Hi everyoneI need to clarify the difference in criteria between BOUNCE and SINGLE PAGE VISITS metrics in the Dimension component in Adobe Analytics.According to the Components Guide:The BOUNCE metric is defined as "the number of visits that contain exactly one hit." However, it is counted as SINGLE PAGE VISITS if link tracking calls are executed during the visit. The SINGLE PAGE VISITS metric is defined as "the number of visits where the page dimension did not change throughout the visit."So, for exampleWhen examining BOUNCE and SINGLE PAGE VISITS values by date:BOUNCE: Refers to instances where someone landed on a page via an ad or organic link but subsequently left the site without generating any additional hits.SINGLE PAGE VISITS: Refers to instances where, after landing on a page via an ad or organic link, the user reloaded (refreshed) the page, clicked on an external tracking link, but did not navigate to another page within the same site.If the above hypothesis is correct,For exam
Good afternoon, I have been shared some projects, when I enter the “Projects” section I can indeed see the list of projects. However, when I try to access the projects I get the following message: “You do not have access to the report suite this project was saved in. Please select another report suite.” What is the reason for this error? Thanks!
Has any one done this or something like it successfully and would you be willing to share your scenario or any tips/guidance with me? Thanks!
New to MSI so trying to understand the ins and outs.. I know the sync is bidirectional between Marketo and MSI. Do we still need to sync each individual marketo program to an SFDC program to get the membership information to sync over?
Hi, Is it possible to find an asset ID for the assets in AEM DAM? Can it be retrieved in the metadata export? Thanks,
Hi, I have a question about mapping of tracked clicks to experiences in an activity. I want to make sure the reporting data are correct.I created an activity with several experiences, each of which has <a> links.I enabled A4T and set the analytics as the primary reporting source.I configured the conversion as the primary goal; clicking any of those links is a conversion. The documentation says that "Click-tracking metrics are not linked to any specific experience in an activity". However, the reports (both in Target and Analytics) show the breakdown of the conversions by experiences. Can you tell me how the tracked clicks are mapped to experiences? I suspect that the click's eventToken is associated with a specific experience, but its logic is not clear to me: the eventToken is the same for some elements and different for the others in the same activity.
Together with other input text, from the form, I have to send an email and add the possibility of attaching a file coming from the DAM. How can I do it?
Our IT PMO is launching a process for IT project budget management and reporting using Workfront. This includes labor hours, labor cost, and expense, as well as budget, plan, and actual for each. Each IT role has been set with an hourly rate.We had been using one large companywide resource pool, and teams have been using Planner to manage resources - availability, planned, and actual hours. Having only one large companywide resource pool presented a couple challenges. First, when entering a resource labor budget within the Resource Budgeting section of the Business Case, a long list of companywide roles was listed, making it very unwieldy for a project manager to enter budgeted hours. Having only 3 months to enter data didn't help. This would require a lot of scrolling and page turning. Second, only IT roles have rates. Adding a budget to a role that doesn't have a rate would translate to $0. Therefore, it was advantageous to creat
Hi All, Are there any ways to delete the unused report suites in sandbox access? Regards,Srividya.V
Hello Everyone,We’re planning a campaign in which users fill out a form to request a product trial for their customers/prospects. Since a single partner can submit the form multiple times (each time with a different prospect’s details), we need a way to track and separate each submission per partner.Requirements:The form captures prospect details (Name, Company Website, Company Size).A single partner may submit multiple entries for different prospects. We need to track which prospects belong to which partner for reporting.Questions:What’s the best way to track multiple form fills from the same partner? How can we store and report on multiple submissions per partner? What triggers and flows should we use in Marketo to log each submission separately and associate it with the right partner?Would love to hear how others have tackled similar use cases. Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
Hello, we are gathering data on all workflows in our Adobe Campaign instance and wish to include the execution schedule for workflows which have a "scheduler" activity, e.g. "Triggering at 9:00:00 AM, Daily". Please see attached screenshot. We have been unable to identify a field in the workflow activities schema that provides this string which is shown in the "scheduler" activity.
Has anyone written code to show the predecessor number, name, and due date in a report field? (Not just the pop-up from hovering over the predecessor number.)
Our users are not able to see the next page option on the widgets on the home page. Is this happening to anyone else? is there a way to resolve this? you can click on that almost hidden dark spot and it shows up for a second and then slides down before you can click anything. help!
I was speaking to our adobe workfront consultants and they seem to believe there is no way to add a comment with data in it. All we want to do is avoid having to copy from excel, paste in notepad, copy again, format it and then comment. I'd like to be able to simply copy from excel in its original format and it look like that when it is pasted into the updates/comments section. The closest I can get to that is a copy as image and then save the image and then upload the image to the comments. I would prefer it look like this. No formatting needed just simple, copy and paste. I'm trying to setup an XT where I show an offer to users who have visited a page via Organic channel for the last 30 days. The targeting is done using an AAM segment which identifies Organic users. If a user who qualifies for this segment in visit 1 comes back via a paid channel, he should not be able to see the offer. I was able to achieve this using a page delivery condition (pageurl does not contain a parameter) However, if the same user now comes back a 3rd time using organic channel, he should still not be able to see the experience. But in my setup, the experience is visible since the page delivery condition is met. Is there any way to set this up where as soon as a user visits the page using non-organic means, they are not considered in the targeting anymore? Thanks!
Dear community leaders!@parthasarathy Around 188,000 recipients are coming from inbound transition. From these recipients, we should target 20,000 recipients on Day 1 to Day 3 (3 days), and 168,000 recipients on Day 4 to Day 8 (5 days). From Day 1 to Day 3, the data for 20,000 recipients should be sent—11,200 to Gmail users and 8,800 to other email users. From Day 4 to Day 8, the data for 168,000 recipients should be sent—94,080 to Gmail users and 73,920 to other email users. Please help to resolve this issue.
When I am multiplying Visit x Conversion rate there -.2% discrepancy against Orders? Does anyone know why this would be happening?

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to track retainer hours that are specific to user role that is assigned to a specific Portfolio.Right now this is a manual process We have a custom field on a Portfiolio that we manually adjust based on the addition of new Freelancers Ideally what we would want is – if we onboard a new freelance – say 200 hours – this would automatically update the specific Retainer based on the Portfolio the Freelancer is being assigned – to reflect the additional hours. 3 - Followup to this – is there a way to create a report:Is there a way to automate tracking a business line’s retainer hours, and then create a combination chart to show against hours burned?

So I am looking to use Microsoft Power Automate to refresh Adobe API Credentials every 13 days to mitigate a Power BI Refresh Failure every 2 weeks. Is this possible? Ive done the following steps, but it appears it doesnt work successfully when the credentials actually expire.Steps to Automate Adobe API Credential Refresh with Power AutomateUnderstand the API Requirements:Check Adobe API documentation for how to authenticate and refresh tokens. Typically, this involves sending an HTTP request to an authentication endpoint with necessary credentials (e.g., client ID, secret, and refresh token).Create a Power Automate Flow:Log in to Power Automate and create a new flow.Select a "Scheduled Cloud Flow" to set a recurring schedule.Set the Recurrence Trigger:Set the flow to trigger every 13 days. Use the "Recurrence" action and configure the interval accordingly.Add an HTTP Action:Use the HTTP action in Power Automate to send a POST request to Adobe's API authentication endpoint.Include
I am working to utilize workload balancer for my team. Our projects are all built from custom templates. Is the best approach to update the number of hours each task takes at the template level, and then it will update on the workload balancer tool?
