It would be helpful to have the ability to create a Copy of a Proof (and its associated Comments) and attach that Proof Copy to a different Task. Here is an example of where this would be helpful: 1) Proof is created in "Client Review" Task 2) Client opens that Proof, makes Comments, and a Decision 3) Account Team reviews the Client comments and then COPIES that Client Proof (and comments) from the "Client Review" Task to "Creative Revisions" Task. - we don't want to Move the Proof to the "Creative Revisions" Task, because the client may want to update/reference it. 4) Creative Team can view the comments that the Client made, update and then make a new Version of that Client Proof in their "Creative Revisions" Task. 5) Account Team opens the "Creative Revisions" Task and compares the Client-commented Proof (v.1) with the Creative Team's updates (v.2)
Presently proof review is happening over webex or teams meeting where team members are sharing the screen using the apps like webex or teams. Since many members are working out different locations there is a lag in viewing the videos or images as its not shared directly from Workfront/Proofing tool. Can we find a way to directly schedule a meeting and share screen directly from proofing tool which may resolve this issue. Clearview flex is an example for this.If this is not possible to implement, can any of the live meeting tools can be integrated with workfront/proofing to seamlessly schedule meetings and share screens to all the attendees.
When assigning an issue to users from a request queue, update the issue status to Assigned automatically instead of 'New'.
Our marketing team regularly receives stand-alone requests from internal associates. Having a column for the planned completion date on the Requests page would greatly assist in setting initial expectations for the project.
It would be helpful if the Project Name were displayed in the Daily Digest email. We have potentially have several projects running in parallel that are based on the same task template. The email only displays the Task Name, so it is not clear which project it belongs to without clicking the link to open the task in Workfront.
Multiple teams within our business create and share proofs on ProofHQ. We therefore have created folders for each client, with subfolders for each project. I would like to create a report for one of those subfolders or clients. I cannot do this through the current filtering system. Can we add folders / subfolders to the filtering process please.
Admin ability to prevent all users, or a subset, from being able to log hour entries in the system.Use case - we're updating job role cost rates across the system. There's a period of time where we need users to create Billing Records and add all project hours to them. We then update all job role cost rates. We don't want users being able to add net new hour entries while all of this is taking place. An easy way for the admin to lock hour entry functionality would be super helpful. Doing this by updating sharing settings, per project, without preventing users from still having proper access to projects to do other actions, is too big a lift.
Description - We should be able to transfer date ranges like we can transfer other assets in Adobe analytics. Why is this feature important to you - If a user leaves the organization and has created multiple date ranges which is used in multiple workspace project, It will help us to transfer the ownership of the date ranges as we do it for other assets. How would you like the feature to work - We should have the date ranges added in the transfer assets flow.Current Behaviour - Date ranges are non-transferrable at this time.
Description - An ability to restore accidentally deleted date range. If we accidentally delete a date range, there is no way to restore it.Why is this feature important to you - We accidentally deleted a date range which is used in a complex workspace project and we don't want to add/modify the existing report so we want to have the deleted date range restored. How would you like the feature to work - A simple request to restore the deleted date range.Current Behaviour - There is no way to restore date ranges. Adobe client care is unable to restore it too.
Whenever the mouse pointer enters the Fallout area, the whole visualization changes so we can see the dimensions and metrics of the Fallout. It would be great if we had the option to lock the Fallout, this way it would not change until we unlock it again.
We need additional status columns to manage the development of product releases. After some painful testing of Workfront Agile Teams, we recognise the product needs some serious enhancement to bring it on a par with free competitor products on the market.Status ManagementAgile Teams only pull statuses from the System "Status" panel in the Setup area. This means small development teams cannot customise their processes without adding extra status noise for all system users. Not suitable for big instances with thousands of users.Status ColumnsSecondly, an Agile Team should have up to 10 status columns available; however, there is a bug that limits you to 5 columns (release 21.3). We cannot even pull all the status columns we need into the storyboard. I would make the number unlimited to enable custom processes rather than set a limit.I'm not asking for approval or task ownership permissions in this enhancement request as I don't see Workfront getting there anytime soon bu
It would be AWESOME if you could have a radio button option that was prepopulated with Yes and No and still have the ability to change the name or add new choices. I just had to create 50 Y/N questions and it sucked
The create task function to owner should operate similarly to the send alert function where you are able to assign it to a token (ex: {{lead.CSM Owner}}).
