When a document is not according to Proofs current capability, the generation of the Proof fails.Increase functionality by allowing for:Fonts and images linked from outside sources by allowing their import on a global level (similar to InDesign)Allowing for empty layers and overlapping fields
When users upload documents with different information (e.g. overprinting enabled or not enabled), Proof is currently displaying colors faulty depending on which setting of overprinting is selected in the system. Overprinting can either be activated or deactivated in Proof on a global level. Displaying colors correctly in Proof is for brand guidelines. Allow for both functionalities to run simultaneously in order to not have color display compromised.
Have access to a dashboard that breaks down the daily web services error notification by error and by integration user. Potentially even adding more detail like the exact time the errors took place or an optional log file that can be downloaded could be added. Currently the only way to get this information is opening a ticket with support and requesting the detailed information day by day.
Improve proof support of PSB (Big PSD) file type generated by photoshop. In our case especially used for infographics, but could be any time of large PSD, typically above 2GB.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Bring back the creative rating field with "stars" in AEM Cloud Use-case: Right now, the creative rating field is a textbox that accepts numeric values. This was not the UI in AEM 6.5 It's hard for our users to rate assets because of this since they don't know the limit Current/Experienced Behavior: The creative rating field is a textbox that accepts numeric values. Improved/Expected Behavior: Bring back the "star" field for creative rating Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM Cloud Customer-name/Organization name: Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
We are trying to change the owner of the proof but for few users, the option to change the owner is available and for a few, it is not. Although they all belong to the same account. Also, when two users have the same access levels & roles, the functionality to change proof owner is working and for some, it is not.
For instances synced with Salesforce: Currently the "Was Added to Opportunity" filter can be filtered by using the contraints: Is Primary Role (i.e. the Contact Role) These 2 constraints are currently missing from the "Has Opportunity" filter. It would be beneficial if the "Has Opportunity" filter could be filtered by the "Is Primary" and "Role" fields given that the "Was Added to Opportunity" data is only retained for 25 months whilst the "Has opportunity" field is retained for longer (I don't think there's any limit?). Note that a possible workaround to the "Was Added to Opportunity" being retained for only 25 months could be to recreate the "Was Added to Opportunity" activity by setting up an automated process in SFDC to remove contacts from the opportunity in SFDC and then re-add them 25 months after they were added as a contact role. Annoying having to do this though.
Hi team, Would like to suggest updating the Industry picklist in the Firmographic category to include a more comprehensive list of Industries. Missing in particular the "Insurance" picklist value. Thank you, Emilia
When going into projects it would be great to see the view as I left it. For example for big projects, I may have clicked the arrow to hide the 'planning' phase under parent task. Or I clicked all the rounds of amends to shorten my view so I could see the phase I'm at today. Every time I go back to the project I have to roll them up again!
It would be great to have a native integration with Microsoft Advertising as an installed service option in LaunchPoint.
Hi,We recently noticed that with each analytics request we view in the adobe experience platform debugger there is a frame parameter present. We never implemented this and the adobe service desk also couldn't help us with the following questions:What is tracked with the frame variable?the answer here was that adobe analytics doesn't use the frame variable. How do these values of this variable land in adobe analytics? Can we control the values of this variable? We would like to make sure some query-parameters in the url of the page don't get into analytics, when certain query-parameters are present we would like to strip them before entering analytics. We would like to be able to control this value or be aware of what it does/where it comes from.
Hi everyone,Beginning of 2020(1st & 2nd Jan), we observed no data collection for all report suites & Adobe engineering team identified the issue pertaining to -getTimeParting plug-in. To notify all the users in our organization, we use 'Calendar events' in Reports & Analytics, but it would be great to have the same feature in Analysis Workspace.
Please consider configuring announcements to accept and send screenshots. In most cases i include a screen shot of a new view, report, dashboard, or other areas and cannot do this in announcements. So I have to switch back to email for this type of communication- where it should be contained in an announcement. Thanks.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Struggling to upload a directory full of assets into AEMaaCS from my Mac OSX laptop. Assets were pulled directly from a dispatcher cache, so they are all valid AEM filenames. AEM Desktop App 2.1.2. Issue: Any time a failure occurs, the upload operation can't be resumed, it just spins forever. The only way to move past this is to fully exit the app and restart it. There should be a way to recover from this scenario - the app should not appear to still be doing work when it's already aborted the operation. Use-case: Content migration from AEM On-Prem to AEMaaCS. Content Transfer Tool did not work, so Desktop App and Package Manager were the only remaining options. Current/Experienced Behavior: App appears to still be doing work even though all app activity has ceased due to the error Improved/Expected Behavior: App should properly reflect the status of the current operation. It should also should warn that an e
Create an option in settings or queue settings to populate a project sponsor with the primary contact of the converted issue. At the moment, we have to check the primary contact on the issue before converting and then enter the sponsor manually.
