I'd like to have the ability to push email notifications at the project level similar to how it can be done at the system level from Diagnostics. So at the project level Send Overdue Notifications, Send Early Notifications, and Send Reminder notifications. Only for the tasks in that project.
Currently, there's no option to collect the value of a Product Syntax in a Data Elements for Adobe Launch Mobile property using the Context Data Key. Would it be possible to add the possibility to capture Product Syntax in a Data Element? Thank you
Currently, to add eVars and prop in a product syntax we need to use the eVar slot :cdata.put("&&products", ";Shoes;1;69.95;eVar1=Merchandising;eVar2=TEST,;Socks;10;29.99;eVar1=Merchandising;eVar2=TEST2"); Would it be possible to use the variable name that we have in Adobe Mobile Services? For example, if eVar1 is attributed to "productCategory", we'd have :cdata.put("&&products", ";Shoes;1;69.95;productCategory=Merchandising;eVar2=TEST,;Socks;10;29.99;productCategory=Merchandising;eVar2=TEST2"); For cases that we have multiples eVar and prop, it's harder dor developper to understand what they are pushing. Thank you
Currently, the automated report feature does not provide the ability to export and distribute a chart report. It only automatically exports the report details. This request is to provide the ability to choose the report type for automated reports.
Allow users to select multiple hours types in a weekly timesheet.
Currently we can take a picture and add it to an object directly in the mobil app. We use the app while doing quality audits in the field and could use the ability to take video and add it to the object directly in the app. Currently we have to take the video on our device and upload it later.
We would find it extremely helpful to mimic the behavior of Documents, to also apply to the actual Folders where Documents can reside.Project > Documents tab > Folders > Project FoldersExample : You can select/click a document that lives in the Documents tab, or in a folder, and have the ability within the right Navigation, to review Details, create an Update - as well as Notify people or Teams, or apply a Custom Form. We would like that behavior to apply to the actual created Project Folders that live within the Documents tab - specifically interested in the Updates feature. This would eliminate the need to "tag" every document/image that lives within a Project Folder, especially when the total contents of a folder is up for review. Tagging the folder itself via Update is a needed feature request.
Improve the error messaging of data warehouse reports when there's errors. For example the current error I was provided of "Internal error. Contact support." isn't useful to resolve myself and days later am still awaiting a resolution to resolve the issue when it should have been a simple task to create a data warehouse report. Change the Status Descriptions to add additional error messages that help the user resolve the error themselves or at least give more context would be greatly appreciated.
When a Data Warehouse report fails we are not notified. We have to check the Request Manager at random times to try to see if it is still processing or if it failed. And when it did fail, we are not told why. A better error message in the UI (and sent in an email) would be useful. Also an automatic resubmit of the report if the error was not due to something on my end would be good. I obviously want the report, so I should not have to resubmit it myself.Source image file 21396 not available
I'd like to see an EASY way to prevent a collection of leads from synching to CRM. My present issue is leads from embargoed countries. I don't even want them in SFDC. I'd also like an easy way to setup these designations - e.g. in a lead partition, or members of a program, etc.I would also use this for other scenarios such as staff, testers, etc. There are a variety of situations where this would be extremely helpful. The thought of having to go in and retrofit hundreds of campaigns to add in exclusion steps for something like this is depressing.
The text is a bit small. The radio buttons are small and you can select an option clicking the text (can only click the radio circle). Description text fill the full width of the page, but nothing else does, and that long of a row of text is hard to read.
I would like to be able to remove the 'All Requests' tab from a user's layout template. I am aware that you can restrict users to only view the requests they have submitted but I do not wish to do that as I want to allow users to view previous year requests from their team members. Once users go to 'All Requests', they can see everyone else's requests. I don't see why this tab cannot be removed.
Hi, When I, as an admin, receive a Marketo ALERT email about a person who filled out a Contact-Us form, I want to be able to approve or reject this person directly from the alert. My idea to you is to add the ability to have CTA buttons or simple links in an alert, that when clicked, will activate Triggered Smart-Campaigns. Thanks, Edo
I see a number of "similar ideas" suggested but when I follow the link the page seems to have been removed... so, the ask:Rather than adjust manually, can the "percent work complete" automate as hours are added to the task. It requires additional manual work to do both. Thanks!
