings! I have setup an event that triggers the journey. The event has the 'accountNumber' and 'phoneNumber' attributes. Now, I need to find the 'email address' associated with the 'accountNumber' or 'phoneNumber' and send out an email to the user. Account Number is the primary key here. How can we accomplish this within the journey? Thanks in advance. 

I have almost clear whole dam via script and tested. Sites are working fine. all dam folders and assets added by users are deleted. and then run 1. java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore2.  java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore rm-unreferenced3.   java -jar -Dsun.arch.data.model=32 oak-run-1.8.4.jar compact crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstoreafter compact however it freed the size of 35GB. but my aem total size was around 865GB. and I was expecting to reduce more used size. however I haven't deleted the sites which were using these assets. The dam size was quite big in 700+GB.Can someone guide me how to clear the size of application?Server used is Rhel 9.

I am looking to develop a detailed table that focuses exclusively on those web pages that have received more than 1,000 visits within the last six months. Is there a way for me to create a specific filter or segment to isolate and display this data effectively?

We are trying to set up a watch event using the Azure DevOps module. This is intended to notify us when a comment is entered on an Azure DevOps Product Backlog Item, Task, or Feature, and then sync that comment to the related task Comments(Updates or Note) in Workfront. However, we are facing an issue in our Fusion scenario, which is configured to watch for “New and Updated Records” (Work Item Commented). It creates two event subscriptions—one for new records and one for updated records—pointing to the same webhook address. This can lead to duplicate triggers if a single action in Workfront is interpreted as both a new record and an update, or if an update is registered immediately after creation. How can we address this issue?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Mask the From name on a proof notifications? All of the proofs come from a generic email address but it appears as I am sending it - what if we wanted it to say something generic like "<Company Name> Proof" Can this be done and if so how?

Hi All, We are currently working on a B2B use case where some individuals may have both customer and partner account types. In certain cases, these profiles may share the same email address, Marketo person ID, or account ID. Hi everyone,I have a lot of workflows in Adobe Campaign where I need to update and replace a specific attribute with another attribute.I was wondering if it's possible to use JavaScript to directly update the XML and perform a replace operation. For example, I want to locate [agreementLink/XYZ/@123] in the xml-code and replace it with [agreementLink/ABC/@456] in every row I can find it.I believe it should be technically possible, has anyone successfully done something similar?
