I would have greenfield implementation. Customer did not acquire CJA and Data Distiller. Just thinking if there is a point in that case importing data to AEP if its not enabled for RTCP if the customer does not have these additional SKU's?
Extending an earlier post on standard JavaScript ${template strings} on Marketo LPs, here’s how to use near-standard {{ variable }} syntax. Say you want to use AngularJS to create highly dynamic LPs, or even single-page apps, hosted on Marketo. (May not be a common ask, but it is technically feasible!) You might declare a little ng-app like this: <div ng-app=""> <p>First Name: <input type="text" ng-model="firstName" /></p> <p>Last Name: <input type="text" ng-model="lastName" /></p> <h1>Hello {{ firstName }} {{ lastName }}!</h1> </div> Problem is, you won’t be able to approve the LP: The popup doesn’t provide details, but the root cause is the super common {{ }} delimiters, which Marketo reserves for internal use: that’s how we deploy {{lead.tokens}}, {{my.tokens}}, and so on! Yet you aren’t using a valid dot.ted variable name inside them, so it’s a syntax error. Seeing the error is good ac
Eighteen members from the WUG-DMV chapter gathered during Tuesday's lunch hour to kick-off our launch party. Although this is the DMV chapter we had representation from states such as Iowa, Colorado, Pennslyvania, and the Carolinas; spanning experience levels from day one @14962020 to have never used Workfront (yet). There were plenty of stories and even more laughs as we went around introducing ourselves. If you missed the party (or just want to relive the fun), check out the slides are attached to this post. Hi Team, I'm currently working on an AEM React SPA project and facing issues with core components not working correctly. I've tried installing both of the following packages as per the documentation: @61380/aem-core-components-react-base @61380/aem-core-components-react-spa However, the components still not working. In one of the community threads, it was mentioned that these packages are only compatible with React 16, while we are using React 18 in our project. https://github.com/adobe/aem-react-core-wcm-components-base/issues/20My Questions - Are there any known compatibility issues between AEM SPA core components and React 18? Is there a workaround or migration guide available for using AEM core components with React 18? If not officially supported, are there any community forks or alternatives that support newer React versions?

A client is modernizing some of their AEM sites to go from static to editable templates so they can use the latest features around has the following parameters:• The client currently has a dozen static templates that they want to move to editable templates.• The existing pages use the parsys paragraph system for storing components.• Each page based on one of the static templates has its own custom properties tab that is unique for that template type.• The client wants template authors to be able to create the editable templates. Which approach should an Architect use to meet these requirements? (A) 1. Use a new page component for editable templates based on the core components page component2. Migrate page properties to respective components dialogues (B) 1. Use a new page component for editable templates based on the core components page component2. Convert page properties to policies (C) 1. Use the same page components for editable templates2. Create a new editabl
We have a scenario, when a user searches with a term and AEM pulls in the pages that that term lives on, the term itself would appear in the page of search results with highlighted design. For example, if I search for “randomtext”, these are the results that I get. Entry points into “randomtext” is on both pages but the term itself isn’t surfaced with OOTB query results, which leaves the user wondering which page actually contains the information they are looking for.Would it be possible to allow search results to pull something from the page that contains the keyword that was searched? What other options might be possible to accomplish the goal of having the keyword surfaced on the search results page?Any idea on this? TIA.
Hello Adobe Community,We are trying to implement a servlet which needs to read csv file. To read csv file we have added dependency in core pom.xml <dependency> <groupId>com.opencsv</groupId> <artifactId>opencsv</artifactId> <version>5.7.1</version> <scope>provided</scope> </dependency> I’m facing an issue with a servlet deployment in AEM Cloud. The deployment completes successfully, but after deployment, the servlet remains in an satisfied state. Upon reviewing the error logs, I found the following stack trace related to an unresolved dependency: org.apache.felix.log.LogException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/opencsv/CSVReaderIt seems the system is unable to resolve the OpenCSV dependency, specifically the CSVRea