It's currently impossible to create a true "read-only user". I can accomplish some Marketing Activity restrictions, but I'd like to be able to give access to view people in the database, and view smart list criteria without being able to modify the smart list criteria. Would be great if this functionality existed. Today on my "read-only" user, I have "Access database" checked off, and everything below it unchecked and it is giving full edit access to the database versus just view access and it's not desireable. Any solution or potential work-around would be much appreciated!
Inherited permissions are critical to giving people appropriate access. However, if someone removes inherited permissions or if a user strips permissions when moving a task these inherited permissions can be pretty quickly removed and it becomes very difficult for project owners to realize this.I propose adding a simple "Inherited Permissions T/F" flag on Issues, Tasks, Projects, Programs, and Portfolios. This needs to be accessible in reporting and it should pretty quickly indicate when there are no inherited permissions attached to an object. This would allow for some very easy audit reports that allow these problems to be addressed proactively.Examples of things that break without inherited permissions: reporting on actual hours, resource management practices when trying to determine availability, scheduling with predecessors when you can't find you task, etc.If a True/False flag isn't possible on these objects, what are other suggestions that Workfront can make t
Users are requesting overtime to be calculated automatically.i.e. standard working week = 40 hours (5 x 8 hours)Total time entered = 48 hoursAutomatic calculation of Overtime = (48 - 40) = 8 hours
Our clients are requesting schedules on their projects and we would like to do so by exporting the current project schedule as a Gannt chart in excel for their viewing (as our clients do not have access to our system). Also, we need to be able to translate schedules for dozens of projects into a single Excel Gannt chart, which is currently extremely time consuming by hand. Can you improve the Gannt feature within WF to be exportable so that we can manipulate the information for our client's needs/viewing.Please consider this request to be able to highlight how multiple projects for a single campaign work together by using an exported Gannt chart.
It's pretty disappointing that there is not an audit trail for adjustments made to communication limits for things like smart campaigns.
Description - Allow to restore deleted activitiesWhy is this feature important to you - To avoid accidental loss of invested work and gained results. In large teams, users may accidentally delete activities. How would you like the feature to work - Deleting an activity moves it into a recycle bin. From there it can be restored within a grace period of 90 days.Current Behaviour - Activity can be deleted, which is irrecoverable, losing the experiences and reports. The user just needs to confirm the message “Are you sure you want to delete the activity ...? Deleted activities cannot be recovered.”
Currently the Work List only shows tasks that are within 2 weeks of the start date. I would like to see all upcoming work, regardless of the start date.Current state: Ready to Start: Only tasks and issues that are ready to start are displayed. These tasks and issues have no predecessors or task constraints preventing them from being worked on, and the Start Date is in the past or up to two weeks in the future.Desired State: Ready to Start: Only tasks and issues that are ready to start are displayed. These tasks and issues have no predecessors or task constraints preventing them from being worked on.
We have users working in different countries within Europe and some countries have specific rules/laws that mean that certain employees may have to work specific hours per day for a period of time e.g. in the summer and no more. As we cover all resourcing requests on Workfront, we would like to be able to limit the hours that a user can work per day. We can create a specific schedule for a particular user but if work assigned to them exceeds their schedule, the resourcing tool shows they are over allocated but there is nothing to restrict the user from being assigned so it would be good if Workfront had that functionality.
Description -Add a possibility to Undo changes in Launch UIWhy is this feature important to you -When you change the rule with many events/ conditions/ rules and then accidentally delete one of them, you have to either add it from scratch again or close the component without saving and then update it again. How would you like the feature to work -Cmd+Z (Ctrl+Z) to undo the last change. As a System Administrator I would like to have access to customize any/all of the email notifications that are enabled. For example, if I activate the 'Issue Add to Issue Primary Contact' event notification I would like to be able to edit the text in the email that is sent to the Primary Contact. This will make all email/event notifications more use and provide the content the receiver requires.
