Add a checkbox to the Adobe Analytics extension to auto-add (enable) AppMeasurement_Module_Integrate (similar to how it's done for AAM and Activity Map).
In many media fields, the biggest factor driving engagement with a video is recency - users want to see something as close to when it happens as possible, and don't care about it more than a couple days later (because there's more new stuff rolling in!). We want a way to use "recency" for an entity as part of a Recommendations Criteria. We are currently working through workarounds with existing custom fields, including things like:a unix timestamp that turns date-times into integers so we can use "less than/greater than" operatorsa field for "daysSincePublished" or "hoursSincePublished" that can similarly use mathematical operatorsBut any of these options requires either the criteria or the metadata to be updated on a consistent basis (daily, or hourly if we want to maintain that granularity). What would be way cooler is if we had date-time entity metadata field(s) that could interpret rolling operators such as "datePublished within last X days" or "dateTimePublished within Y hours" so t
Currently all Access Levels are owned by the System Administrator, so Group-level Admins 1) don't even have any visibility of what permissions their Group users have; 2) Can't change/edit/customize group access levels to meet the needs of the Group they own.I would like to see Group Admins have a greater control of these access-level controls that impact their group
When working with an international company that has branches all over the world, it is very useful to know what region that user is from and the the currency that he is using. Of course, we could have the project based region and currency to facilitate the getting resources from different places around the world, but we need to know the region and the currency of the user to reconcile to their local system. I am proposing to add that in the user profile.
Hi guys,I have recently migrated to Workfront Experience and I note that you cannot copy/paste data from reports with the formatting. It just pastes without the formatting.I copy/paste from reports daily and wish to preserve the formatting.Exporting to excel or PDF is sloppy and doesn't maintain the crisp view I've created in Workfront.Screen shots are not suitable as I edit/add to the text in the pasted location.Cheers,Justin
When converting an issue to a project the drop down window that lists the templates is very narrow. We have over 200 templates and its hard to decipher which template is which
Billing is a very important part of any business and to ensure we are properly billing, please consider adding an approval process for billing records so more than a single user is reviewing and approving.
Although our Dallas Marketo User Meetings meet monthly (which is awesome) -- I'd be interested in connecting with other GOVERNMENT SECTOR Marketo clients to share best practices. Maybe others would value the same for their verticals (Finance, Healthcare, Cybersecurity, etc)
System Admins should have the ability to configure global notification settings by Group, Access Level, or even Home Team. Some users/teams/groups simply do not need certain notifications, however those might be crucial for other users/teams/groups. The only way to disable a global notification setting right now for select users is to manually set and their personal notification preferences in User Settings. And since this cannot be configured as a default setting when new users are added (i.e. when a new user in X group is entered in WF, set these notification rules:...), you would have to manually maintain that as new users enter the system. Admins should be able to fine-tune default "notification profiles" based on WF's existing user structures in Workfront (whether that be access level, license type, group, etc). This would be a HUGE help balancing the needs of our various departments in the instance. I can't imagine we're the only organization frustrated by t
With workfront if a OBJECT is shared with a parent group then it is shared with all users in the subgroups. My idea is to continue down that line and add the ability to report or communicate with all users in the hierarchy. For instance if you want to send a message to all people in Groups 1, 2, and 3 and those groups are subgroups of Group A you would tag Group A only and ALL would be included. Or you want to do a user report of everyone in Group A and all subgroups you would just do Groups = Group A.This would greatly simplify the number of groups or teams a person is a part of, yet still allow for grouping of people as appropriate.
Would be great if we could brand our DAM login the same way we can brand the WF product.
If you're using the regular Workfront user interface, you can setup prompts for users to filter the report at run-time. It would be extremely useful if you could also allow reports to be filtered by including api-style parameters in the report URL. The report would still display as a regular report within the Workfront UI but the user would not need to select the prompts. This would open up a lot of possiblities when linking to Workfront reports from other systems (e.g. filter down by customer ID etc). Taking it a step further it would be really nice if you could specify the fields and groupings to be used. Basically giving you the same flexibility of an API query but with the output rendered as a report within the Workfront UI. Users would of course need to be logged into Workfront for this to work...that's fine.
I want to see relevant Reports and Dashboards centralized in My Work so that I can more easily engage with tasks and team-related work I am responsible for or care about.
When I move a task through drag and drop, show me where I can drop it as I hover over a user's assigned tasks.
Display the Agile team's velocity trends.
Idea-Ability to assign a default folder for a proof within the Automated Workflow template would reduce the necessary steps upon a proof creation
I want to correlate workflow templates with folders so that any proof created inside of a particular folder will automatically be populated with appropriate workflow.
I see that we do not have API for bulk export for account object or company id. We can do the bulk extract for all the other objects like lead, activity, program status but not for account. Please have bulk export API for account
I want to be able to delegate recipients (approvers and/or reviewers) just the same as I can delegate proof ownership.
I would like to print a Proof with a Thumbnail, even if there are no comments on that Proof. Currently, the Thumbnails will only show up when you print if there is a comment on the Proof.
Hi team, It will be great to have the ability to review the default Dimensions like ECID, IP Address (Obfuscated mainly), and more in workspace too. These are just available in Data warehouse for now. We have a lot of power users who intend to use workspace more and would like to exclude users basis the values in these fields. Thanks and Regards,Harsh
I would like to be able to determine where components (e.g. Segments) are used across all of Adobe Analytics Workspace projects.
Hello,I think it will be a great improvement to add a feature in Manage Targets were the user can upload a more granular target on a daily level. At the moment we can only put in targets per day per line. That is a lot of manual work. There is no easy way to easily copy paste 365 day targets for a metric. If for instance a company wants to track against a target on a daily level for multiple countries and metrics then Omniture isn't the best solution. While in potential Omniture can easily take over reporting on an automated level for many web analysts and companies. Another suggestion would be to add visuals/metrics to the look and feel of the target report with Week to date, Month to Date, QTD and YTD summaries. This gives an easy overview of how you are performing against your targets. Many thanks,Bas van de Pol
Allow multiple private stages to share comments. Currently, comments added on a private stage will only be visible to recipients on that stage or to system administrators. If a workflow includes multiple legal stage reviews, comments from one legal stage can not be viewed on a different legal stage. In this example, the goal should be to allow all legal stages to privately share comments.Solution: Allow the option to select other stages that can be included under the same privacy view when indicating that a stage is private on a workflow.
Unsubscribed While you can delete bounced and unsubscribed contacts, we will need to consider the following points before proceeding further. You may choose to delete these contacts for the following reasons: You no longer need these contacts in your account. You wish to keep your list clean and avoid any potential GDPR violations with contacts you no longer use. Or you may choose to keep these contacts in your account for the following reasons: They might update their email address or subscription preferences with you. They may have a deal and are progressing through your pipeline. You are communicating with them on different channels. Note : Once the unsubscribed lead is deleted from the instance and the lead fills in a form, they are automatically unsubscribed until they take an action to re-subscribe. Marketo keeps a table/record of "durable Unsubscribe" in the backend. Also, We can have a smart campaign that changes the Unsubscribed field value from 'true' to 'false' i
