We have an API call related to the owner value field in our system. In Some cases when the owner value is sent as null it is still updated as the creator of the project. The incident is raised with Workfront customer support on - 00216104, 00151895 Owner field of the project should not be updated if a null value is being sent on an API call.
When clicking on a link in a link in a view the user leaves the current page and is redirected to the linked page/object. Especially when the user wants to drill down into an object from a dashboard and later come back to the dashboard this behavior is very time consuming, as the user needs to reload the dashboard every single time.We would like to be able to decide whether a link should be opened in a new tab or reload the current page. I imagine a selection option in the "advanced settings" in the edit column menu, or using text mode HTML like on websites. The current workaround is to click on the link with "Left"+"Ctrl"(Win)/"click"+"Command"(Mac) or "Left"+"Shift"+"Ctrl"(Win)/"click"+"Shift"+"Command"(Mac)
Description - In Adobe Analytics Alert builder, the field for "Select Dimension Item" is limited in size, which prevents seeing the full dimension name (even though there is a large white space to the left of it).Why is this feature important to you - When scrolling through an Alert definition with many dimensions which have the same prefix, there is no way to find a specific dimension without clicking on each one individually to see the rest of the full name pop up.How would you like the feature to work - Very simple... just increase the size of the entry/display field, so either the full dimension name is displayed, or at least as much as possible to make use of the unused white space to the left.Current Behaviour - Long dimension names are cut off, and require clicking on them to display the full name.
Currently, there is a limitation in Marketo in terms of the type of campaign attributes that can be replicated from Marketo to Salesforce. When synchronising a Marketo campaign with Salesforce, I would like to have the following settings defined in my Salesforce campaign so that I don't need to adjust them manually: -sponsor-start and end datesThese settings are mandatory for some of our programs.Currently it is not possible to input this information in Marketo and therefore have it synced with Salesforce. The request is to increase the number of settings that can be defined in Marketo so that these can be synced with Salesforce.
It would be super helpful if users had the ability to export and print a submission while in progress or in draft. At times, users would like to get sign-off or additional feedback on a request/issue prior to submission. If users could export and print these briefs in a formatted way, it would allow for additional collaboration.
I've been asked if there is a way to assign users to roles automatically when a template is selected to be attached to a project. I.e. can the project owner attaching the template automatically be allocated their relevant role? Or, while following the process to attach a template, could roles be assigned at this point so roles are already assigned once the template is attached?
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: With more and more increased usage of Content Fragment for Headless applications (who consume JSON CFs from AEM), there is plenty of requirement where application teams need more control on each fields in Content Fragment. Currently there is no option to add custom field validations, add javascript validations or Regex in Content Fragment. Use-case: Content Authors make mistake where they save and publish critical data in CFs. Need custom validation logic option to be added in each datatype so that we can add more checks. Current/Experienced Behavior: No validation logic in datatypes except very basic like Required. Improved/Expected Behavior: Validation logic for each datatypes and among different datatypes in each content fragment model. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.5 Customer-name/Organization name: Manulife Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: CF editor with tabs Use-case: Customer has complex structured contents, modeled by CFs. Each CF has more than 50 different attributes (data types). Some of them also custom , like you can model with sub-fragments through the Content Reference. Editing these models with the CF Editor is not easy and requires to open different tabs on browser to have the complete picture. Our request is to have the possibility to split the various attributes on different tabs, like the metadata editor actually does at the moment. Current/Experienced Behavior: complex contents (with 50+ attibutes) must to be splitted in different CFs and authored separately Improved/Expected Behavior: a single CF Editor component with the possibility to separate attributes in tabs (which mimic the current Metadata editor) Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM as a Cloud Service, 2021.2.xxxx Customer-name/Organizati
While /rest/v1/stats/usage.json can return API usage from different API users over the course of the day, there's no way today to see a subscription's daily request limit (enforced or purchased). As a result, if you wanted to scale a program to use a certain ratio of calls relative to the subscription, you must first retrieve the number in the UI. Having API access and exposure to the request limit in addition to daily calls would be a major win for Marketo integration developers, as proper scales and checks could be dynamically built into applications.
There are many integrations out there and many of them now expect that people can call REST endpoints with the proper method. As an example, we have an integration right now where we can POST to create a person in another system, which returns an ID. Ideally, we would like to PUT to the user record to do an update. This is currently not supported by Marketo, the only options are GET and POST. A few old timey servers out there support ?_method=DELETE or ?_method=POST on the URL of a POST, however that number is very few. Please add additional methods to webhooks so we can take advantage of additional, modern integrations.
This case is about https://one.workfront.com/s/support - not related to a Workfront productI previously filed this and was told "the team is working on it".The search on the right is updated with *EVERY KEY STROKE* in Subject and Description fieldsI tend to type fast so i notice a lag : my typing is actually blocked due to requests to "https://one.workfront.com/s/sfsites/aura?r=124&aura.ApexAction.execute=1" on every key stroke.I get around it by blocking those requests manually :/Unbelievably poor UX from Salesforce. please get this fixed.I filed a case which was immediately closed. https://one.workfront.com/s/case/5004X00001Xjhx1/support-turn-off-refreshing-the-search-on-create-a-case-page
Hi, In the newest UI, you can filter for approved and/or draft. It would be really nice if there was a way to search for MSI templates as well.
