I am using AEM as a Cloud Service. 2 different systems are invoking the AEM publisher domain with respective request parameters. The requests are not authenticated and hence AEM is redirecting the request to the configured IDP. However while redirection, it is using the idpUrl configured on SAML Authentication Handler configuration on AEM. Therefore we are losing the request parameter. I have tried setting "saml.sp.use.relaystate": true on AEM SAML Handler configuration, but that looks to be different or even might not be supported now, not sure. I understand that this is OOB Handler functionality and the redirection is a POST request and not a GET. Still appending like a request parameter will work for us since IDP will be able to read that parameter and act accordingly. So please recommend the best approach to relay/append the same request parameter to the idpUrl redirection. Sincere thanks for your kind help !
Description - Allow the option for passwords to be added to proofsWhy is this feature important to you - Our clients want to add a guest to proofs but want a layer of security on the document in case incorrect emails get added. How would you like the feature to work - When creating a proof, have a tickbox option to add a password. Is there any other way to upload a product catalog data feed into Adobe target recommendations other than the 3 mentioned ways 1.CSV, 2. Google product Feed, 3. Adobe Analytics classification? If so, do we have any proven working documentation on that as a reference ?
Hi, I am creating two schemas individual profile and experience event schema and using loyalty_Id as identity in the both schema. Whether should I create single namespace for both the Ids or create two namespace to assign them separately?
I am looking for a working example of how to create a profile script from a click event on a button. Please feel free to just post a working example of a working/functioning trackEvent() click event that someone has created which sends to parameters to the target-global-mbox and is used to create a profile script. I followed the logic from the Experience League Documentation article and this Experience League question and used information from my site but nothing has worked so far. I added the onclick event to my button, and created the profile script as shown but I have had no luck, even making small changes to see if it helps. This is why I would prefer to see if anyone (fee free to use dummy data or code) has a working example of how to do this. Thank you!!
Hi Team, My UI app team wants to pass complete grapql query with endpoint shared by AEM team as headless cf models.so that Ui app team can reduce or modify content based on query passed in POST can passing query as payload or url param is recommended?
I’ve configured the Apache jackrabbit oak TokenConfiguration in AEM 6.5 to set token expiry, and it works as expected. However, it doesn’t consider user inactivity — the session expires only after the configured time, regardless of whether the user is active or idle. I’m thinking of adding a client-side JavaScript to detect inactivity and force logout, ideally by loading it globally in the author environment. Is there any official or supported clientlib category that loads globally at the instance level (i.e., across all authoring UIs like Sites, Assets, etc.)? Thanks in advance!-Sravan
Hi, I'm trying to publish a workflow and after its starting from the query it stops at the split condition.Plus can see some new icon on the left instead of "Start" button at the worflow list and other options (start/restart) buttons greayd out. Please advise!

Which option do you rather choose? If I click import then all 5GB dataset is downloaded? How it work in details? If I create custom field group then its always nested on 1st level:And then how to load these records as a flat table? I know about adding ?flatten but I see that sometimes it does not work ....
The issue is with the Coral 3 nested multi field in AEM 6.5 where the dialog scrolls automatically to the bottom when we add a new item. It becomes more complex if data is being added more by the author. While checking at the console I was getting a jquery event being generated from createpagewizard.js. when ever we click on the add button and the scroll to the bottom behaviour triggers. Is this an expected behaviour or do we have any working solution to restrict this scroll bottom ?
Hi, there is no "Save and close" option in editing the properties for an AEM asset (image). Some images in the same folder do have this option to "Save and close" whereas images like below only have "Close" Is there any reason why it could be? Thank you
Is there a way to pull old project data from an inactive custom form into a new custom form if they share some of the same fields and/or calculated fields? Do projects need to be active or can they also be closed? Could fusion run a scenario irregardless of the project status?
I have images that I have expired on AEM where the subject has removed permission for us to use their images. When I insert the image using Assets on Adobe Express - I am able to see an "Expired tag" beneath the image, however when I insert the image via Adobe Asset Link on InDesign or Photoshop - no expired tag appears and I am able to use the image as normal.Would this be an error, or is this functionality not available with AEM Asset Link? If a functionality issue, is this available with other AEM Products? I am currently using AEM Essentials.
Hi all - I was looking at our timesheets and noticed that they did not autogenerate like they normally do for us on the 1st of the month. Normally, the following month's timesheets (July) autogenerate when we reach the 1st of the prior month but it looks like that didnt happen this month. Anyone else experience this? If so pls submit a case to support! Hopefully they dont make us autogenerate them manually as a fix since that would be very cumbersome.
WF currently generates 2 timesheets: one for the current week + 1 for the following week. Some users take 2 or 3 weeks of vacation and we would like for them to pre-populate timesheets to show that vacation. This would prevent Timesheet exception reports from flagging those users for having 0 hours. Can this be enabled enterprise-wide or can it be an option per Timesheet Profile?
