Description - Add modules to Fusion that allow reading / updating content in Excel files stored in Workfront, without downloading the the files, similarly to the modules in the existing "Microsoft Excel 365" module family. Why is this feature important to you - We rely on importing data from XLSX files into WF via Fusion and currently this can be done only by saving the files to OneDrive. This is a workaround that raises data security issues: Any member of the Fusion team holding our scenario can access all files stored in the OneDrive. (Plus the scenario needs to be updated when the owner of the OneDrive leaves the company.)How would you like the feature to work - New Module family (group) including a set of modules analogue to the existing "Microsoft Excel 365" group, except maybe the "Watch event" modules. Retrieve type modules allow accessing data stored in XLSX files stored in WF. Update / Delete type modules update the file stored in WF, resulting in a new version of the file
Description - The "my task" widget on the New Home area defaults to showing ALL tasks that a user is assigned to. We have the option to set default filters at the layout template, but it becomes "sticky" when an admin does this. The default filter for my tasks should prioritize work that can/should be happening. The my work widget isn't optimal to use since it's not as streamlined as the My Task widget. Why is this feature important to you - Users need a list of actionable to do items that's clean and easy to manage. By showing them things not ready for them it's confusing and not a great user experience. How would you like the feature to work - Default to the filters to show only current work or allow admins to change it without it impacting other areas of the tool. Current Behaviour - User has to pick the filter or the admin can set it but then it becomes sticky across all pages.
There is currently no way to customize colors when a report is grouped by Task > Name. (We have multiple template tasks with the same name so we can't group by Template Task ID.) If there are more than 8 groupings on the report, the automatic color selections are re-used. This makes it difficult to tell different groupings apart visually. If you try to customize colors via the chart settings, it only allows you to select a color for a specific task (not a grouping of tasks). So this feature is unusable in this scenario.I'd like to see: 1. The number of unique colors automatically applied to groupings increased 2. The option to select custom colors based on the grouping rather than the individual objects in the grouping
Related Case Number: 00437896Summary:We request a feature enhancement that allows administrators to disable the "Log Time" button on tasks while still allowing users to log time via the timesheet.Current Limitation:Currently, adjusting the task access to "View Only" (as advised in case 00437896) removes the “Log Time” option from tasks — however, it also disables time logging from the timesheet for those users. This limits our ability to manage permissions flexibly while maintaining operational efficiency in time tracking.Business Need:For governance and process control, our team needs to restrict time entry directly on tasks to prevent incorrect logging, especially after a project is no longer active. However, we still need users to log their hours via the timesheet, which is our preferred method. The current limitation forces us to choose between two incomplete solutions.Proposed Solution:Introduce a configuration option (at the system or access level) that:Hides or disables the “Log
We have been running global campaigns from a single program. We'll have the global smart campaigns which provide the functionality. Then we'll create folders to localise emails & landing pages. Our process is to first create something in English, review it, once we're pleased we translate to Dutch, French & German. If there's a complex campaign with subfolders it gets to be quite a pain to create a new folder for the new language, then clone each asset individually into sub folders.Suggestion: When right clicking on a Folder within a Program, provide the ability to clone the folder & its children. If one of the select fields on the clone popup screen could be Landing Page template it would make my campaign manager's heads explode with joy.
Allow “Mass Collapse” of all parent tasks that are 100% complete We have large projects that can be thousands of lines long. As a general rule, there is not a daily need to look at the fine details of completed work. I can spend many minutes collapsing all completed tasks to whittle down to a view that shows me the remaining work. Given that workfront does not save the state of my collapsed tasks, I have to do this over and over again throughout the project in order to make the project readable (and speed up the display). I don’t want to use a filter to remove completed tasks as it is beneficial to see tasks in the context of the whole project. It would be nice to have a ‚Äòmass collapse’ feature that allows me to one-click collapse all parent tasks at 100% complete.