The Foundation: Sender Reputation—It’s Not Just About the IP Sender reputation is the score ISPs assign to you as a sender. It’s a blend of your IP reputation and your domain reputation. Both matter—a lot. You can’t just spin up a new IP or domain and blast millions of emails. ISPs are watching, and so are we. Building a Strong Reputation from Day One The Critical First Step: IP and Domain Warm-up Warming up isn’t just for IPs. Every new sending domain or subdomain needs its own careful ramp-up. We built AJO to help you start small—targeting your most engaged recipients first, then scaling up as you build trust with ISPs. Skip this, and you’ll hit blocks or spam filters, guaranteed. The industry’s shifted: domain reputation is now front and center, especially with Gmail and other domain-focused ISPs. Even if your IP is golden, a cold domain can tank your deliverability. If you want a step-by-step guide to doing this right, check out the official AJO IP Warmup Getting Started page
In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version. I now need to make changes to those forms that were built. I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299. I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help?
Over the past decade, brands have invested heavily in SEO, content strategy, and personalization to drive visibility and engagement across digital channels. But the landscape is rapidly shifting. Today, the customer journey increasingly begins not with a traditional search engine, but with an AI assistant. As generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity become go-to tools for information and decision-making, large language models (LLMs) are emerging as the new front door to brand discovery. These systems don’t just index content — they summarize it, interpret it, and recommend it. That means they’re shaping brand perception long before a user visits a website. Yet many brands remain unaware that their content is already being surfaced — or overlooked — by these AI tools. Bain & Company reports that 80% of consumers rely on AI-written summaries for at least 40% of their searches. And Gartner projects that by 2028, brands could see a 50% or greater decline in organic
I have an issue where the backfill always fails in my CJA connection midValues data set. The midValues data set is created by the Adobe Analytics Source connection. The data set doesn't have any failures when ingesting data but it always fails when backfilling in CJA connection. Our team has checked everything, and we don't see anything wrong with configurations etc. I don't see any errors for backfill issues in CJA, in any of the logs I see. Thanks!
“The High-Stakes Silence Between Offer and Join” In many organizations, notice periods can stretch from 30 to 90 days—a time when candidates are emotionally distant from their future employer but still on the radar of competitors. For HR teams, this period has traditionally been marked by chaos: countless manual follow-ups, missed nudges, inconsistent buddy assignments, and a big question mark around engagement. We knew this had to change. What started as a manual engagement flow has the potential to evolve into a fully automated, orchestrated experience using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The result? A scalable system that can keep everyone informed and every candidate engaged—without needing to lift a finger after setup. The Problem: Engagement Drops, Offer Declines, and HR Burnout Before automation, every part of the candidate engagement journey was HR-driven and manual: HR teams sent each welcome and follow-up email manually. Buddies were

Introduction In fast-paced marketing environments, timing can make or break a campaign. Whether we are reacting to a sudden flight cancellation, a trending topic, or a flash sale opportunity, the ability to quickly reach the right audience is crucial. The Custom Upload feature in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) empowers marketers to quickly import and activate an externally generated audience via a simple CSV file — enabling campaign activation within an hour. Use-Case: Fast Recovery Campaigns Let’s say an airline operations team flags 3,000 customers whose flights were just canceled due to unexpected weather. We want to send them a personalised apology email, offer hotel vouchers, and redirect them to rebooking assistance — all within the next hour. With the new Custom Upload (Import audience) feature, the marketer can: Export the affected profiles to a CSV file (with customer IDs, flight numbers, cancellation timestamps, and more). Upload the CSV file in AEP
Controlling how often customers receive messages is critical in today’s marketing landscape. Too much outreach can cause fatigue, reduce engagement, and erode trust. Modern marketing automation tools must offer precise, real-time controls to strike the right balance. Adobe Journey Optimizer now supports daily frequency capping, making it easier than ever to manage customer communication across channels, journeys, and campaigns. Daily Frequency Capping in Practice Luma, a premium lifestyle and apparel brand, is known for its data-driven marketing and highly personalized customer journeys. To keep customers engaged, the brand runs daily campaigns across multiple channels—emails for product drops, SMS for loyalty offers, and push notifications for cart recovery or flash sales. As their marketing efforts scaled, some customers began receiving 5–6 messages per day across various campaigns. This led to higher opt-out rates, lower engagement, and a risk of damaging long-term custom

I'm working on planning for our long term archive and its brought up a functionality question in AEM. I would like to accomplish the following use case but am not sure if AEM is capable. I would like to set up a property called Archive with a yes checkbox. When the box is not checked the asset is stored in active storage on the backend. When the status box is checked the asset is moved to glacier storage in the backend. So the asset stays in the same location in the DAM interface but the storage of it on the backend is dependent on the metadata in one of the properties.Does anyone know if this capability exists in AEM or if its on the roadmap?
Is there a way to choose the specific renditions youd like ot download in AEM Assets. You can do it in Brand Portal (See attached screenshot) but I haven't been able to find a way to do it in Assets. You can only choose to download ALL renditions (See other attached screenshot). I'd like our users to be able to choose the specific renditions they'd like to download. Taking this question further, is there a way to select specific renditions when linking to assets via Asset Link? That would be extremely helpful as well.