Hi Community,I’m trying to recreate a trend line chart and a freeform table in Adobe Analytics Workspace, based on a screenshot shared by a client (attached below). Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the original project — just the image. From the screenshot, it seems there are two trend lines for a metric (possibly "Internal Search: Successful"):One line excludes data from Jan–Apr 2023 (shows flat line in the beginning).Another line includes only Jan–Apr 2024 (shows spike in the middle).Below the chart, there’s a freeform table also split based on these same two conditions.I want to replicate this kind of setup for a different metric — let’s say “Visits” — for learning and practice. I have access to Adobe Analytics via the free Adobe University access.Could someone please guide me:How to create these two segments correctly (exclude Jan–Apr 2023 and include only Jan–Apr 2024)?What’s the best way to apply these segments to a trend line and freeform table?Should I avoid using “Date Ran
Description - Once upon a time there was auto-provisioning, and it was awesome. Then came the dark times, the times of the Adobe Admin Console, and there was wailing and gnashing of teeth across the land. We were promised "zero-touch administration", which would be just like auto-provisioning, but these were lies! Why is this feature important to you - We have a large bank of users who just need to get to request forms. The lack of this functionality means that we either have to touch each account or someone has to walk each person through the multi-step process. How would you like the feature to work - Solution 1 (preferred): when a user who qualifies for zero-touch provisioning accesses any WF link, account creation occurs, and the user ends up wherever they were trying to go.Solution 2 (also would be acceptable): Add Workfront to https://experience.adobe.com/ (which is where the activation link dumps them). Current Behavior - The user has to click on the "ac
Document Authoring - a New, Simple CMS for Edge Delivery Services by @daniel-strmecki Introduction The first time I saw our partners at Adobe present document-based authoring, I thought it was a great solution for smaller and short-lived sites. However, most enterprises would probably not use it as it lacks advanced enterprise CMS features like automated translations, market/language rollouts, bulk updates, custom workflows, etc. Looks like Adobe might have gotten similar feedback from customers as they recently announced early access to a new, simple CMS for Edge Delivery Services (EDS) called Document Authoring (DA). DA is a user-friendly, high-performance, and highly available document-based authoring solution for managing, editing, and publishing sites. It’s built around the EDS document model, using concepts like blocks and sections. DA has an SDK, APIs, and integrated Adobe technologies to support modern content creation workflows. Adobe chose to name it "Docume
Hi, thanks for your help in advance! I am trying to set a form that will prepopulate the country dialling code before the 'Telephone' field based on the country selected previously.I would really appreciate your advice on how to set this. Is there any solution within Marketo (not involving 3rd parties) and if not, do you have any recommendations? Thanks again!
I'm currently preparing for the AEM DevOps certification and looking for good study resources.I’ve been going through the official Adobe documentation, but honestly, it feels quite scattered and hard to follow in a structured way.Does anyone have any beginner-friendly or well-organized learning resources (like blogs, courses, YouTube playlists, notes, or hands-on guides) that cover AEM DevOps topics like:AEM architecture (Author/Publish/Dispatcher)Setting up environmentsCI/CD with Jenkins or Cloud ManagerReplication agentsMonitoring and performance tuningIf you've already taken the certification, I’d really appreciate any preparation tips or insights as well! Thanks in advance!
Hello!I need to implement Security Headers in the PROD environment, but it is not working, but it works in the developer and stage environments.I use the website https://securityheaders.com/ to validate if the Headers are working and it returns a grade of F (no headers implemented) in the prod url, but returns a grade of A (excellent implementation) in the dev and stage publish links. All my backend files in the dev, stage and prod environments are the same, with the same implementations, but the headers only appear in the dev and stage publish, they do not appear in the Prod environment.
I would like to create a validation logic where a specific value is selected on a field if user selects "Yes" on a field that precedes it. For example, we have a radio button field question:Urgent request? - Yes- No The following field is a single select field with value options:Urgency Level- Standard- Expedited- Urgent Can someone help with a validation logic? Thanks!
Description - Allow a user the ability to group proofs by the deadline day or hourly time frames so the user has a way to quickly see what they need to review first and not miss reviewsWhy is this feature important to you - Currently, all the proofs are clumped together making it incredibly difficult to be able to prioritize what needs to be reviewed first. This feature would help the end user by being able to review the most time sensitive proofs. Currently, our users are clicking into each proof manually to try and prioritize their reviews to know the stage deadline of the proof which is time consuming and inefficient. How would you like the feature to work - Add an option to be able to group the proofs on the "Awaiting my approval" widgetCurrent Behaviour - Does not exist 10/24/24: Update to this original idea Now that we have the Proof due time (yay) available to us on the My Approvals widget, the current experience shows no sense of order when proofs are due. Description - The revised UI/UX for the calendar area coming with the next release is missing the "Hide Weekend" feature Why is this feature important to you - Work does not occur on the weekends with our team and this would allow more real estate on the screen for the 5 business days we care about. How would you like the feature to work - Add the "Hide Weekend" option back to the new calendar options. Current Behavior: New Calendar:
