Hi,I am seeking help on the following scenarios related to connecting AEM (running on 6.5.22 Service Pack) to an AWS S3 bucket. All scenarios are based on activities performed in AEM Author.Case 1: Without Binaryless Replicationa) What happens in the S3 bucket when we upload a new image for the first time in AEM Author?b) If we update the image in AEM Author (e.g., updating its title), what happens in the S3 bucket? If the image is published after the update, what changes will happen in the S3 bucket and in AEM Publisher?c) If we delete the image (assuming it has already been published), what happens in the S3 bucket and the AEM Publisher?Case 2: With Binaryless=true Replication What will happen for the above questions?Additionally, I would appreciate documentation links where I can find answers to these questions.
I am testing out the interactive webinars with Adobe connect integration. I am using my own email accounts to test but after successfully registering with the email address once, I receive the "Registration Error" status for any consecutive registrations under the same email address. The status reason is 'Error registering with webinar provider. exception='Failed to get the data from connect'. When trying new email addresses the registration works correctly. Is this an issue with duplicates being created in Adobe Connect or is it a connection issue between Marketo Engage and Adobe Connect?
What exactly does Last Update mean? Does it mean an actual change to an item or is it just the last person to click within the item. I havent been able to find a solid definition anywhere.
Hi TeamCurrently we are Migrating the Our Adaptive forms which used foundational components. In Text Box Foundation component "display pattern" type drop downloaded with predefined patterns Ex: ZIP Code, Phone number, Social Security Number etc.But Same option we are not able to get in Core components (Text Input), please help how to load these options in core component also to apply the pattern-based type.
In Adobe Analysis Workspace we found a little nuisance with the description of one of the default Date Ranges (Last Week) - it says "By default, this refers to the time period that starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday prior to the current week.", but our users don't know that our defaults are set differently in Europe (week starts on Monday). Can Adobe please update this description to something like "This is set accordingly to the respective Report Suite configuration" (in Report Suite Manager > General > Calendar Settings)?
Hi,We are integrating Segment CDP with Adobe Target and currently using the Data Provider approach via Adobe Launch to fetch user data. However, we noticed that this exposes the Client ID and Client Secret on the front end, raising security concerns.Could you suggest an alternative approach to securely authenticate the API request without exposing credentials?Looking forward to your recommendations. Thanks,Srinath
California’s CCPA and CCRA require opt-in to share or sell personal data, so make sure you offer that setting alongside your existing cookie options. If you happen to use OneTrust, here’s how that looks: That’ll store the setting in OneTrust’s internal database and in their local cookie, but how do you push it to Marketo when the visitor becomes known? It’s undocumented but turns out to be really simple. First pass: Decode the cookie as if it’s a query string The OneTrust cookie is called OptanonConsent. It has a predictable, standard encoding: exactly like a URL query string or application/x-www-form-urlencoded request. Here’s an example OptanonConsent cookie value (yes, the whole thing is the value of a single cookie): isGpcEnabled=0&datestamp=Sat+Jan+13+2024+20%3A24%3A04+GMT-0500+(Eastern+Standard+Time)&version=202308.1.0&browserGpcFlag=0&isIABGlobal=false&hosts=&consentId=5c7582be-217
Hi, I am trying to analyze the impact of different marketing channels / campaigns. I've noticed that a lot of our orders are coming from Direct & Session refresh, making it difficult to determine the drivers of these orders. I had the idea of using a Flow visualization for orders (purchase event) by marketing channels, so I could see which channel users are first learning about us, and then where they end up falling into eventually. The problem: when I see the orders # at the last stage of the flow, it shows 5475 orders. However, if I look at a freeform table, and breakdown marketing channel by orders, I see a total of 7,760 orders. What is the reason for this discrepancy? Is this data at least directionally valuable? FYI I am looking at the same date range. Thank you!
We recently created new program channel Event-New that we are using to capture some additional member status. In our CRM (Salesforce), we have several pre-defined Campaign Record Type (Private Label, Partnership, Speaking Engagement, etc.). It was pointed out to use that when we activate the Marketo --> Salesforce Campaign Sync, the Campaign Record Type gets updated to Event-New (the name of the program channel). We never noticed this before so wondering if this something new. We reached out to Support and was told that this was normal behavior when using the native Salesforce Sync and that there was no way to turn that part off. Is that true? Hoping someone has a some recommendations on best practices - should we create new program channels for each of the Campaign Record Type or not use the native sync function and instead use Flow steps to update campaign member statuses in Salesforce.
We would like to display a parent Folder name of the document in the Proof Approval report. Does anyone help us on this? Many thanks,Karthick N

