We have an app that functions both online and offline, with offline tracking working as expected.A key business question is how often the app is used offline versus online. However, the Connection Type dimension does not accurately reflect this, as offline hits are attributed to the connection type available when they are eventually sent to the server.To address this, I propose categorizing these hits under a new dimension item: Offline.
There are a couple of ideas out there for a better representation of this view in Smart Campaign Schedule: But I wanted to express again how confusing this line can be. 1. Email is operational. Blocked from emails doesn't account for that, but still lists all records which are unsubscribed or marketing suspended. That is not true: These people are in fact not blocked from that email.Also, it blurs the view on people who are really blocked, e.g. due to being email invalid.2. That line also appears if there isn't even a "Send Email" flow step in that Smart Campaign. It is also shown when the flow step e.g. is "Change Data Value" where there is no such thing as a block.I had to explain this misleading information to colleagues or clients countless times.
we have added workflow models in codebase under ui.content\src\main\content\jcr_root\conf\global\settings\workflow\models and ui.content\src\main\content\jcr_root\var\workflow\models. This was working fine. After downgrading file vault version from 1.3.6 to 1.1.4, getting below errors. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Hi, When I am trying to send the email notification template in a workflow, it always points towards /libs/settings/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt template but it is not a good practice to make any changes in libs if I have to modify the template. Could anyone help me know is there any other way that how to customize the new email template and redirect workflow towards it ?
Is there any performance issue going on with Adobe Workfront?We are not able to see any Charts on our Dashboards. Charts are looking good on the report, but the Chart tab is not visible on Dashboards.Is anyone else also facing the same?
Hello,We've been trying to troubleshoot a Marketo<>Zoom integration for our webinars for a while now and not making any progress.Our original set up was using the webhook to push data over to zoom, we have since tried to move over to the Launchpoint integration. We've been able to successfully set up launchpoint, connect the program to our webinars however anytime we try to push a registration over to Zoom we immediately get a Registration Error. We've made sure that the fields needed are mapped over to Zoom, ensured that the registration is required. Marketo support is saying it's an issue on the Zoom end, so we are not sure what we should be looking at next to resolve the issue.Any ideas? Has anyone else has a similar issue?
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Provide a new report in the Assets Reports which provides the information if asset are referenced and in use or not. Use-case: As an editor I want to ensure that unused asset are deleted from DAM. Therefore I would need a report which asset are not in used anymore = not referenced in pages anymore. With this I can simply go through and delete and free up space in DAM. Current/Experienced Behavior: No report available ootb - need to check each asset individually regarding references. Improved/Expected Behavior: Ootb report which lists all unreferenced assets and provides option for the editors to filter for published or unpublished assets (so, the status of the assets). Background: an unreferenced and unpublished asset could be deleted immediately. An unreferenced but published one could still be in use from some other website using direct link to it - might need some further investigations before deleting it. Environment Details
Hello All! How to load a video from Dynamic Media in sightly? I have an adaptive video set and I would like to use it in sightly with the simple html video element. Is it possible to do it? or I definitely need to have the Dynamic Media Video Viewer which has the steps load a script and followed by a code to embed the viewer? link here. In Dynamic Media server I have a file link which has a .m3u8 extension, I believe this is to be used for adaptive streaming based on the network and screen size - which is exactly I want to achieve. I also see three mp4 files which are encoded, my fallback option is to load the mp4 files as separate sources so that the browser picks up the needed one. Hello everyone,I am new here! 