The System Admin Maintenance Dashboard is the new release of the Workfront Cleanup Dashboard and it’s now available in Blueprints. It is purpose-built to optimize one of the Adobe Workfront System Administrators’ necessary but tedious jobs: cleaning up. A few things to note: The reports on the dashboard have been built to support the needs of a wide audience and it’s likely that you will need to change report settings and configuration to better meet your organization’s specific needs. This is especially the case when it comes to filtering on status or date/time. In some cases, where you’d expect to see a status-based filter, we may have omitted them entirely. You may not need all the reports in your environment, so feel free to remove them. Finally, we recommend making copies of these reports before editing in case you want to go back to the original report. Learn how to install this dashboard from Blueprints Reports I

Thank you all who allocated time to take the survey posted below. Since we didn't have a clear winner as a result of the first survey, we would like to do a second round of with only 2 versions. We have also considered the feedback you have provided about the survey itself. We would really appreciate if you pass this survey as well. ***Earlier post*** We are currently making some changes on how we display system updates in Workfront update stream and we would really like to get your feedback on some of the UI changes we consider doing. In this 3 minute survey you will see slightly differing versions of UI for the system updates (activity) and will need to choose the one you think is the best. Thank you in advance for your time! Anna Asatryan, Product Manager, Adobe Workfront.

Hello I hope I am in the right place. Can anyone provide the official network requirements for AEM 6.4.x? I am working with a group that manages local and on prem server access. A small group of users are having connectivity issues accessing the on prem. server. If it is possible I would like to review the recommended network requirements for the AEM software for client/server. So far, I have only been able to find the system requirements for installation which doesn't include network requirements, ports and protocols. The group I am working doesn't have any documentation on network requirements so I am reaching out to see if someone may be able to assist. Thank you.

A faux-helpful and frankly dangerous feature of modern mail clients is their insistence that text that happens to look like a URL — and not even a full URL! — should be a clickable link. That is, you meant to merely mention a site in body text: When browsing ancient aintitcoolnews.com reviews the other day… But the client decides to “helpfully” link to the site when it renders the message: When browsing ancient aintitcoolnews.com reviews the other day… Realize: There isn’t even an “https://” in the original text, so you almost certainly did not mean to create a link. Even with the “https://” prepended, it may not be a usable URL (the domain might have expired years ago or never existed). This was in the HTML part of an email, where you should know full well whether you want an <a> tag or not. But the client thinks it knows better. I wrote a more inflammatory post on this topic several years ago, but today I’ll stay on the positive side: yes
Hello Nation! As most of you know, we have launched "Proximity Pattern" a new identification method for email bot activities. Last month, we launched an option to choose either filter or log activities identified as bots. In case you missed it - here is the blog Proximity Pattern, today identified activities as bot activities based on behavior i.e if multiple activities from an email asset are sent to a specific lead happening at almost the same time i.e <1sec. When comparing two activities following values are considered: Ignore exact duplicates i.e same link, same lead ID, same UA, same IP and almost the same time Attributes used to compare two activities are: lead ID (should be the same) User-Agent (should be the same) IP (should be the same) Email asset (should be the same) Link click or open time difference (should be less 1second) After a lot of analysis, to improve the sophistication of proximity patterns, we plan to update the algorithm of pr

There is zero mention of it in the 22.4 Release Notes, but I noticed today that version 15 (scheduled for the first half of 2022...) is finally available in the API Explorer. I found a What's new in API version 15 article for those who are interested. There are a few new object types, many new fields and actions. Thankfully no endpoints appear to have been deprecated.

My admin account when selecting the experience fragment component in a page, has access to the edit button in the fragment, that will redirect me to the experience fragment page. But on another account that has access and all rights to the page, and the experience fragment and it's part of the experience-fragments-editors group i never see this edit button in the experience component.
I am trying below query type=dam:Asset path=/content/dam/iinvestor/qa path.self=true returning two results, why? when I try below query type=dam:Asset path=/content/dam/iinvestor/qa path.exact=true No results at all I am trying to get a dam:Asset by providing exact path in path value. I am in need of writing multiple groups for each path, as path could be a parent dam folder or exact content fragment path.
