Hi Team, For one of our projects, we are using the SOAP call to Adobe campaign V8 from the client's PROD web server. During the API call this is the error log generated in the web server. Error: Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: https. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:*.campaign.adobe.com) However, there is no error while making the call from DEV web server.Could you pls let me know the root cause and what solution need to be done from client's end or Adobe end? 

Hello!Curious if it is possible to "timestamp" within an email footer the DateTime that the email was Sent and/or Delivered for both a Sample Draft and/or a Live Email?We currently use the system date token - but that obviously updates to whatever the current DateTime is when viewed for saved samples.From what I can tell this doesn't seem possible, but thought I'd reach out to wiser minds 🙂 

I have been following Report: combined task and issue View and Grouping and I ran into some problems when trying to create groupings. After some digging on the community forums it looks like you can create the report but grouping it does not work very well. Has anyone figured out a good way to group tasks and issues by priority?

I am working on a task report where I filtered out all of my designer role tasks and only have copywriter role tasks. The problem I am running into is I need to be able to pull in a specific designer task that pulls in the date and assignee for when art work is due to release into a report column so the copywriters know when assets are due to release. Is there a way to do this using text mode? I am thinking this must be an IF(Contains)Concat type of situation.  

Hi,I have an use case, Marketo is linking customobject record to an inactive email addressCustomobject is defined with email address as linking fieldAn unique Id as de-dupe fieldWhen I bulk import data to Customobject, Marketo is linking the CO data to an inactive email address(There are dupe email addresses) because of which active email address is not showing up in the list derived by a smart list. I would not be knowing email address status at the time of bulk import  data. Is there any way we can force Marketo not to link CO data to an inactive email address?  Thanks,Babu

Hi! I am working on a scenario where I am using the Watch Event module to get the data and then using Parse JSON module to get the only ID from specific field. Is there a way to get the only ID's value from multiple fields instead of doing one by one for each fields?  Was wondering if is it possible to do by using "and" function or something.. Any suggestion would be helpful. Hi, I want to enable permissions to create asset reports for a group with of non-admin users. I found this community post on how to do this in AEM 6.4, but I'm running AEM 6.5 and I haven't been able to figure this out in my environment. Can someone provide detailed steps on how to enable report permissions for non-admin users in AEM 6.5? Thank you!

Hi everyone,We've recently implemented Adobe Analytics in our Android app and are in the process of validating the implementation using Charles Proxy. However, we're running into an issue where no network calls from the app are being captured when Charles is connected.It appears that once the Android device is configured to use Charles as a proxy, the internet stops working on the device entirely. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hi,We are implementing Adobe Analytics on react application where we see duplicate calls captured in Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger. We are sure that Data Collection Rule is triggered only once.One call has Analytics Hit ID and the second/duplicate call does not have value for this field, rest of the values are exactly the same.Attached screenshot for reference.Can you please let us know what might be wrong here?@pratheeparunraj @jennifer_dungan  

Hi! Client created an email transactional-type campaign, and during configuration, if "Create New Profile" is not selected, the system throws an error saying the profile doesn’t exist if the profile does not exists in AEP/AJO. Questions: . Is it possible to send emails without having a profile created and not clicking on "Create New Profile"?. If not, we need the ability to mask or hash the email address for specific use cases where the email is considered sensitive or secure. Currently, in Adobe Campaign Standard, transactional events of this type only send the email to the provided address without creating a profile. We need to replicate this same behavior in AJO. Thanks

Hi there, The issue:Every time I publish a page, I don’t see the content updated at the publish-xxx-xxx URL (dispatcher). Things I’ve tried to troubleshoot:Disabled the CDN cache (Fastly) to ensure it's not cached there (didn’t work).Disabled the "enableTTL" config in the dispatcher (didn’t work).Set "/statfileslevel" to 0 (didn’t work).Set "/invalidate" with "/0000 { /glob "*" /type "allow" }" (didn’t work).Tested my dispatcher config using the local SDK dispatcher (flushing worked fine, although this uses the Replicator API).Reset my dispatcher config to the original archetype version (still didn’t work).Reviewed the Sling Distribution Queue — all looks good, the queue is not blocked.Checked the Sling Distribution Queue logs — shows "type=ADD" is sent on each publication.Dispatcher logs don’t show more than "[actionhit]" on the request.I've updated the logs to debug level by setting the DISP_LOG_LEVEL variable to Debug (in the global.vars file), but I still see the "[I]" in

Hello Team , I have a requirement to create new "News Articles" (News Pages with only Images & Text assembled via 2/3 layouts) on AEM.  The content would be provided by the marketing team in Word. Currently the content Authors copy paste the data from word to create the pages.Is there a way to do the above activity programmatically ?  Currently we have AEM managed service 6.5 Document based Edge Is DITA the only way to achieve this ? Hi, Seeking working code for module hero banner; where image can be uploaded by an admin for the background of the container, and still have live, editable text in the foreground. It must work in Outlook. I am using a Marketo provided email template, however there are issues likely due to CSS for background: cover; being utilized. In Outlook, image pushed outside of container (overspills), vertically, breaking that container and bugging up the email rendering.Please advise. Current Implementation:We have previously implemented custom error page handling using ACS AEM Commons Error Page Handler in AMS. Now, we are migrating the code to AEM as a Cloud Service. We have implemented the same approach by adding a folder under ui.apps:/apps/acs-commons/components/utilities/errorpagehandler/404.jspThis folder contains all the custom error pages related to the project. Additionally, we created another folder at:/apps/sling/servlet/errorhandler/default.jspThis folder refers to the ACS Commons path. The configuration works, and we are getting custom 404 pages. However, when we deploy the code and try to access other ACS Commons lists through AEM sites, those pages are blocked because /apps/acs-commons is overriding the path. We tried a different approach using ErrorDocument directives through the dispatcher, which also works by redirecting to the custom 404 page mentioned in the ErrorDocument directive. We need to use the URL in the SMS messages,1. If we use normal URL then it is not getting tracked in CDP.2. If we use Shorten URL then it gets tracked but the limitation here is that the URL will get expire in 15 days as mentioned in the document.  Any solution on this ? Thanks in Advance!
