I am currently using the PDF EMBED API "adobeDCView " and I works fine for the first time I execute it, but when I come back to view another PDF it shows nothing.  When I execute it in DEBUG mode it works on the second PDF some times depending on how much time I spend in DEBUG before it is called the second time.  It seems to me to be either a timing issue or the data held by adobeDCView is not being cleared. Is there a "CLEAR" function or what needs to be reset?  I have tried resetting all VARs before requesting another view, no help. For clarification, my website is a PHP app that displays a set of buttons to select different categories of PDFs.  When the button is clicked it goes to new page passing the selected category.  That page will retrieve a an item from an sql database which contains the PDF info like filename and filepath which are then passed to the adobeDCView.  After viewing the first PDF the user clicks on a "Back to Menu" button

When setting up an A/B test using the Manual option for traffic allocation, I can select from a list of custom metrics that we created in Adobe Analytics as the primary goal while I couldn't find any custom metrics when I chose the Auto-Allocate option.We need to use a custom metric in Adobe Analytics as the primary goal because a single success event is not sufficient for our requirements. Additionally, I am unsure if it is possible to combine multiple success events into a single goal for a Target test.Could you please advise if it is possible to use custom metrics in Adobe Analytics for the Auto-Allocate feature in Adobe Target? If so, how can we configure this? Alternatively, is there a way to combine multiple success events into a single goal for use in a Target test?Many thanks

Hello, I noticed several discrepancies when replicating the same reports between Classic Revenue Explorer  and Power BI Advanced Analytics when analytics Emails Open, Sent etc... For most campaign the discrepancy is relatively small +/- 2 over thousands of emails sent but for one campaign i have more, like 35 Delivered Emails on Classic Revenue Explorer and in Marketo Email Performance whilst i have 40 in Power BI Advanced Analytics. What could be the reason? I have used the same filtering on both Classic Revenue Explorer  and  Power BI Advanced Analytics (month of May and excluding internal emails) Thanks in advanced for your insights!Vincent

we have to implement a journey where we have to limit the profiles based on the conditions. but when we test the journey with different audience count , its not limiting the profiles according to the mentioned count.we can see in the adobe documentation saying , For live journeys, here are the thresholds to consider to ensure the limit is reached: For a cap greater than 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be at least 1.3 times the cap.For a cap below 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be 1000 plus the cap. but when we tested the profile cap through different audience count , the count of profiles which it's limiting is not consistent and its not according to the above threshold rules.please find the attached analysis on the same. Could you please confirm on the threshold rules  and the behavior of the journey interms of limiting profiles according to the count.

Hi All ,  We are using  com.adobe.cq.addres API to get Coordinates in our Service Class.But this is deprecated as part of https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/release-notes/deprecated-removed-features.What we could use instead of above API.Any suggestion are appreciated.

Hi Team We are trying to introduce Experience Fragments into our SPA setup. Though I could successfully dragged and dropped the content on the templates/pages, the XF is not getting visible for authoring/edit. Any additional configuration is needed for this ? However the nodes are getting added with XF nodes upon dragged-dropped. Could anybody suggest on this. RegardsBishnu

Hi Folks, I have created issues in a project - lets say I am trying to track the number of errors in each iteration by using a custom field on the issue named "DDI | Post-go-live audit No. of errors". The caveat is that I need to calculate and see how many total errors were logged in a project (Sum of this field across multiple issues on the same project). I have written this custom calculated  view in a Project report. Not sure how I can sum all the values in teh field on this report. Hello community,Top of the list of 404's listed on Google Console is an inbound link to our site from an external site. Is there any way using AEM redirect manager (ideally) to create a redirect to a different destination to correct the wrong url applied on this external site? The url path doesn't even exist on our site so applying the backend authoring view format to locate page in AEM can't apply?If this situation can be fixed, I would be grateful if you could define the format - do I apply for instance the full url (https://...) as redirecting from and apply similarly the full url to new destination or otherwise the AEMauthoring view path?Yesterday, I applied both format instances for the destination url but this doesn't seem (yet) to be working. Any advice greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello,We have a business requirement where we have created a user group called as "Group A" to onboard users to AEM, all the users that are added to this group will get the access to AEM according to the privileges applied to this group. Now as per the normal functioning in admin console, only the Admins of "Group A" can add the users to this group, now our requirement is that we create a new user group for "Onboarding Users to AEM" which can be called as "Group B", all the users inside this group can add users to "Group A" and to do that these users must be admins of Group A, is there any way through which we can add the "Group B" directly as the admin in Group A instead of adding individual users as admins. Thanks

Hi there,We’re currently trying to schedule a report from a workspace that includes two panels, each containing thousands of items. Right now, we’re downloading them manually via the “Download items as CSV” option, since the scheduled reports only include the first 50 items per panel. I’m wondering if there’s a more automated way to export the full dataset from each panel. Any guidance would be appreciated! 

Can alerts configured in Adobe Analytics be accessed or retrieved via the Adobe Analytics API?

A stakeholder wants to download a freeform table with a breakdown to be able to see the full rows for the breakout. Example provided below of Category with Product breakdown, my stakeholder wants a download that shows every product row for the category.When I highlight Category and select Download Items as CSV (Category) it just downloads the category data with no breakdown.When I highlight Product and select Download Items as CSV (Product) it just downloads the product data with no category data.When I highlight Category OR Product OR Category & Product and click Download Selection as CSV it will only download what is selected.When I highlight the table and click Download Selection as CSV, it only downloads the tables with the 5 rows of the breakdown. I could in theory expand the table to show more than 5, but we will likely have situations where the rows exceed 400 anyway. This workaround would be too manual/pose issues.Additionally my stakeholder does not want a report from

Hi, If I need to change the location of an asset or content fragment in AEM Assets (e.g., move it to a different folder) and it is referenced on a few pages, how can I do this without breaking anything and without needing to re-publish the pages? Is there a workflow or job available in AEM Assets out-of-the-box (OOTB) for this purpose? Thanks

Hi,  To meet our requirements I have implemented a filter in aem for certain path and is returning the json response from filter. Earlier I was facing issue with link rewriter removing the href invalid valid link from json even after disabling the disable link checking from aem link checker transformer OSGI configs. To fix this I wrote a custom rewriter xml with custom generator and htmlparser generator and htmlwriter serializer. However in my custom transformer class whenever I am reading the href value for below [1] string it getting href as “\”. I believe it’s because we are using backslash to use quotes for href to get easily parsed on html. My html on json looks like [1] {“message”: “this is text having href and aria-label <a href=\”/en/mypage.html \“ target=\”_blank\” aria-label=\”test\””} Does any one has faced similar issue and was able to fix it? NOTE: above html can’t be changed and used to remain as it is. Not able to find any Apache documentation, what all different

SO I am migrating dashboards in AA to CJA via component migration. But I am unable to find calculated metrics in the dropdown. I am trying for bounce rate, I am able to do bounces in derived field but not bounce rate. Only dimensions, metrics and derived fields are showing up in dropdown in Component migration interface. Any turn arounds for this ?
