When parent and subtasks are completed within an iteration/sprint storyboard view - move them down to bottom automatically to keep a cleaner view...or offer sorting ability here?
In the previous Experience Cloud Debugger, I could easily detect/identify all Target Activities/Experiences firing on a page. That worked under mBox.js and at.js v1.x. It stopped working after we upgraded to at.js 2.3.x. I cannot find a similar feature anywhere in this new debugger. It had been so convenient to be able to see this information in the summary. We run multiple activities on a page with personalizations, recommendations and timed promos. Land on a page, hit the Experience Cloud Debugger and it was all right there on the summary screen in a matter of seconds. No need to generate a token and add it to the URL. It was all there in 1 click. Please restore this invaluable feature.
I am interested in adding the functionality to send dashboards similar to the process used for reports. Send now and scheduling a delivery on a reoccurring basis
Please add the ability to fully customize matrix reports views and such and allow to reorder the columns for better experience.
I want to be able to see and interact with a document version as we currently interact with a standalone document
Hey Workffront, you gave me an inch, now I want a mile! The typeahead field with the referenced object type of User is great, but it would be super helpful to be able to filter that field so the requester could only select a certain group or team of users. We have a field where we're still manually updating the list of users because we don't want the requester to be able to access ALL users.
Currently, if you've created a new lookalike model, it runs every week. But if for some reason it doesn't run, 3x in a row, the model will stop. Right now, you're not made aware if it doesn't run and you're not made aware if the model stops. I'm suggesting that AAM notifies the model creator if either of these happen.
we need to have more flexibility on Decisions ans Reason display. can we have a conditionned display ? let's say display reasons 1 & 2 if decision A is selected, reasons 3 & 4 if decision B is selected, etc.not all reasons applies to all decisions
allow more that 4 decisions in Workfront Proof / Proof HQ for more flexibility
It would be very convenient if the values in the drop-down filters are ordered by alphabet. ---At the moment new values are added to the bottom of the list while multiple values are added in the selected order.
Hi,We want to use the feature Advertising Analytics and we are working using Google AdWords MCC account, as most of the larger organisations uses an MCC, Adobe Analytics should support MCC account also not just the Standard account. We would request you to add this feature into your new roadmap as early as possible. Thanks!
The dashboard UI shows 'Send immediately once confirmed' for a duplicated email copied from any prior scheduled email. This schedule information on the dashboard is misguiding to say 'send immediately' when the actual selection inside the Schedule window is different. This always creates preparation error and creates confusion with the wrong information for schedule shown in the UI. Any enhancement by Adobe can be done to improve the UI and the message it displays will be of great help.
It would be great if there were some interface before you commit to saving a brand new user to WF as a "new User" or PHQ as a "new proof reviewer" that would verify if the information (A) already exists and (B) could be immediately modified to prevent mistakes from misspellings resulting in erroneous duplicate users in WF or guest/user contacts in PHQ. VERIFY BEFORE YOU COMMIT NEW DATA DETAILS - If you've ever used Ancestery.com you'll be familiar with something functionally similar when you are adding new "leaf" details to a person existing on your family tree. It allows you to turn on or off certain details "accepting them or rejecting them" to carry into your tree and make any modifications to correct the person's info in the family tree at the time you are entering this new information to your tree. This would be an improvement to Workfront helping to maintain user profile data integrity and prevent or reduce the number of duplica
We are currently cleaning our CRM and getting rid of many fields. It would be very helpful if I could get a spreadsheet with all the fields that Marketo is currently using. Basically, I need a list that shows only fields that have something in “Field Used By” so we make sure not to touch those in our CRM. I'm writing this here as I was told there is no feature or functionality available in Marketo to export only Used by fields and there is no workaround. Thank you, Andy Naumenko
This is a small thing, but for folks spending a lot of time in Launch, would be really helpful. When I'm editing the configuration of something within a rule (action, condition, etc), it would be great if that screen included visibility into the name of the rule I'm currently working on. Right now, if I'm setting up a lot of rules all in a row, it's easy to get confused about which one I'm currently looking at. Nothing in the action configuration screen indicates which rule is potentially being altered by my changes on this screen:It would be great if there were some sort of breadcrumb or reminder:
I'd like to propose making any update you make in the "update" field of a task/project/issue editable. That way you can go back and fix typos, clarify information, etc.
Hi, I would like to have the option to send an after registration to the webinar email with a google calendar inside.
Reports currently only have a "description" field that is viewable to all users accessing the report - and also the character field limit is small. We currently struggle to keeps reports clean & relevant. I think I need to resort to an Excel spreadsheet to track report details & properties. I need a Admin fields on reports so I can track: Why did I create this report? (Who requested it?)Why was it requested? (Specific project or portfolio?)What is the goal of the report & how is it being used? (ex: To use at a Production meeting? For execs. to use for a specific meeting?)What are my revision dates? (And what did I do?)Who is the Report requester? (So, if I want to change the report, who do I need to talk with?)Is there something specific to this report creation that I need to watch for? (Ex: Maybe there was one thing I could not yet accomplish on this report that the user wanted - so when I go to revise it, I need to see if WF has added this functional
Project owners should have the choice to make a document approval required before a task can be completed. For example, if a document is uploaded to a specific task in a project, that task should not be allowed to be marked complete until the attached document has been approved.
workfront proof has no option to set or alter the timeout time like workfront does and the default is 2 hours which can be very frustrating
Shocked this isn't already a feature, but currently the Workfront Homepage isn't able to show the due date/time of the proof that needs to be reviewed. Based on how the we're trying to get users to just go to the Home page for all of their work item needs, the due date should be one of the first things that is visible. I love the new Home page but without this feature, I'm better off building a dashboard for my teams that need proofing.
I always feel like Dynamics is left aside by Marketo when I see the differences in possibilities offered by Salesforce integrations. One of these functions that I would love to see available on Dynamics is the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token. This will definitely help lots of sales people that are qualifiying marketing leads and will grant them a simple and easy access to their Dynamics contact window. More a wish than an idea, I concur. 🙂
Have announcements and notifications be different colors in the New Experience the way they were in the old experience.
Before the Adobe Analytics' June 2020 release, the header menus used to be linkable, i.e. you could Ctrl/Cmd-click a menu and open it in a new tab, or you could right click the menu to get a familiar browser context menu with options related to links. But the June 2020 release has made all of these links to be JavaScript links, so now such navigation methods are not available any more. This is a drawback because it hinders productivity. Here are some use cases:While running a report in Analysis Workspace, be able to open up the Report Suite's admin settings to check how the eVars/props/events have been setup. When creating Calculated Metrics based on Segments, be able to open Segments in a new tab to be able to perform side-by-side verifications of settings with Calculated Metrics. When informing another AA user about an AA tool, e.g. Report Builder, be able to copy the link to that Report Builder tool from the menu so that the other user can open it directly, instead of going throug
Users who need to reference projects without being assigned tasks often have a hard time finding projects, leading them to leave updates on their requests, which are easier to find but have already been converted. It is unreasonable to expect these Users to search through the All Projects list or save every project as a favorite, assuming they receive a notification that allows them to navigate to the project in the first place. The best option would be if these projects would show up in the Projects I'm On tab, or maybe a Shared Projects tab could be added. A secondary option is to be able to create a report that shows all active projects that have been shared with the User, even when the User was not assigned to a task or part of Staffing.
