Hi, I'm looking to use a custom metric and apply attribution settings to it, but the non-default attribution settings only work on metrics within the Data View. How do I create a metric within Data View that is counting distinct dimension values, so that I can apply non-default attribution settings within workspace? Right now, it seems like I can only count metrics at the event level (row count with the value) or Session or People. But for cases like application IDs where we want to attribute each instance of an app ID to an upstream touchpoint, I would need a distinct count metric. Thanks
Hi All, I have a requirement to do not allow a user based on their permission to change components disposition in a page (eg: move banner from the 1st position and close to the header, to the last position, close to the footer). However, users with proper permission could be able to do this. I not finding any type of permission that gives me this. Anyone has ever seen something like it? Thanks,
Could somebody confirm?
I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.
hi,We have a requirement to customize the digital forms on AEM 6.5 based on each customer.Currently, the AEM is placed within the intranet and is not accessible by anyone outside.Once AEM publish is placed outside intranet, and can be accessed by the customers, and we have a requirement to capture customer details. I am looking for different ways to authenticate AEM publish, without using LDAP or SSO , as the users are typically external customer and not employees.Kindly suggest different methods. Thank you.

Description - We love the new Custom Form Enhancement that gives our users the ability to collapse sections they are not interested in. While this feature is awesome we're hoping it can be enhanced further. Please give the Custom Form owners the ability to default certain sections to be collapsed automatically. Why is this feature important to you - This will ensure that anyone looking at the custom form is not distracted by sections that are not applicable to most users. How would you like the feature to work - A checkbox on the Section field within a custom form would be beneficial. Perhaps it could be a checkbox that states "Collapse section by default". Current Behaviour - When you uncollapse a custom form, all sections are uncollapsed by default. This setting would give the custom form owner control over what sections are uncollapsed when the user first views the form.
Non-Standard Marketing Attribution does not utilise persistence from eVars and Marketing Channel, utilising only the instance of each of these variables during the lookback window. As such, there is a large "none" bucket for Marketing Channel, although Marketing Channel without using these non-standard attribution metrics does not contain a none - all channels are account for. This is because the Marketing Channel Processing Rules sets channels based on what can or cannot overwrite previous channels. For example - if someone comes via PPC and then via Direct - if the PPC is outside your look back window, but the Direct is not, the non-standard attribution would give credit to "None" because Direct was not set-up to overwrite any other channel. Since the non-standard marketing attribution events ignores this persistent, it would be good to have an options for the following:1. Follow the Marketing Channel persistence, ensuring the last "paid"

Description - Auto-populate assignees to assignments when tactics are requested. Why is this feature important to you - Assignments are a recurring and tedious tasks that project managers have to do for every single tactic. If we could identify assignees at the tactic initiation request, it would save significant time setting up projects and tactics. How would you like the feature to work - When a tactic is requested, the requester would identify assignees for the task assignments, and the assignments would be updated when the tactic is created.Current Behaviour - A tactic is created with assignments, the project manager has to update the assignments to the specific assignee using Workload Balancer < Bulk Assignments.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: In AEM Cloud UE, I want to update language copies or create structure. I want to be able to select particular languages without having to check all 33 languages first and then uncheck the ones that are not needed so that I can work efficiently and without wasting time. I have multiple engagement programs set-up which have been running for a few years. I want to have a list of all emails that are currently active within those nurturing programs. How can I pull it out?
We have 100's of old document (not proof) approval requests in Workfront that are either no longer needed. Ideally, I'd like to cancel them all, but I'd especially like to start with cancelling the document approval requests that are between users that are no longer with our company (so both the requestor and the approver are no longer active in Workfront) because at least in that scenario, no one would get an email notification that their document approval request has been canceled. I would then follow-up with a scenario that I could use to capture stale requests between active users (or a mix of active users and inactive users, depending on which side of the approval they are on), and I would temporarily turn off the "document approval request has been cancelled" notification emails for active users. Would anyone be able to explain to a Fusion newbie (and I mean newbie, I have only had Fusion for 1 month) what scenario I could write to attempt this?
