Hello, what happens is that I have a component that shows a list of products, these products are content fragments, what we did is that we update the content fragments, when we go to the author it looks nice and updated, but when we go to publish the products are duplicated and not only that, the duplicates have the old information. We have already made a support ticket with Adobe to clean the CDN and dispatcher cache but still the same problem. What else can I do? I don't know if the problem could also be because when we deleted the old content fragments we didn't click on unpublish.

Would like to ask what the difference between EventHandler vs Preprocessor?We have a use case that certain property would be added in case there would be a publish action. Currently, it is applied to an event handler, and it seems that this properties were intermittently applied, whereas there is another property we added on preprocessor, and seems to be working fine.

We have a salesforce form and needs to move the form to AEM and get the leads information in Salesforce . I followed the documentation given by Adobe Integrating with Salesforce | Adobe Experience ManagerBut Unable to identify the third party services as given in the document."In AEM, navigate to Cloud Services. In Third-Party Services, click Configure Now in Salesforce."I did not see this option in aem SDK as well as dev instance. Please help to resolve this issue.Thanks 

Hi team,I need to get the Scene7Asset from dynamic media using Scene7Service. Scene7Service has a method getAsset. "getAsset(java.lang.String assetHandle, java.lang.String[] responseFields, java.lang.String[] excludeFields, S7Config s7Config)".What should be the responseFields and excludeFields that has to be passed as params? Is it aem asset properties or dm asset properties? Please respond if anyone has worked on this. 

We are in the process of migrating mobile app events from the Adobe SDK to the Tealium SDK. Before pushing Tealium SDK changes to production, we would like to clarify a few points. Currently, mcvisid is sourced from the Adobe SDK for mobile app events in the "academyglobal" report suite. If we switch to the Tealium SDK, mcvisid will begin to flow from Tealium. Will this change impact the visitor-level reports? Are there any considerations we need to address to avoid potential issues with the visitor-level reporting when transitioning to the Tealium SDK? Can someone kindly help us to understand the any potential impact. Thanks,Suma

Hi all,Trying to see if there is a way to create an asset via AssetManager and have that available on the publish instance. We need to run the service on publish as we're only getting the correct alternate language links in the publish instance and not on author. Would there potentially be a way to run the service on the publish instance and a follow up service that would be responsible for creating / saving the asset into the dam?Alternately, we're also looking into possibly finding out why the PageTreeSitemapGenerator alternate links method returns different url maps when both seem to have the same language copies.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello members,I have a multi-select field. I select multiple values from the select box. After submitting the dialog, values are saved according to my selected order.The problem is when I reopen the dialog, it sort alphabetically. There are a number of properties that are not being rolled out from the language master page to the region/language version, even though the fields show that there is inheritance set.  Specifically the Basic: Title, Tags, Page Title, Navigation Title, Subtitle and Description.  Both when rolling out from the language master and also when sync from the live copy page.Question: why bother having an inheritance checkbox on properties in the /us/en version of a live copy page if it's not going to inherit future changes to the language master version?  Am I missing something?From what I understand, it will copy these values when the page is first being copied to the live copy, but subsequent changes to language master page won't roll out.  Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations.

Is there a way to statically create a React component mapped to a specific model given a path? I used this "AEM SPA Editor - Deep Dive - Part. 1 React" PDF, and on page 19, it shows an old way to do this, but this was from 2018 and I don't even think the same methods exist anymore (namely withAsyncModel). I am using Typescript which has made it a bit harder to re-create from the old methods as well. Use case: I want to map an AEM SPA Page to a different route (different than its cqPath value) to manually control when and what route it is rendered on. But, I still want the page to be dynamic/authorable when editing.

