Hi there dear Community,i am struggling with this problem. My company has two different branches. We would like to have a preset that has a grey background for one branch and a white background for another. When i create a Image Preset it gets created in "/conf/global/settings/dam/dm/presets/macros"And this is now a global setting. As expected. My desire would be to create "conf/branch1..." and "conf/branch2..." and then give all the Branch1 Folder the relevant setting, and Branch 2 the other. This setting would be called "web" in both cases.Does anybody has an idea how i can have different Image Presets in different Folders?Any other Idea is welcome!

I am running Version purge as described in the docs https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/deploying/configuring/version-purging.html?lang=en with settings of versionpurge.paths = /content versionpurge.recursive = true versionpurge.maxVersions = 0 versionpurge.minVersions = 0 versionpurge.maxAgeDays = 1 to my understanding, this should delete all versions that are older than 1 day, in other words: only versions from yesterday are kept, anything else is gone. Hoewever if I check my pages, I still see the same number of pages with the properties jcr:baseVersion jcr:versionHistory jcr:predecessors e.g. when I run this query, the number of results is the same http://localhost:4502/bin/querybuilder.json?type=cq%3aPage&p.hits=selective&p.properties=jcr:path jcr:content/jcr:predecessors&p.offset=0&p.limit=1000&path=/content&property=jcr:content/jcr:predecessors&property.operation=exists&property.value=true My a

In our January 2023 release we rolled out a new version of the modal that Report assets use to filter on assets. Due to customer feedback, we have decided to temporarily roll back these changes over the next two weeks for all customers in order to make some changes in how it was implemented. Why was this change made? A goal of the Modern UX project has been to upgrade the underlying infrastructure that powers Marketo Engage. The asset tree (what you see on the left side of Marketo) was the first of these components that was upgraded to a new design that introduced new enhancements that increased scalability and performance. The asset filter modals in Analytics Report assets were the final areas of Marketo Engage that were still utilizing the legacy asset tree. This change updated the backend of the report modal to use the modern tree infrastructure and new design components. Why did it behave differently than the previous modal? This is because of the differences in the u

If getting costs data and calculating cost per lead is something you are interested in doing but have never done before, you might be worried about the prospect of having to manually update hundreds of programs with multiple costs for each month they were in existence. No need to fear the API is here! This post will walk you through how to collect all your advertising costs in the correct format, map them to programs, and then import these program names and costs into a Python script to automatically update each program with all historical costs. Then once the backdating of costs is complete you can follow the Updating Costs using the API & Zapier post to see how to automatically update costs every month using Zapier and Google Sheets. N.B. If it is your first time using the API or you need a quick refresher then check out the Quick-Start Guide to the API to see how to make your first API requests in Postman before transitioning to mak

Hi, I referred this document for insights configuration in AEM https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/assets-insights.html. I see that we need to add "data-aem-asset-id" and "data-trackable" to <img> tag to track the image. In our project we don't have sites hence assets are used in 3rd party websites. How can we track the impression and clicks or other details of image? After configuring, only by adding these attributes will it be able to track or should we use any scripts to track the aem assets used in 3rd party sites. Also, where should we add these scripts? Please share the steps to implement insights. Thank you, Keerthana
Hi Team, I want to search the PDF assets with its contents in AEM Clouds. for example, if my xyz.pdf file has text as "Avocado Breakfast" in it and when I am searching in DAM with Avocado breakfast text, I should get this PDF as results. Just FYI, there is no tag assigned as Avocado breakfast to the pdf in DAM. Thanks, SD
Hi All, Please can anyone confirm if we can expose the resourcetype based post servlet as a rest API to a system. In case we are exposing the servlet will it create issues when there are multiple request hitting the Servlet at the same time. Thanks
Something for my fellow push-it-to-the-limit Marketo pros. Discovered this when sending a ton of debug info back from a custom deduplication webhook. (Not to map that info to Marketo fields, only to check the Call Webhook activity details.) After 10 KB the response is truncated, meaning it becomes broken JSON overall and Response Mappings won’t work, even if the “real” fields were at the top. Takeaway Be choosy about what you return for debugging. And don’t try to debug and get production/final responses at the same time. On JSON size It’s rare to worry about the total byte size of a JSON response. Serializing to JSON is the last step — and may even be done automatically outside of your userland code. Until you serialize, you won’t know how many bytes are added by quotes, semicolons, and escapes, and how many are subtracted by removing undefined entries. You’d need to pre-serialize, check the length of the result and then go ba

I have a use case where I have to show only on the editor instance (not preview and not publish) the component name and a field that I retrieve from the model. This is what I have done (code below) but that creates a new div whereas I would like to display the variable "on" the component container box just like now Articles and Drag component here shows. End result should be Article :${model.blogTag} in the container box slighly grayed out. <sly data-sly-use.model="xxx.component.content.ArticlesModel" data-sly-use.template="core/wcm/components/commons/v1/templates.html"></sly><sly data-sly-call="${template.placeholder @ isEmpty=!model.tagDefined}"></sly><sly data-sly-test="${wcmmode.edit}"> <div data-sly-test="${model.tagDefined && model.authorInstance}"> Article :${model.blogTag} </div></sly>