It would be nice to have a pop-up alert when trying to activate a program. The pop-up would provide a summary of the program setup and the size of audience impacted. To activate the program and send out the email, you would need to click on the Confirm button. This would draw the attention of the user who would have to double check the settings of the program before activating it. This alert would also inform of errors, such as non-active flows, preventing the normal execution of the email.
Users have observed that 'deleted' proof comments still appear in subsequent decision notification emails. Emails indicating that a proof was approved, also contain comments requesting changes, where those comments were actually deleted, which can only create confusion. The person receiving thje email has no choice but to contact the decision maker and clarify their intent... "Do you want those changes, or is it approved, as is?"Workfront Support state that this is by design, but this seems completely illogical. At the very least, if the deleted comments must be included, they should be annotated as 'Deleted' to give the correct context.
Just recently I have logged several 'Support Requests' where investigation of undesired behaviour is explained as being part of the planned design. Each time I am advised to lodge an Innovation Idea, which means I have to srtar from scratch to lodge as an Innovation Idea. There should be a way of 'converting a 'Support Request' into an 'innovation idea' with the click of a button.
Please add a "Project Owner" field on the templates. Most of the templates we have created have the same project owner. One person schedules all the projects, so they have access to edit the templates as the template owner, but there should be another field called "Project Owner" where each time you use that template, it automatically assigns that project to the person listed in the "Project Owner" field.
Would be great to offer more than just square shapes for annotating in the Proof Viewer. We know the freehand option is available but like to add at minimum circles as an option.
It would be nice to have some kind of loading bar inside of Workfront. There is no clear indicator of progress that the Workfront Page is loading. A spinning Wheel or a Progress bar would be very helpful. We have other applications that have a progress screen or a bar that shows it's loading when something is clicked on.
Within the Experience Platform Debugger, it is easy to replace the Launch embed code with a different one, but any time I do this, the default code is including the async keyword, while or websites have the embed code loaded in sync. Therefore I always have to remove the "async" keyword in the embed code before I apply the replacement when I'm testing. Would it be possible to have respect the sync/async way of loading of the current embed code as the default for replacement?
We have set up a PTO request queue in Workfront. The employee submits a request for time off and it automatically routes to their manager for approval. The manager is required to respond within 2 days of the request being submitted. Our admin team audits these requests to make sure that managers are approving/denying within that time-frame. Since the new approval layout/look & feel rolled out, we are no longer able to see the actual name of who is supposed to be approving the item now. All we can see is that the request is pending approval from "primary contact manager". It would be EXTREMELY helpful for the requests to show the individuals name who the request is pending approval from. The requests also show "Unassigned" so it throws our employees off when they can't see that the request is pending approval from their manager (with their name spelled out). See attached pictures. We would like to have the manager's name appear again instead of just s
Recorded (simulated live) webinars from #GoToWebinar currently do not integrate with MKTO because the Launchpoint integration between GoToWebinar and Marketo does not utilize version 2 of the GoToWebinar API and v2 is required for recorded (simulated live) webinars.Recorded webinars are super beneficial for reusing content and/or having the same webinar run at different times so more people can attend. I need Marketo to be able to pull attendee data from GTW so that they can get into our follow-up programs.
Be able to color code the Gantt chart of a project list to show phases of the project. To reduce real estate, clients frequently request to see a Gantt chart of all their projects with them colored by project phase (i.e. Discover, Creative Development, Review, Launch). Solution Idea: In MS Project, there is a view in the specific project where you can assign which tasks will be on the Gantt line and what color they should be. This then rolls up to any portfolio reporting you do. This might also work with Milestone Paths if they are attached to the Parent Tasks.
This is only a small technical idea for a specific use case, but can be very annoying. If you switch the recurrence off on a recurring batch campaign, but need to restart it again after a while (or activate it after an instance copy), the first date the campaign is set to run is still set to the first time it was set to run originally, so you manually have to update that start date to a date in the future. It would be really helpful if Marketo can reset to the first possible future date the campaign can run at the originally scheduled time of day.
Description -I am wondering what the ETA is for having feature parity of viewing reports in Target to look at Targeted vs. Control for the main primary metric for an Auto-Target test when we select Analytics as the reporting source. Why is this feature important to you - This is a big issue for us b/c often we are selecting a Target metric (like clicks) as the optimization goal for the Auto-Target test and we can’t easily replicate that in analytics. The Target report for the Primary goal (optimization goal) when we select analytics as the reporting source - it does not give us the rolled up view of Targeted vs. Control like when we use Target as the reporting source. How would you like the feature to work - Would like to view Targeted vs. Control rolled up view in Target reports when we select Analytics as the reporting source. Current Behaviour -
Hi Adobe,It will be great to have some year over year comparison visualizations option available in Adobe Analytics Workspace as shown in the below image. This will help users/execs better understand and compare the trends over the same time previous years. Currently we are having to extract Adobe data in to BI tools like Domo or Tableau to build such charts.Thanks,Srujana- https://rnd.aspencore.com/eetimes-redesign-adtest/
