When using the new Ad-Hoc Project Converter, some Ad-Hoc projects have many columns that do not translate well to Workspace. It would be nice to have the ability to side scroll within a project panel for those free form tables that have many columns.
A little while back, the vertical scrollbar on this page disappeared. While you can use a scroll wheel on a mouse I've been told, some of use laptops which do not have that feature. There is no easy way to go through the list of reports as there is no scroll bar and the page up/down don't work either. The only option is to use arrow keys which are slow or go to the workspace manager every time.
Would like the ability to disable the ability of reviewers on a PHQ proof to add attachments. It is not applicable to our workflow and it's too easy to miss that an attachment was provided (since it's off-process).
We have a business process that we cannot effectively implement because Workfront does not record when the Workfront Breakdown Structure (WBS) changes on a task. The Event Subscription API should be able to handle this. My request is that the Event Subscription API be updated to send over the WBS field on create, update, and delete actions. It would be nice to have this recorded in the UI as well.
A couple ideas to help navigate folders easily is to add a column view option so when clicking on one folder you get the contents of that folder in its own view, like the option on Mac OS computer. Another way to make navigation easier would be to be able to click on local assets when searching for them in Flow steps. For example, being able to click on an email or drag and drop the email into the "send email" flow step instead of typing and searching.
With the aquisition going ahead i'm faced with a challenge around how we setup forms in AEM. Adobe 6.4 has forms, Marketo has forms, they arent compatible out of the box with each other. Eg. we could have a launchpoint connector with Adobe AEM that allows for all the functionality of both forms 2.0 and aem 6.4 forms. This would be an immediate quick win for Adobe/Marketo customers if we could have an easy approach to having forms on our AEM websites.Adobe Experience Manager Help | AEM 6.4 Forms User Guidehttp://developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/forms/
Our Target implementation covers 11 websites and includes both A/B Testing, Personalisation and Recommendations, whilst we are in the early steps of implementation and roll out we have limited developers, designers and product owners in the tool but we have already managed to achieve over 100 activities and audiences and will hit 200 collections in the next day or so. Whilst I appreciate there is the Workspace functionality this has not been recommended for our account due to the nature of cross over between the sites. As such I was hoping we could look at getting some for of functionality into the interface to allow some basic folder structures to be created allowing a cleaner more controlled setup for activities, collections and audiences.
If there was a main Expand/Collapse button on the timesheets, similar to the button on Projects, Reports, etc, so it would be easy to group, in one click, the projects that you are tracking time to. This would be very valuable to customers who manage multiple (30+) projects and track time to many task items.
Currently, invoices can be sent from Workfront to each company listed in Workfront for an organization (a requirement of many organizations). It would be helpful if the invoices had the names of individuals that were added as well as the names of people who were deactivated/deleted for that specific company in a given period. It is completely nebulous at this point to reconcile.
We have successfully been using Jen's Usage tips from the 2019 Summit (https://spark.adobe.com/page/hnYfQPThMu2dr/) to great effect in monitoring our usage of Adobe Analytics, which allows me to identify training needs, users who may need a refresher and allows us to monitor the usage of projects we have built. With the release of the Adobe Analytics App and the introduction of Scorecards my team have generated a few of scorecards specifically for our executive board and provided access to the app, in order a) monitor the usage but more importantly b) to understand if the app is the way forward for some of our users I would like to be able to monitor the usage of the app, logins, and scorecards being used in a similar manner to the original usage. Could the team take a look and see if something would be feasible.
For a task in a project with more than 1 assignee, the Task Owner is not listed first in the project view. You have to toggle into task view and view the advanced assignment to see who the task owner is. We'd like the Task Owner to be listed first in a group of assignees.
Hey people, in some dashsboards and reports based in a project company, when we worked with many companies, some users dont fullfil this field (they leave it blank), and the reports are turn useless, because some informations are missing about the project company.
We love the idea of restricting someone to only see companies or groups they belong to. However, we have an issue with teams because then they cannot assign work to the team either. Example: Group is ABC and we only want people in ABC to see ABC stuff. But currently that also restricts them on the team level so someone on my PM team cannot assign work to the Studio or QA team.
We often find ourselves blocked when a piece of content is held up in approval or validation and we need to hotfix something or even just push through some unrelated bit of code. I understand the desire to minimize conflicting edits, but sites have so much content that the odds of two libraries conflicting seem pretty slim. We'd really like to see the publishing flow look more like a version control system and not have hard blockers - or at least increase the limit from 1.
Being able to send proofs using the real data passed through via the workflow would eliminate a pain point in Adobe Campaign. There is no real way to test personalisation fields using temporary file data without running the email as an actual send.
Change default hour type from Task Time to a user-defined default.
Staffing Assignments: When you add a name for an assignment, the task page does not automatically update with that person’s name. Instead, the user has to refresh the task page to see the role populated
The current designed behavior for the report field "Last Note: Note text" is to show a blank field if the last task update was deleted by the user.I challenge that this is terrible design and this field should always show the last visibie update text and ignore a more recent update that was deleted. If there are visible update text on a task, the latest one should always show on this report and never show blank just because the last comment was deleted.
Current view only allows up to 6 weeks view on the workload balancer. Would like to see an option to allow for longer term project planning for projects that span up to 4 to 6 months.
I want a Microsoft OneDrive integration similar to what is available for Google Drive, Box and Dropbox
I changed a column from Manager ID to Manager Name. I set up a Prompt for Manager Name. I have a Grouping for Manager Name. On the Chart page, I selected Manager Name for my Y Axis. But when I run the report, the Y Axis shows "No Value" as the only option. What I was told is that Charts do not have the ability of registering text mode, and the workaround would be to use a custom field. If I can create a field, I should be able to utilize it. So Charts need to be able to read what I've created on the report.
Please include S3 as a destination in Data Warehouse interface like we have it for the Data feed. If its include in the interface it's easier for analytics user to configure by themselves rather than raise a support ticket and the support team reaching out to engineering team which takes a lot of time.
We are currently using https://dxc.my.workfront.com/login to bypass SSO for Agencies/External users. We would like to be able to provide a direct link to forms for those non-SSO users. The ideal solution would allow users to choose initially if they are internal or external on a landing page so they can be directed to the correct login page when choosing a link to a form from an email.
We use SSO for login of our internal users, but also have external users in our instance who, obviously, do not have the "Only Allow SAML Authentication" box checked and still need to login with a password. However, when those external users receive an update notification via email and try to click on any of the links in the email they are directed to an SSO login page with notices about "authentication." They fill in the information for authentication but, of course, never receive an email or text to allow them to log in.I've directed them, when they receive these email notificaitons to log in first, then go back to their email to use the links provided. But it causes a lot of confusion and a bad experience for users that do not use Workfront often and gives them a bad impression. It would be great if users could either be directed to the correct login page for their profile, or allow them to choose which type of login they need, such as with this idea: https://on
Text Code in Calculated Field Should Be Hidden When using Custom Form. It shows while running Custom Form.
