I want to know how we can achieve the below requirement for the personalization from recommendation.We have to personalize the products through the recommendation in the carousel where the male products are visible to male visitors, female products are visible to female visitors and also on the basis for the geo location like if the person is from bangalore than the person should have the most viewed product from Bangalore city only i.e. recommending the products as per the user location.If the above is possible than how we can do these things. I have checked it might be possible with the profile attribute matching or profile matching filter but I am not getting the proper steps for this.

Hi,I have a test program created in the year 2018.Today Imported program members via bulk API with program member status as "Member"  and set program member values.API returns status "Queued" and import completed without errorsI do not see any program member when I clicked on program "Members" tab in Marketo UI.ironically, I saw all emails when I exported program members data.Program type is default, channel is emailI can see program members in Marketo UI if I import emails via .csv file manually.Can you please help me to understand what's going wrong Thanks,Babu

Hi everyone,I'm integrating external database lists into Marketo, and part of the business requirement is to create new static lists in Marketo automatically from that external source.The database API requires passing a folder ID or program ID where the lists should be created. However, in the Database section of Marketo, there are only folders and lists, no programs. Also, folders in the Database don’t display any ID in the UI.How can I find the correct folder ID to use in the API request, so the integration knows where to create these new lists within the desired folder in the Database section?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,We have 2 websites on separate domains, that we want track with a single Marketo instance. Site 1Munchkin tracking codeMarketo forms Site 2Munchkin tracking codeSalesforce commerce forms Our plan is to submit the munchkin tracking ID along with the Salesforce form, which will then be used in a Push Lead API call  to associate the visitor activity with the lead after it is synced to Marketo. However, if a lead first fills out a standard Marketo form on Site 1, and then fills out the form on Site 2 (triggering the process above), what will happen? Will the lead become associated with the munchkin ID of Site 2 only, and Site 1 activity will no longer be tracked? Or does Marketo maintain the association of multiple tracking IDs? Thanks,

 I’m trying to build an account-level engagement analysis in Adobe Analytics for a B2B services company.I already have an uploaded list of accounts (with company name, industry, region, etc.) available as a dimension in my data. I want to identify which accounts show high engagement — for example, accounts that generated more than a certain number of visits, unique visitors, or page interactions in the last 3 months.The challenge is that in the Segment Builder, the logic options are limited to Visitor, Visit, and Hit containers. I can’t figure out how to create a segment that groups all visitors under an account and then filters based on that account’s aggregated engagement metrics (e.g., “accounts with visits > 5”).Has anyone successfully created account-level engagement segments in Adobe Analytics?Specifically, I’d like to know:How do you define and apply thresholds like “high”, “medium”, or “low” engagement per account?Can this be done directly in the Segment Builder using t

Hi! I'm trying to create a filter (I believe it might need to be a text filter). I'm working on reporting and dashboards and trying to build a dashboard for a specific subsector of projects within a portfolio. Right now I have a report filtered by program name (ID) where I typed in the word "talent" and just selected all of the programs with the word talent in the name. However, this doesn't automatically update because every time a new program with the word "talent" get's entered, I would have to go back in and add it it the filter. I'm assuming the best way to go about this is to add a text filter that filters every program with the word "talent". Could anyone help with what this text mode filter would look like? Let me know if there's a better way to do this.

Hello brilliant Workfronters! I have a few folks that want to use one project to manage multiple deliverables (flyers, email, etc.). I know that's not best practice but they insist as they don't want to set up multiple projects. There are also some projects that run all year (say, social posts for the year) and users don't want to open a separate project for every single social post.  What is a good way to "capture" all that work via a custom form so I can "count" it in a chart reporting on number of deliverables completed in a period of time? Multiple "project deliverable" form fields? As in Deliverable 1, Deliverable 2, etc. 

Could using the same subdomain for both SMS and email impact my email sending reputation?For example, if my SMS channel generates a lot of spam complaints or opt-outs, could that negatively affect the reputation of the email subdomain in any way?

We have a client that is asking for our project data to be exported to MS Project and provided to them. I know we can export each individual project but I am not seeing any way to do a bulk export to xml. We have 450+ projects that need to be exported multiple times. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Maybe it can be done with a Fusion scenario?

I have successfully created the following audiences separately:Edge segmentation, using Edge merge policy [A]Batch segmentation, using default batch merge policy [B] Adobe Support has advised me to create an audience combining the two using an OR condition, in order to identify and capture returning visitors over a longer period of time.  The goal is for individuals to flow into Target and be served personalized experiences, beyond the 24 hour limit within Edge profile qualification. In the segment builder, I have set Attributes as: [A] OR [B]I have tried the following combinations of Evaluation Method and Merge Policy, but regardless of the combination I receive the same error outcome with the following message: Evaluation MethodMerge PolicyOutcomeBatchBatchErrorBatchEdgeErrorEdgeBatchErrorEdgeEdgeError  When trying to save, I receive this error:One or more of your referenced audiences uses a merge policy different from the one selected for this audi

Is anyone else having issues accessing Sandbox today? Production is fine and working well, however as an Admin, the options available to me in the Sandbox main menu are Priorities and Set Up.I am in Chrome, have cleared cookies and caches, tried an incognito window and also in Edge, all the same result.Just want to make check if it is an system issue or an isolated one.

Hey folks, I have an absurd issue on my custom ui testing build - The logs are building out the URL https://publish-p111111-e1492222.adobeaemcloud.net/hello/test/hi?nocache=trueThe actual URL should be adobeaemcloud.com and not .netI have set the URL in environment variable and in my cypress.config.js but yet the above one gets logged. The above URL gives Apache standard response It works and thereby fails my custom tests.cy:request ✔ [object Object]Status: 200Response body: <html><body><h1>It works!</h1></body></html>cy:command ✔ STEP HTTP Status: 200  Anyone knows why that is? Thanks,Nagesh

Hi all, Is it possible to use a subdomain delegated to Adobe and used in email channel setup to be reused in SMS Subdomain setup with a different prefix ? As per this documentation - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/channels/sms/sms-subdomains already delegated subdomains can be used, but wondering whether the one used for email setup could be reused for SMS or not ?

Hi everyone,I’m seeing a strange discrepancy in Unique Visitors when viewing the same dashboard within the same Virtual Report Suite.Users with different roles are getting different numbers — specifically, Basic Users see around 40K more Unique Visitors than Admins.Has anyone come across this behavior before? Could this be related to user permissions, data view settings, or something else I might be missing?I’d really appreciate any ideas or guidance — thank you all for your time and help!Best,

I am new to Adobe Analytics, is there any way that can I track what visitors from Adobe Campaign did on my Fatlosscalc website without using UTMs? So far all I could get where the Campaign Dimensions, but I can't do much with those or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Cheers!