Description:There are a few functions available in Workfront expressions that aren't available or easily accomplished in Fusion. For example: WEEKDAYDIFF which works similar to DATEDIFF but only counts weekdays. This is useful since durations are measured in working days, and we have automations that need to calculate durations based on various inputs. WEEKDAYDIFF isn't available in Fusion as a function and there isn't a clear or easy way to calculate it using the available logic.Fusion supports advanced expressions that would never be possible in Workfront. There should not be any situation where Workfront can support a simple expression using a single function, but that same logic is difficult or impossible to accomplish in a Fusion expression. Why is this feature important to you:It is sometimes difficult to mirror Workfront logic in Fusion because Fusion doesn't always have a similar function to mimic. Extra time spent by developers trying to devise workarounds reduces the value th

I recently created an SDR within the AA workspace project. The thinking is that users should be encouraged to use the AA workspace tool as much as possible, as compared to generating an excel based SDR that has to be stored externally. Some examples of what I built 1) a picture of the different sections of the SDR - 2) a picture of the different panels, one for each variable (props illustrated) indicated its number, its name and whether or not the variable is enabled 3) an overview of a specific variable details. I get that there are some items in this example that might not be easy to automate, like the BRD reference number with a hyperlink, but I think it would be great to have a tool in the AA admin areas that would generate an SDR template within Workspace grabbing all the information it can from the AA admin area report suite traffic and conversion variable screens. UX: The admin would click a button, the script wo
Description:We are requesting a reporting feature that provides visibility into the usage of widgets on users' homepage dashboards. This feature would help us better understand engagement with dashboard components and identify which widgets are actively being utilized. Why is this feature important to you?Understanding widget usage is essential for optimizing dashboard design and ensuring that users have access to the most relevant and effective tools. By identifying which widgets are frequently used or have been recently interacted with, we can make informed decisions about dashboard layout, training needs, and potential areas for improvement. How would you like the feature to work? The feature should generate a report that includes the following details for each user:Type of Widgets in Use: A list of the widget types currently active on the user's homepage dashboard.Date Last Touched or Frequency of Updates: Information indicating recent interaction or update frequency for each wi
Currently, you can only choose to color code the items in the Workload Balancer based on the project status, but it would be helpful to visualize the Tasks by their individual statuses.
Currently there is no limit on the date field. We are allowed to enter the past dates as well. We need to allow it to enter either today´s date or any future date and no past dates should be allowed to enter.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Custom domain names are supported in Cloud Manager for both publish and preview services for Sites programs. Custom domains for author services are not supported. Use-case: Currently the Author service is accessed via URL in format -https://author-p<Program-ID>-e<Environment-ID>.adobeaemcloud.com Custom domain name for Author should be service should be supported similar to Preview and Publish Services. Current/Experienced Behavior: Only URLs of below format are allowed - https://author-p<Program-ID>-e<Environment-ID>.adobeaemcloud.com Improved/Expected Behavior: Custom Domain Mapping should allow URLs like https://brandAauthor.brand.com to be mapped to Author service. Description: Make it possible to delete a report suiteWhy is this feature important: To clean up accounts or prevent an old, legacy report suite from receiving traffic (and therefore causing cost)How should this feature work: Add a button to the report suite manager that, after a confirmation dialog, will trigger the deletion of a report suiteCurrent behavior: Right now it is not possible to delete a report suite, though you can hide it from being displayed to the user
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Having an editorial feature to configure mapping of JSON fields Use-case: To decouple SPA deployments from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Having an adapter layer that facilitates dynamic mapping of JSON fields between AEM components and frontend SPA components. This approach ensures that changes in frontend development require minimal configuration in AEM, promoting a more agile and independent deployment process. Current/Experienced Behavior: SPA deployment has to align with AEM deployments whilst mock data mapping in place. Improved/Expected Behavior: Realtime testing in pre-prod environments before hand. Also, helps in productivity by reducing dependencies in wider teams(Infra Dev and QA) Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEMaaCS Customer-name/Organization name: PremierLeague Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
This idea is for Reviewer/Work license users to have the ability to view financial data/expenses within a project they are on. Right now they cannot see any financial data on the project because their plan license does not allow for "manage" rights even though the access level for the Reviewer licenses is set up with "View" under the "Financial Data" category - which does not work because of my previously stated comment about "manage rights". (sigh) I previously submitted this bug (err, feature) as a support ticket which was later closed because of the whole manage rights thing. But it is still an issue for us as we would like certain users to see this information... specifically for the project they are on. The option to give Financial Data (view) access can still be given/selected but does not work (again, because of the "manage rights" problem). Today I submitted a follow-up ticket which will probably get the same response origin
