If you are previewing an email that has dynamic data you are able to view by Person which is the email address. It would be helpful to be able to view by ID in case the email is tied to multiple IDs (which is on purpose). This is helpful when you are testing an email that have velocity coding and dynamic data. Marketo currently pulls the first email address that it finds on the system and if that lead id does not qualify for the campaign the dynamic data would show as blank in the email preview.
When a task is in an iteration it assumes the planned completion date is the end of the iteration. When we have a month long iteration we frequently have tasks that will be completed at different points through out the iteration. We would like to be able to modify that start and end dates as long as it is within the iteration dates.
Excited to see the Block Email Bot Activity feature recently released: https://docs.marketo.com/display/DOCS/Filtering+Email+Bot+Activity Are there plans to drill down to see email addresses that are causing this activity? Or a common IP, account, etc? Or mark as email suspended? Telling me how many have been blocked is nice but I can't do much to prevent it from continuing without knowing who might be triggering it.
I have to monitor our monthly number of unsubscribes. And while I can create a smart list to see how many folks have unsubscribed from specific emails, I'd like to be able to have that view available to me as a column when I view the list of people. So when exporting the data, I can use that data point for further digging into data.
Description -Currently there is a built in limitation within Workspace which limits the report scheduling to 1 year. A request was made to extent this period. Why is this feature important to you -Users who create scheduled reports are concerned that every year they will have to re-schedule the reports, there is no clear way to know when the scheduled reports will expire and therefore users will either have to manually make a note or wait until the report expires and they or the recipients notice the report is no longer being sent. How would you like the feature to work -The request is to either set no limit to the duration of the report or at a minimum allow for multiple years (5 was quoted as sufficient).Current Behaviour -The scheduler is limited to 1 calendar year.
We have multiple portfolios, each have their priority within their portfolio, but at an enterprise level it would be nice to be able to prioritize across the portfolio's for an enterprise look at the work in the queues.

Description - We need to be able to delete reports that have been cancelled. Why is this feature important to you - To declutter the Request Manager report areaHow would you like the feature to work - Provide us a delete function in addition to the other abilitiesCurrent Behaviour - Currently there are only three abilities; "cancel, edit schedule, duplicate"
If the field is in the database I should be able to sort by the column onscreen and in a report. That needs to include custom fields. They are stored values, so I should be able to sort by them.
High-volume instances are among those most likely to be using Custom Activities, but those instances are the most likely to need many Custom Activity entries sent back to Marketo. As an integration developer, I would like the ability to bulk import Custom Activity entries to an instance. For example, if I'm running a process outside of the Marketo UI and need to note the 10,000 records that were affected by other software in a company's martech stack with a Custom Activity, there's no way to do that short of using... 10,000 API calls. This is both inefficient and puts high-volume instances at the risk of running over their API call limit. The idea would be much the same as other bulk imports done today, and could use the exact same import format that the Bulk Activity Export data uses today.
Allow the option to have "Backlog" as part of the Status grouping when reporting on Agile tasks for Kanban teams. Currently, only active statuses (those with an iteration ID - New, In Progress, Complete, etc.) display.
Having subscriptions to smart lists is great as we can get the reports directly on our email, what could enhance this is to be able to set a specific time schedule to get the report delivered, as I far as I understood now all the smart list subscription reports run around 3am EST
At the moment it is not possible to take the field values coming in with custom activities and map those to Marketo fields (similar to webhook response mapping) or transfer those to Marketo fields in another way. The primary attribute value can be stored in a field using the {{trigger.name}} token. It would be nice if all custom activity field values could be accessed using trigger tokens.
When making assignments, our users see too many options. Teams they would never want to interact with are still visible.'view only companies, groups, and teams they belong to' would limit this, but it does not provide enough control. Now that teams can have a group attached to them, could we have an setting like 'view only teams which share a group with the user'?
Hello Adobe, I would like to have a more explicit indication of the status of all classifications - especially FTP - into Adobe. The problem is that currently, we have to classify the product sku (and other variables) every day but need to wait 2-3 days before they appear in the interface. If we classify earlier than they appear in the interface, we end up reclassifying the same values again, which drastically slows down the process. In addition, it's not easy to create an automated classification flow when it's relying on a random time window (48-72 hours). Whether browser or FTP import, can we get a status on all classifications into a report suite in a separate or the same tab? Thanks,Ray
Description - In Data Warehouse I created a report for executives but do not see a feature to "sort by" for the metrics. I need to sort largest to smallest for internal searches. Why is this feature important to you - 1. Our executives want an automated emailed report for Internal Search Terms by metric Internal Searches [event]. 2. They want the report to sort by metric Internal searches from highest to lowest. How would you like the feature to work - To be able to sort Internal Searches even from highest to lowest to see the search terms at the top that received the most searches. Current Behaviour - Currently the report comes in automatically sorted by the dimension name [Internal Search Term]. We need it to sort by those terms that received the most searches first down to the lowest.