It is nice to be able to store/move and organize Templates in a folder structure. But when you start to have many Templates and you want to organize them, it is hard to know witch Template is in witch folder, and if a Template has been placed in a folder or not.So to be able to work faster and easier we would like to have a feature that could show the name of the folder where a Template is stored in the folder structure. It would/should then also be easy to see if a Template is still on Root, and has not been moved into any folder. This option would make it easier for the user to manage the Templates in a folder structure. And with a increasing number of Templates a fast and easy working process is needed to not spend to much time on administration that should be used on running you business.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: I'd like the possibility to add default environment variables for cloud manager pipelines. Those variables would available and up to date on any new pipeline execution. We would still be able to override those variables at pipeline level. Use-case: I'd like to setup default version of NODE for FE pipelines as well as some tokens for private npm registry. Current/Experienced Behavior: Env variables needs to be set for each FE pipelines. When a secret token expires, every pipelines need to be updated. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: AEM Guides Content Authors face the issue of not able to use UI in Author to insert the new Attribute Value, instead they have to go to source view to add it. However, to make it come in Author view, the only option Authors find is to add in Folder Profiles, Conditional Attribute which seems difficult for Authors to understand and follow, Is there a way Authors can create new Value as they do in Source in Author view itself. As we are working more and more with AJO, the content in the platform increases every day with audiences, templates, fragments, Journeys etc. Since there are many users working with different activities in the same base, against the same customers each user as a set of "most used content/features" Therefor it would be nice if each user could mark there personal favorites from there total list of created audiences, Journeys, email templates and fragments. This would make it easier and faster to work with if you dont need to navigate in the list of the total every time you are looking for something. If you then could filtered on your personal favorites you would get to your most important stuff faster and easier.
Today we can see if the templates are organized or not when viewing the root folder or "view all" feature. But if we "fast and easy" want to check if the templates is organized in thee right folder, we need to check all folders and see what is inside. A typical use case is when you need to reorganize the structure - witch you need to do from time to time. If we from the "view all page" could have a column with folder name, where the template i stored, we could fast and easy just browse the list and see if the templates is organized in the right folder. It could be a config, that you can turn on/of in the table view in the GUI. Like you can do with other columns in other parts of AJO.
Hi, We have a requirement to render PDF from Adaptive form on AEM 6.5.The rendered PDF should have the data from the Adaptive form as well. Currently I am using the below code window.guideBridge.getDataXML( { success: function(result) { var formData = new FormData(); formData.append("dataXml",result.data); var url = "servletpath?data=" + result.data + "&path="+path;to fetch the formdata from the adaptive form. This script is trigged on clicking a button in Adaptive form.A custom servlet is called from this script, which uses formservice.outputservice to render static PDFs along with data. The issue that we are facing is that the application is placed behind SI proxy and the request is then redirected from SI proxy server to AEM load balancer. In this case, the SI prxy server is appending url /abc/def/ to access all the pages on AEM.As a result, the AF are available on <SIProxydomain>:
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: When using private GitHub repo for our AEM code on Cloud Manager it always triggers FS code quality pipeline, even if the repo is actually meant for FE pipeline. Hi Community, We’re running a storefront on Edge Delivery Services (EDS) with AEM Universal Editor as the content source. I’d like guidance on the recommended EDS pattern for hreflang so that international targeting works reliably. Context (simplified): AEM provides content via Universal Editor.EDS serves the site (no custom SSR layer today). We can generate XML sitemaps on our side.Today, hreflang would be easy to inject client-side, but I understand SSR or sitemaps are more reliable for search engines. Questions (EDS/AEM implementation): Preferred pattern in EDS: For hreflang, should we prioritize SSR <link rel="alternate" hreflang="…"> in <head>, <xhtml:link> alternates in sitemaps, or both? How to do SSR in EDS: If SSR is recommended, what’s the supported way to ensure hreflang is present in the served HTML (view-source) within an EDS architecture that uses AEM as the content source? Is there an edge/rewriter pattern (e.g., worker