Hi,We have noticed that the shared link generated through the "share link" functionality in AEM assets is not working (giving a blank page). This was working, and it looks like this issue started occurring after the AEM (cloud service) upgrade to 2024.8.17465.20240813T175259Z. I have an image in the resources folder in AEM called 'warning_triangle.png'.I want to include this using JavaScript.In the temporary files folder, the image is exported to:publish\templates\dita-templates\pdf\PRESET_NAME\warning_triangle.pngThe JavaScript runs on ‘mergedHTML.htm’ which exists at the same level as the publish folder,The only way I can access the image is to give the path to it but this will change dependent on the preset name.If I use:var hazardImage = 'warning_triangle.png';the image is not displayed in the resultant PDF. However if I use:var hazardImage = 'publish\templates\dita-templates\pdf\PRESET_NAME\warning_triangle.png';Is there a more standard way of accessing files in the resource folder without having to specify a path that includes the preset name and will vary?Alternatively, is there a way to access the preset name in the JavaScript so I can dynamically alter the publish path to include the current preset name?

Hello,The AEM publish server is not accessible after the we adding the URL Mappings in the org.apache.sling.jcr.resource.internal.JcrResourceResolverFactoryImpl OSGi configuration. Also the server itself unresponsive after the configuration changes. The "Open in FrameMaker" option in our AEM Guides instance is showing up fine -- and it used to work for me. But lately (I think since upgrading versions of Guides and FrameMaker (to 2020), when I click "OPen in FrameMaker" to open either a .dita file or .ditamap file in FrameMaker, the screen just sort of blinks and then nothing happens. This happens to one of my coworkers as well, but is working properly for a handful of my other coworkers. I've checked that .dita and .ditamap files are set to open in Adobe FrameMaker 2020 by default on my system. I tried to allow pop-ups for our aem production instance. Any other ideas on why the OPen in FrameMaker option is not working for me and how to fix it? Thank you!

Hi All, Can someone provide a link to documentation for modifying PDF output in AEM. I see a lot of answers reference changes to CSS, but I am not sure where and how this all takes place in AEM. I am an AEM newbie. Thanks in advance. -Rick

In aem 6.5 ,  <a href="${item.path}.html" > was working perfectly. But in cloud publisher environment, ${item.path}.html or ${item.path @ extension = 'html'} none of them are working. We get the whole url but the page extension .html is not adding. We have added etc/map in our codebase. How can I get html extension in the cloud environment? 

For the standard note types the language variable text is set successfully so it appears in the prefix-content: <div class="note note" data-attr-type="note"><span class="prefix-content">Note: </span>This is a note of type 'note'</div> But for @14236791=other  @othertype I get: <div class="other note" data-attr-othertype="respiratory-warning" data-attr-type="other"><span class="prefix-content">Other: </span>This is a note of type 'other' with othertype set to respiratory-warning</div> The prefix-content is related to @14236791=other and not @othertype. Is there a way to set the language variable text for each @14236791=other @othertype combination?

Hi,I've added Marketo form lightbox code to a Marketo landing page, but when I access the page from a live email (not a test email), the form doesn't prefill with my data. Here’s what I’ve observed:Form prefill is enabled at the field level.The form opens in a lightbox when the landing page loads.Prefill works when the form is inline with the landing page but not in the lightbox.I've also tried opening the page in an incognito browser.Any insights on why this might be happening? Please suggest.

Dear Members, We are using XFs for header and footer, these Xfs are being authored with respective components. We wanted to use context aware configuration for some site specific data. To implement it we need to add "sling:configRef" property to the root of every locale for Pages as well as Xfs. Since site is already live with AEM as CS and we don't want to make any change for sling:configRef on content so planing to use io.wcm Context Path Strategies so do you think this will be helpful for this requirement if yes then how can I proceed with it for Xfs and pages. Hey Adobe gurus.adobe campaign classic v7 7.4.1 I am working for a client to change their login in their web applications. right now it is hard coded into the flow for the web application.I want to change that to being wither the SSO from the user og the operator. I tried looking at access control in properties, "Enable Access Control" and i get a Not authorized to accessbut i can't find the documentation on how to find out where to setup these logins if it is the correct procedure.  the overall problem is i want the hard coded users gone and give it some authentic login! if i am going in the wrong direction feel free to tell me what else i could look into !  Best regards Robert.
