Hi all, I have an internal user who wants to see all emails that go out at the time in which they go out (not sending a sample). The only workaround to this is by creating duplicate emails (assets), and duplicate smart campaigns. I would say we could use the same smart campaign and add choices for Email Address is (send to X person, etc.), but we are using the choice section for Random Sample A/B Testing. My point, overall, is that this becomes a major headache when you need to do, a Newsletter, for example. We don't have our segmentation up yet, and not sure how granular segmentation gets on an Email Performance Report. This is why we have separate emails and smart campaigns set up - i.e. Japan Email, China Email, Korea Email, Australia Email, Singapore Email, and India Email. If I need to send to the internal user without her being skipped due to communication send limits, I need to create 12 emails now. 6 non-operational for the main audience, and 6 operational for our intern
When I open the text editor and see the input text pop-up, it would be nice to have a drop-down or sample code field that held the most common used codes. Something where I can select a name and it auto-insets the sample code to be edited. For example: Collections: displayname=column name listdelimiter=<p> listmethod=nested(collectionname).lists textmode=true type=iterate valueexpression=criteria valueformat=HTML Shared Columns: value=<br> valueformat=HTML width=1 sharecol=true General Text Mode: displayname= valueformat= valueexpression=
Make a new Component type for saving and reusing drop-down filters across panels and Analysis Workspace projects.
It would be nice to have daily late proof reminders. I know a late proof reminder goes out one minute after the proof is due however that is the only reminder. It would be great if the system sent out a late proof reminder daily to those who have not reviewed the proof yet. Or at least have an option to have this as a possibility. We are doing this manually everyday and it takes time that could be automated.
Ability to link proof decisions to project tasks using unlimited If This/Then That statements. We had this logic in another proj management system and we miss it sooooo much. Example:If "proof" decision is approved, then "task" is complete. (Proof approval completes design phase and auto moves project forward to next task)If "proof" decision is approved with changes or rejected, then activate "task". (Proof edits activate design revision step.)
Allow for searching within an object's Journal Entries for Timestamp verification of Specific changes. This will satisfy some SOX audit requirements.
Our users would like a way to select multiple Proofs in the dashboard and make a decision on them.Currently in Proof users can make a decision on a proof from the Proof viewer or the Proof Details view from the dashboard, but this is limited to one proof at a time. There are tasks or actions that are supported after selecting multiple proofs. In the more menu there are task such as Lock, Activate, Archive an so on that do work on a batch of proofs. Please ass make a decision.
We have implemented a solution that is highly dependent on the ability to resource by both User Group and Project group. In doing so, specific Resource Managers can filter the Scheduler tool to see only those unassigned tasks specific to their designed business area. This roll-out was a major win for Workfront with the client who has previously struggled with tool adoption. The depreciation of the Scheduler tool in exchange for the Workload balancer will significantly impact adoption and usability of the tool. Additionally, there is a general distrust of the tool across the organization since it hasn’t been optimized and successfully rolled out to date. A forced redesign due to the lack of functionality in the Workload Balancer will surely hinder the client's trust in the tool and future product development. The inability to filter unassigned tasks by Project Group, and to view available resource by User Group will require a redesign specifically to fit into the functionality of the
We know it is possible to assign UTM using “Program Tokens”: edit the HTML code within the emails to add tokens (program or database field) coded as UTM parameters and the end of the links. You set program tokens for each of the global UTM parameters for everyone, then use the Marketo personalization tokens for anything else you're passing along. You have to build the string for the clickthru links in the HTML code. HOWEVER, what we would need is, in the admin>Tag>category section, to be able to set UTM codes for each category, and make sure that, by default, all links added to an e-mail of category XYZ is suffixed with the right UTM code.
We would like tokens to be used in Smart List Filters.
It is perfectly possible to activate a program and launch an email without activating the flows. There are a lot of steps and clicks required before sending an email and if you don't pay attention you can send an email despite flows being inactive. Every program consists in several flow steps, to update the status of the program members (bounced, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, etc). Each status change is handled by a flow and these flows need to be activated one by one before approving a program for launch. If we forget to do this, we will not know whether an email was opened or clicked and these statuses are used by scoring programs (if email is clicked, then a score will be assigned to the person). So the idea is to have a warning on the program Control Panel to inform the user that a flow is inactive and must be activated.