My proposal is to display enable a field to display the days of float (also known as slack) for any task based on the projected dates. That field could then be added to a column within a view. I have a project with ~500 tasks, everything is linked using proper predecessor relationships, and there are several parallel paths that are very close to the critical path. In fact the critical path changes between 4 different threads depending on what is delayed. I need a way to see how close any given task or thread is getting based on the updates. The software has to calculate the days of float, since by definition, the critical path consists of tasks with 0 float. All I'm requesting is a way to display the information that should already be calculated. The slack date is a cumbersome way to track how close a project thread is to the critical path and it doesn't calculate correctly today. (See another idea to fix the calculation.) This is basic functionality in the most common project
Description - Can we have a log feature for Classification Import? Why is this feature important to you - It will help us have more visibility on the file that are getting posted to via FTPHow would you like the feature to work - A log feature for import file like the one “Data Source” or “Customer Attributes” hasCurrent Behaviour - For now, we can only receive email notifications 3-4 hours later if the import process is successful
On the Documents page, we would like to see the word 'PROJECT FOLDERS' show as a link. Users spend a lot of time in this area look for their documents and never think to click 'project folder' because it does not appear as a link.
You know what would be nice?If you should search by the url to find the landing page associated to that url. More often than not, I have to fill out the form on the landing page then lookin my activity log to find the campaign/landing page I need to find.
I have a suggestion which would like you to improve them to make Data Warehouse used more efficiently: Add "Delete or Cancel" function next to "Error" function in requests in Request Manager. At the moment, there is "Cancel" function in Scheduled requests only. Thank you.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Custom Tag predicates cannot be permanently configured to only pull specific namespaces Use-case: We want to have multiple tag fields not just one Current/Experienced Behavior: AEM has an out-of-the-box tag field. There are certain instances wherein stakeholders would like custom tag fields configured for certain tag groups. E.g. A tag field for “Content Type”, “Target Country(ies), “Campaign”. In the schema editor, there is no out-of-the-box way to limit what namespace is going to be displayed on a certain tag predicate. With that, even if there are multiple tag fields created, all of them will display the same set of tags or tag groups Improved/Expected Behavior: Have the ability to point tags fields to a specific namespace Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEMAaCS Customer-name/Organization name: Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable): &
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: As a general user, I'd like to have a "recently used tags" feature that suggests tags in the textbox so that I don't have to remember what I previously used Use-case: A user is adding an asset and wants to add tags to it. Current/Experienced Behavior: User has to pick tags manually Improved/Expected Behavior: A list of tags that have been recently been added will appear and user will be able to select tags for the asset they are working on. Hi WF Community,The ability to add custom billing rates per individual, per portfolio, per project. At present, you can only add a billing rate per individual on their user record; however, if that user has a $80/hr bill rate for Portfolio A, and a $95/hr bill rate for Portfolio B, and a $110/hr bill rate for Portfolio C, there's no current way to solve for this. Yes, you can set them up under a job role and control custom bill rates at the company and project levels, but we have way too many people to do this for, and would have to set up hundreds, if not thousands, of job roles to account for the many custom bills rates per individual. This would destroy the intended use of job roles for other needs, and would be a beast to maintain.
We currently call the privacy api deletion endpoint and then poll for status until we see the deletion has been completed. We have noticed during testing that analytics returns "status": "complete" and "message": "success" regardless of whether a customer existed in the system prior to the deletion request, which is a concern for our data governance team. Customer Care have advised that this is the current expected behaviour. Other products such as Target and Audience Manager, make this distinction by responding with status = complete but with the following additional detail:Audience Manager: "message": "Not applicable - Unable to resolve the user ids referenced in the request", "responseMsgCode": "PRVCY-6052-200", "responseMsgDetail": "Unknown user IDs are not applicable for this product."Target: "message": "Not applicable - user context not found" Are there any plans to introduce this depth of information to the analytics product response?