Create a task setting that will allow percent complete to update automatically as a function of calendar time. For instance in a task where a single resource is 100% allocated for a fixed period of time, have a way for the system to update percent complete based on today's date in comparison to the start and end dates.Aut
The max $$LIMIT on API results is 2000. This should be higher, unlimited or set to the next set of results. Currently, assumption is that your query is less than or equal to 2000 results but as you build your data over time, the time values add to your query results. I had to break down my queries to 3 with regards to time and hoping that none of the queries will get over 2000. We are not getting accurate results once those queries go over 2000 results.
Currently, when you manually set a task date (Planned start/completion, Projects start/completion, actual start/completion, etc) the time for the task defaults to 12 Midnight. However, this is less than ideal and since most default views don't have the time displayed it is not intuitive for users that this behavior is taking place. Since the start date takes into account timezones, this results (for us at least) in start dates reflecting one day for people in the Central time zone and the day before for people in the Pacific time zone. It seems it would be ideal that, if the time was going to default to a specific time, it should be defaulting to either the beginning of the system default schedule or to some other time that is manually set in the administrative setup.
It is difficult to use Adobe Campaign Classic if you are a multi tasking person when you have opened Development instance and Production instance at same time. You have the same set up available in both instance. When you want to update something in development instance and unknowingly you're updating in production instance, it will be definitely difficult to use two instance at same time. So we might have any colour differences in the icon or console window screen to differentiate between Production and Development instance.
The calendars seem very limited in their options and therefore we haven't been able to use them effectively as everyone would like. It would be great if they could be used in conjunction with date fields in the custom forms instead of just the built-in planned, actual, projected dates on projects, tasks, and issues. For example, we have custom form field for date of deployment for our email marketing campaigns. It would great to have those feed into a calendar.
1) Within a given Rule, a note can be added on a Component level (e.g. an Action view), or on a Rule level. Currently, there is no way to know there are any notes on a given Component, unless you open the Component view. I like being able to also write notes on a Component level, but I don't like that I cannot see an overview of all notes within the Rule, in one place. I would like to see all notes listed in the main Rule overview, with prefixes or section headers signifying which Component they belong to. 2) Within the Publish flow, when you build (e.g. a Dev) environment, it is currently not possible to add a note AND perform the Save action at the same time. You must first Save the build (or Save+Build), which takes you out of the view, and then go back to the Build view, and then add your Note. This seems like an unnecessary and annoying extra step. I would like to be able to add a Note at the same time I create/update the build, and have it saved at the same
When I create a folder in a task for documents, when it rolls up to the project level, it doesn't bring the folder with it. It just throws the documents in a list. Is there a way to do this?
The idea of the feature is to give Project Owners the ability to say that the approval for an item has been overridden. I know this would need to be a toggleable option by instance (at least) as it wouldn't work for everybody. We use approvals mostly for QA.Workfront is also our product fulfillment program, so we need to be able to complete projects as soon as the necessary work has been done. Sometimes approvals stick around for a bit, despite the work being good.We frequently come across situations where a project owner is having to get around approvals in order to complete their projects. Right now they have to move the object to a non-pending status, delete the approval, and then change the status of the item back. Since project owners already have th eability to do this, it seems silly that we can't have a simple override to prevent confusion when looking back at logs.
Currently, users are frustrated they have to share proofs with others at the time of proof generation when they expected the proof to automatically inherit the sharing settings at the project level. If the project is shared with certain users, then all documents and proofs associated with that project should also have similar default sharing settings/permissions.
The purpose of this idea is to gather all requirements for the next level of program token management. I would like a project that is converted from an issue (request) to have the option to inherit the sharing permissions of that issue. Currently, you can select in Tasks & Issues preferences "Allow Primary Contact to have access to the project" but not the issue assignee to have access to the project. There is an extra step (and user training) involved to convert the issue to the project, and then share the project to the same person/team assigned to the issue. Workfront Support advised to set up sharing in the project template itself, however, this will not work in my use case as we use one project template from many requests that get routed to different assignees.