Description - when changing the date range in a workspace panel I'd like the capability to have comparison dates that are dynamic in line with the new date selection. Why is this feature important to you - the feature is important because it gives users of the Workspace the flexibility to adjust dates as needed and have comparison dates adjust in line. How would you like the feature to work - have the ability to create date ranges that use the panel date as a reference point.Current Behavior - I have a report set at 'last month' and KPIs measuring versus the same month in the previous year. The previous year date is rolling monthly so it remains aligned as long as the panel date is 'last month'. If I change the panel date to yesterday the 'last year' date remains at 'last month previous year' so doesn't accurately reflect YoY change.
The Gantt chart view doesn't really have any line contrast to it which makes it very hard to scale over from the task details side to the Gantt side without losing which line you're on. Of course, you can highlight the specific line, but that's not really practical to do for hundreds of lines. So management asked if there was a way we could request some sort of higher contrast modification
I have filed a bug for this issue, and the response from Marketo Support was to post this as an issue here. Background: Both Salesforce and Marketo allow carriage return/line feed (CRLF characters) in text fields. In SFDC, for example, users can type sentences, hit the Return key, and thus format entries into paragraphs. When this field syncs to Marketo, Marketo also displays the text with line breaks in its UI for the person record. When you import text with CRLF characters into Marketo, the CRLFs are also preserved. @sanfordwhiteman also has a famous workaround for inserting CRLF characters in tokens. Issue: When the same field is inserted into a Marketo HTML email using a field token, Marketo strips out the CRLF characters when it inserts the contents of the field. Thus, a field that was a series of paragraphs in SFDC and Marketo turns into a single paragraph in an HTML email, often making it unreadable. Why This is a Problem: If the CRLF character was
Description - The ability to update a user's email address without the need of an API or recreating users. Why is this feature important to you - Our company just changed the email address of all users. This would not impact the normal users, but this does impact supported users as we now lost the ability to write to client care. Instead, we had to ask them to create a "mock user" with our new email address while leaving the old one so we can access chat. This seems backwards to how it should work, especially as the old Adobe Analytics has the ability to update email addresses. How would you like the feature to work - There is an API for User Management, but this should be a simple request. Allow the users user id still be their email address, but have the actual email be editable as companies update their email address. I could recreate all the supported users, but many of ours are set up for integrations which client care and I are u
Description -We would like to be able to make an evar expire on multiple criteria (Page view OR event OR visit). Why is this feature important to you -Working in travel we have multiple evars that we use for different dimensions that are not the same a product. For example, Location, Check-in and Check-out dates. We use eVars to track these but if a visitor moves out of the funnel they persist. The same is true for our online check-in (against the evar we use for a booking number). How would you like the feature to work -In the success events configuration, you should be able to build a "custom" for the expiry which works like the segment builder but in a simplified way.Current Behaviour -An eVar can expire on any ONE of the following four categories:Page view or visit levelTimeConversion EventNever
Description -The Classification Importer feature of Adobe Analytics supports only FTP to upload files, but not SFTP.Why is this feature important to you -Apart from security reasons (considering the FTP protocol as an old and unsecure protocol), Datorama, which we are integrated with, has notified they will end support of FTP protocol by the end of 2021, so, this means our integration Datorama-Adobe Analytics will break by that time. How would you like the feature to work -Allow uploading files via SFTP. Current Behaviour -Only possible via FTP.
Hi All, I think we should need similar report and filter to Landing page performance report similar to Web Page Activity report. Filters like Activity source so we can tack anonymous user information which currently not in Landing page performance report.
When mapping out our campaigns and bandwidth for the upcoming quarter, we'd like to be able to view the tasks of the projects within a portfolio in a calendar.
We need the ability to attach a custom form to a billing record. Use case: some of our projects have multiple billing records. On a single project, one billing record might be billed to department #12345. The 2nd billing record will be billed to department #67890. When sending the exported excel file to finance, we need the department number to be accurate. Currently we have to pull in that field from the project level, which can only have one value and we have to manually change it to the correct one after exporting.
With current setup you are able to check the box and export but the only thing exporting is the custom form title. It would be quite beneficial to be able to export custom forms that shows all fields within that form. Currently, I need to do a screen shot.
We do productivity tracking reports using the timesheet data in Workfront. One thing that would be a big help is the ability to filter the timesheet data by the hour source so I can track these by tasks or see how much time was spent on an activity. The only way to filter this data is to export to Excel and then filter externally.
When users create a request child to a task they are working on, I want them to be able to designate that request as either blocking the parent task (from any further progress) or not blocking the parent task (requests can be worked simutaneous with the task). This way, a user can properly report and see in the "to-do" list of available work tasks that are completely available to work as opposed to those that are otherwise available but blocked by an open request. This clarifies accountability when a user has many tasks to sort through (separating the ones they need to do vs the ones they can't) and helps as a manager to see who is really responsible for a task that is held up on a project.