This feature is just good enough to test the layout and links, but it is not used to test the flows, the S/MIME signature, etc. This feature should be improved to allow testing more than just the layout.
Request to give ability to add more managers name under "Reports To". Since many cases a user reports to more than one manager. Also, ability to report manager in different business entity in same company group. This is very much required in many industries. Thanks in Advance.MchKundan.
Since Enhance Analytics can only show a max of 50 projects, a filter is always required. It would be nice to be able to save a filter to be reused. Similar to resource planning.
Description - Have visible arrows to let users know they have the ability to use up/down arrows to change time in the calendar. Why is this feature important to you - How else would users know they can use the keyboard up/down arrows? How would you like the feature to work -The better option is to have those arrows visible and/or a tooltip to use them along with keyboard keys.Current Behaviour - No indication is present that arrows can be used. Should be like AM/PM, if at all possible.
Description -Have content on screen to let users know they have the ability to type an email into the Recipients field. Clicking in the field populates the options with our domain addresses, but that’s all. Press ENTER only appears when an email is already input it.Why is this feature important to you - Users need to be aware they have the ability to enter an email by typing in the input field. Not having this is a turn off for many especially if the desired recipient is not on the list. How would you like the feature to work -We need something on screen that displays the input field options, ex: Type in the input field to enter a different email Current Behaviour - No hints, tooltip, clues, or text on the screen are currently present for the Recipients input field.
We have recently moved to the new Next Gen UX platform of Marketo. I understand that Drag and Drop is not available anymore for moving programs and folders. But from the new Marketo documents, it explains that programs can be “moved” to other folders by right clicking the program and picking a folder to move too. I can move from folder to folder, but not to Archive. When I try to do this for a program it does not give me the option to move the program to an Archived folder. Any suggestions about how to make that work?
We'd like to see a feature added that makes it easier for project managers to track rounds of creative production, proofing, and review and approval when those rounds are performed externally from Workfront (i.e., a different proofing platform or method other than Workfront proof). There are business cases where a client might require proofing processes to be done on their own system, etc. In the system's current state, it's been suggested to upload all versions of proofs to Workfront (even though they're not going through Workfront proof) to simply track the number of versions. Another suggestion has been to repeat the production tasks in Workfront over and over again (parent with children tasks, resulting in x number of parent tasks = number of proofing rounds), but that is not efficient or feasible. It would be nice to have some sort of check-box at the task level (parent and/or children) to tally the number of rounds as the proofing tasks cycle over and over again
It would be helpful if once we create a ticket with support and have granted access that 1) they get notified automatically once we grant access without us having to email them back to say we did it and 2) their access remains "open" the entire time the ticket is open and then expires once the ticket is closed. It is really frustrating when you have a more complex ticket or if support is busy and take a few days work on it that you continually have to keep getting emails to grant them access again.
Hello, With the Adobe Creative Cloud app, The Creative team are able to upload documents into Workfront, which is amazing, but it would be neat if the creative team were able to upload a document as a new version of an existing document to keep the documents coupled together and provide versioning history and the ability to compare past documents within Workfront
There should be an option for an automated workflow so that a user doesn't have to manually complete each task. System Admins can set pre-determined criteria on the template that define the automation rules.
We would like to be able to filter Updates on a task, project, etc. by user. Sometimes the Updates get lengthy and it's difficult to find what you're looking for or to check if someone has replied, especially because the middle updates in a comment string get collapsed or you need to click "more" at the bottom of the page to load more.
Would love to customize the order of what sections display in my favorites/recents. Ex. for recents I would remove, or send to the bottom "tasks" bc I never go to tasks in my preference.
If you create a NEW dashboard from a report, that newly created dashboard basically disappears from my view and then I'm sent back to that report. So in order for me to find that new dashboard I need to remember the name and search, it's a bit clunky of an experience.I would prefer a new tab to open with that newly created dashboard. Or maybe it shows up in the "recents"
The template names are very limited in characters when you convert an issue to a project and select a predefined template. The display window of the template names should be longer to allow for larger titles.