🙂 I work for a small part of the Dutch government. In the past we used Microsoft Infopath to fill in our reports. MS Infopath was one of the few apps which was able to build complex forms in a offline enviroment. But MS Infopath is a thing of the past.... so we looked for a succesor. AEM Forms is able to build the same complex forms. Hooray! It took some effort but we managed to obtain a offline version of the AEM Forms. We need a offline version because several type of reports contain confidentional information. Therefor we are not allowed to connect the computer on which the form is filled in to the internet. AEM Forms is used on a to the internet connected laptop and the PDF forms are filled in on a offline laptop with Adobe Reader. So far so good.... Hi, while building the project I was not able to get maven to download org.apache.sling.commons.json dependency package which is being used by content-package-maven-plugin as our cyber team has blocked the access to mvn repository and all the vulnerable packages that have critical and high status. They set a proxy repository allowing us to download only the dependencies that are not flagged critical and high. so I'm stuck here not able to get commons.json direct dependency that content package plugin needs. I have checked the proxy repository and was not able to find any other version of commons.json that is allowed to downloaded may be all the versions are critical. So I'm not able to override the plugin with different commons.json version either. Hi All, Please help me to get this solved . I am using Adobe Experience Manager 2024.11.18598.20241113T125352Z-241100 version and aem-sdk-dispatcher-tools-2.0.232-windows dispatcher for my local development. The problem is i have many custom rewrite files and when i include them in vhost file i get this error " conf.d\enabled_vhosts\abc.vhost:25: included file (conf.d\rewrites\xyz_rewrite.rules) does not match any known file" even though the file exists and there is no naming/spell error. Also i can see it has this opt-in folder so there is no legacy issue . I am using a window system. please help me to solve this @arunpatidar Regards,Mahesh
I have been trying to access user activity using the Marketo API. But when I enable the filter for my form using the assetIds property, I get an empty result, even though the moreResult parameter is true. I have tried sending subsequent requests using the nextPageToken from the response using a script 40+ times. Hi all, I have about 6500 products (unique SKUs) that I need to report on as a set. We did some work on these SKUs and need to be able to isolate performance reporting to just those SKUs, not the product category as a whole. It was recommended to me to make a classification with just those SKUs in it within our product SKU evar; I followed Adobe's instructions on how to make a classification. It shows up as a new dimension in the Adobe workspace, but it is not isolated to just my set of SKUs that I uploaded using the classification uploader. How do I fix this? The "top items" summary says "unspecified" and when I try to filter by the product SKU evar, it shows SKUs that are not in the list of 6500.
Hi All, Adobe Analytics (WebSDK)We are firing a numeric event on purchase that captures the number of coupons used in the transaction.We know coupons are being used but we are missing values 65% of the time.Running manual transactions and looking at the debugger doesn't drop coupon counts.Already made sure the event type is a number and not a string and dropped by AEP.Wondering the cause and ways to approach it.Although unlikely the cause, I read that is best to use data object over xdm object and we are using xdm object, does this mean that can be faulty or data object just better for CJA and other tools, future-proofing reasons?Thanks in advance.R
Hi all, I am trying to integrate an HTML form with Adobe Workfront so that after submitting that form, a task or project can be created. But I am getting a CORS error. How can we handle this error? As per documentation, support has been ended for JSONP, and adding domains to the allowlist for CORS is supported only for customers who were using JSONP prior to August 1, 2018.Please help me to resolve this issue. Apologies upon apologies if this has been answered before - but I can't seem to find the correct query to give me the answer I need.We have a large number of always-on Smart Campaigns running with multiple Flow steps and one thing I can seem to figure out is if there's a way to see the quantity of Leads that are active PER STEP?Like if my Flow is 10 steps and I want to see how many people are currently in the Step 5 Wait or the Step 8 Email Send?
Does anyone have a way to get the date stamp when an issue/request changed to a specific status? This is for things that have happened in the past. We use Awaiting Feedback when a request doesn't have enough info, then the requestor changes to Resubmitted when they fix it. We want to know how many of our requests had to be resubmitted.
To our surprise, we found this option in Marketo Field Management. It seems to only appear if your instance was moved to the Adobe Admin Console. Does anybody know what this function does? The only documentation I find is a decade old. Thanks!Michael
Description - There have been many times I'd love to share instructional text, or something to summarize a portion of a dashboard. Why is this feature important to you - It could help explain portions of the dashboard.How would you like the feature to work - Similarly to building a website, have the abillity to add a singular text box with bold, italic, underlines. Would also like the ability to add a link or graphic with the text.Current Behaviour - There's not a way to do that without creating a graphic, or some external link rigged way to get it to populate.

Hello, We recently encountered a 401 error in a Fusion scenario on January 9. Due to this error, a few scenarios were deactivated. However, after re-enabling them, they started working fine. Is there any outage or something it between or what could be the reason ? Thanks in advance!