When we provide the data layer to mobile developers, they integrate it into their code and release it on the go-live date. Is it possible to abort or control any tracking tags (like trackAction or trackState) in Adobe Launch when they are triggered by specific user actions? Or is it solely in the control of the mobile developers to manage or abort tracking events once they implement the SDK?
I am trying to understand how we can use the connections we build in Workfront planning in our reports. Most of our reports are task reports that track the deployment task of all projects. Since we are not able to connect tasks in Workfront planning, I wonder what is the best way to show connected metadata from planning into those task reports.
Hello, has anyone developed a custom validation extension for the new CF editor? I don't want to create a custom field, just add validation to an OOTB field. I checked the docs but I don't see any API for validation available: https://developer.adobe.com/uix/docs/services/aem-cf-editor/api/ I have the following use-case: two multifields, if one contains X items, then the other one needs to contain X items or the validation should fail and show an error to the editor. Thanks, Daniel

Hey there! I've got a lengthy project by month with many parent/child tasks. I'd like to close the parent task (which generally is the month) so then all the child tasks are hidden. However, when I do that, it stays open for someone else or it just is open when I go back to it. Is there a way to keep a parent task arrow with all the child tasks closed for myself and everyone? For example, when the month of March is completed, I want to "close" March so all the child tasks are hidden and you just see " > March ". Thank you!
Hi There! Does anyone have any tips on creating a bounce rate in CJA? (or any of the other OOB metrics)
Hi All, If an event-based trigger scenario in workfront fusion gets disabled unexpectedly, How we can identify the missing events during that downtime ?or to avoid this situation what action we needs to take care ? Thanks in Advance!
We have a request queue that has been decommissioned and I have updated the sharing on the project to view only. However, the issues within the project maintain the shared access levels that were given when it was current. Is there a way for me to bulk update all of the issues to view only for any user it was shared with?
We need a better way to auto sort 'bucketed' values in CJA.Current Method: Value bucketing is a great feature, but the current sort method uses either alphabetical sorting or population based sorting. Neither of them are useful. Current Workaround: To get values in the right order I either need to make manual segments and drop them in a particular order OR use table builder to pre-determine the order. This is a tedious process, and there is a risk of everything resetting should I choose to change the bucket values. Feature Request: We need a more intelligent way to sort dimension values - for example, ordering in descending order should put values in following order...less than 2525 to 5050 to 75so on... Currently, Typeahead Field does have the option to reference the "Task" and "Request" Object. It would be great if we could have "Task" and "Request" Objects available in a Typeahead Field.
Description - Add a field that captures the date a user was last reactivatedWhy is this feature important to you - My company requires a new user reconciliation to be completed with each access review. For each activation, we need to ensure we have a proper access request form with proper approvals. I need a way to be able to filter users that were activated since the last review. How would you like the feature to work - Add an Activation Date field to each user that captures the last date a user was activated. In the case of a new user, the date would be the same as Entry Date. In case of a user that was reactivated, the Entry Date would be unchanged, but the Activated Date field would reflect the latest activation date.Current Behaviour - The data is currently not captured.

Hi, I’ve created two streaming audiences: one using the Default Merge Policy and another with a custom Merge Policy we recently created.I need a journey that listens for new entries into the audience associated with the custom Merge Policy (not the Default MP). To achieve this, I created a journey that starts with an Audience Qualification trigger using the audience linked to the new Merge Policy. However, AJO isn’t detecting any new entries for this audience. As a test, I replicated the same journey but used an Audience Qualification trigger with the Default Merge Policy audience instead. This version works as expected and listens for new entries without issue. Is there a known limitation or blocker related to using custom Merge Policies with Audience Qualification in AJO?