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Currently, the list of available languages displayed in the Language Copy dropdown is sourced from the out‑of‑the‑box definitions located in /libs/wcm/core/resources/languages. To add or customize languages (such as adding Kazakhstan using ISO code “kk” or “kk‑KZ”), customers must overlay this resource to /apps/wcm/core/resources/languages. This enhancement proposes introducing a configurable authoring dialog (or admin interface) that allows administrators to manage the languages list in the Language Copy feature without the need to overlay OOTB files. Problem Statement: Current Behavior: The list of supported languages is static and defined in the repository under /libs/wcm/core/resources/languages. Customizations require creating an overlay (/apps/wcm/core/resources/languages), which is manual, error‑prone, and requires technical expertise. Impact: Customers who need to add or update language definitions (for exa
Description - It would be nice to have the read receipt function when someone reads your update, currently within our organization, we have a number of users that "ghost" our project managers or claim they never saw the message. The read receicpt functionality would help to decrease the number of those issues I believe. For the second part of my idea, having the ability to highlight and/or change the color of the font would mimic other communication platforms such as Teams and Outlook that allow for the user to highlight important information or call our different color text to mean certain this. It would just add another layer of customization for communicating in updates. Why is this feature important to you - I believe it will lessen issues regarding missed notifications as well as increase productivity if users know someone can see they have read their message. How would you like the feature to work - Once the person opens to the update that was sent to them, it automatically sends n
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Request to make paraformat options configurable for Richtext field in content fragment in AEM 6.5.20 Use-case: Ability to author H4 to H6 in richtext field in content fragments in AEM 6.5.20 Current/Experienced Behavior: Richtext field(sling:resourceType=dam/cfm/admin/components/authoring/contenteditor/multieditor) in content fragment supports paraformat options from H1 to H3. Documentation shows that only a limited set of activities are compatible with the VEC:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/experiences/spa-visual-experience-composer#s... Description - Automated Personalization, Auto Target, and Recommendations are not supported by the Visual Experience Composer. Why is this feature important to you - Requesting these activity types get support through the VEC in the future, to enable SPA sites to utilize Adobe Sensei activities (Automated Personalization + Auto Target) and Recommendations. How would you like the feature to work - Enable "Current View" to display and for ViewName to be recognized from Single Page Applications when in the VEC for Automated Personalization + Auto Target activities. Description -I want to be able to send a file to proof but the way our organization works is with multiple artboards in one file. This would streamline a process by eliminating a step of export and mockup. How would you like the feature to work -Currently, I run into an error when sending the proof to workfront with multiple artboards. So I have to export JPGS and place them into another file to arrange the creative properly for the mockup approval.
Right now we can only edit comments if we have "Commenting Beta" enabled but only for 15 mins, after the comment/update was posted, we need to have to possibility to edit them at any moment, not only 15 mins after. Thank you.
Description - I think it will be great if campaign has a built-in change log to workflows that shows who made what changes and when. Why is this feature important to you - This will help improve collaboration, simplify troubleshooting, and support audit requirements especially in scenarios when multiple users edit the same campaign. How would you like the feature to work - When a user edits a workflow (adds/removes activities, makes changes in properties, modifies queries, etc.), the platform should automatically log the change with username, timestamp and type of change.Current Behaviour - Currently Adobe campaign does not track changes made to workflows. In case multiple users work on same campaign, its difficult to identify who made which all changes. This lack of visibility can lead to confusion, rework, errors etc.
Description - The AWS S3 connector provides a way to generate presigned URLs for both GET and PUT operations to a bucket. Why is this feature important to you - In WF/Fusion implementations (a common stack), if the customer is an AWS shop, a lambda function must be deployed just to generate presigned URLs. I _believe_ you could re-create the presigned URL algorithm in Fusion using the SHA256 HMAC function, but it's more intuitive to just use AWS's `boto3` and write a ~15 line script for generating presigned URLs and returning GET and PUT urls for a given object key. And it would be even _more_ intuitive to just have the option in Fusion. How would you like the feature to work - Either create a separate S3 module for "Presigned URLs", or, enable a toggle on the Download a file/Upload a file modules to return presigned URLs, allowing the user to input desired expiry and other inputs to the presigned URL generation process.Current Behaviour - No presigned URL generation for AWS S3 whatsoeve
Description: I want to have the ability to save the columns of a specific report as a new View. Why is this feature important to you: sometimes we figure that it will be good to have the same view of a report within the specific object and we need to manually create the view copying the report. How would you like the feature to work: within the reports editing view, columns (View) section, right next to the "Apply existing View" button, labeled as "Save columns (View) as new view".Current Behavior: there's no easy way to replicate a view (columns) of a report as a view in the object's list itself.
