Hello Marketing Nation – Webex has recently rolled out a new UI that is referred to as Webex Events (New). Our present connector supports events created in Webex Events (Classic) only. It doesn’t support events created in Webex Events (New). We are working to find a solution. In the meantime, we want to keep everyone updated about this change. This information has been updated in our the product documentation that can be accessed here.
Authors: @Saswata Ghosh , @Shelly Goel, @Carlos Guerrero Editor: @danny-miller While implementing AEP for customers, onboarding high-frequency data like Web Events is a common use-case. Many Platform users have upwards of up to 90% of profiles being populated by behavioral data alone, in comparison to that of record data. Therefore, managing your behavioral data using expiration-rules is critical in ensuring compliance within your license entitlements and to prevent being obsolete for your use cases. Customers often associate different weightage and relevance to different event-types and want to assign different expiry duration for them. An example would be choosing ‘30 days’ retention for ‘page views’ and ‘product browse’ events compared to 1 year for ‘purchase’ events. This is achievable in a WebSDK implementation using two DataStream pointing to two datasets (purchase vs other events) and assigning different expiry duration to them. This b

Hi,I am trying to solve a problem where I have a custom component with only textfield - with an in-place editing node and editorType is plaintext. When I include this component in another component and perform in-place editing, the authored value gets stored but resourceType for the component is missing in the content node. However, if I drag and drop this component separately it works fine. Please help me with how can I solve this by keeping editorType as plaintext. Note: When I change editorType to text or title, it works fine. It is only not working with the plaintext option and that is what I have to use.
Hi All, Initially I had an issue of object access issue described in this thread: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/error-org-apache-sling-scripting-sightly-render-objectmodel/m-p/593530#M39053 Basically I created a template with a structure resource located at/apps/mysite/components/structure/content-detail. I like to have my own customize resourceSuperType, so I copied "core/wcm/components/page/v2" to "/apps/mysite/wcm/components/page/v2", without any changes. Then all pages using content-detail will have "Cannot access" errors when pointing to /apps/mysite/wcm/components/page/v2", as: org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.render.ObjectModel Cannot access method redirectTarget on object com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.internal.models.v1.PageImpl@33ab76ab The file/resource structure:/apps + core | + mysite content-detail sling:resourceSuperType="core/
Hi,I have two questions regarding CSRF in AEM 6.1 which we recently migrated to.Question 1. Empty CSRF token. Locally, when accessing http://127.0.0.1:4502/libs/granite/csrf/token.json I can see a json object with "token" key, like{ token:"eyJle.........Gec" }However, on the server, when I go to the /libs/granite/csrf/token.json, it returns an empty json { }.The fact that I can get to the location means dispatcher is configured correctly to get to the url, and caching shouldn't be a problem. Double checked OSGi modules, and it seems csrf modules are all active. Where should I be looking that generates the token?Question 2. CSRF architecture. Why having granite.jquery to ajax load a csrf token via the URL and post via http header? If a public api is available to expose such token, a 3rd party can still inject client side script to request a legit token on client side and still get a legit csrf key for the client. That defeats the purpose of csrf protection from my understanding. Please c

As of June 5, 2023, you can now share read-only links to Analysis Workspace projects with people who don’t have access to Adobe Analytics. This link enables sharing with people outside your organization or those within your organization who are not provisioned for Adobe Analytics, as this feature does not require users to log in. While this functionality is now available and enabled by default, the system administrator can turn this feature off. To access this feature in Workspace, navigate to Share > Share with Anyone. Please note a few caveats when sharing an Analysis Workspace project with people who don’t have access to Adobe Analytics: Projects with more than 50 expanded visualizations can only be shared with individuals if provisioned for Adobe Analytics. The date range you set for the project is shown to users by default. However, users you share with can change the project’s date range. A project may become inaccessible if many users attempt to access a given link si
