Hi all, I have a PDF file for a form with logo, images and styling. I want to be able to enter this form in AEM Adaptive Form while all the fields are looking part of the PDF file and not just fields separately. How to create an XSD that could be used as a Model while creating an AEM Adaptive Form so that while entering form in AEM Adaptive Form, the PDF appears exactly same? Is there a tutorial for a sample PDF?I need a tutorial with just two fields, two images and for learning purpose only. Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.
Hi everyone, I’m trying to generate dynamic dates inside an AJO Email/HTML template, specifically: “Promotion valid from "01/{{current_month}}/{{current_year}}" to {{last day of current month}}/{{current_month}}/{{current_year}}.” What is the correct PQL expression to generate the first day of the current month in AJO? Thanks.
Greetings. I'm having a dickens of a time trying to stop cookies like "mbox", "s_sq", "s_plt", "s_pltp", and others from dropping upon the loading of Adobe Launch in a website before the user selects whether they wish to use cookies through OneTrust. It looks like the cookies are created and dropped when the minified Launch JS file is loaded from adobedtm. The Launch JS is necessary for the page to run properly from the outset, so I just need to stop the cookies from dropping. If anyone has any recommendations, I'd love to hear them.
How can I get the Project Manager name to populate on a task-level report? It's not a specific task or project field but I can get it to populate on project reports and not on task reports. I've even tried this formula which has worked on project-level reports but hasn't worked on task-level reports:description=Project Managerdisplayname=Project Managerlistdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(projectUsers).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({user}.{role}="Project Manager",CONCAT({user}.{name}),"")valueformat=HTMLI know Adobe's focus is more on building APIs with other reporting tools than on actually updating their reporting capabilities, but there has to be a way to do this right?
👋Hi Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Community! Nice to e-meet you. I’d love to learn from you all when it comes to onboarding as a net new customer. Q: When you were a net new customer implementing AEP from scratch, can you share an asset (for example: links to free courses, documents, videos 📑📚📹) that helped you with onboarding to AEP? In your response to this discussion, can you include: The asset The goal of the asset Who it's for What works well/what does not What learning material is missing/what did you wish you had? This will help us all learn together, and will help me develop future onboarding content for you all. Feel free to browse Perspectives on Experience League here for some examples of the content I will develop with your feedback. Thank you in advance for your time and I look forward from learning from everyone. ❤️
Hi all,I am using the Adobe Web SDK to send data to AEP to then be ingested by additional services (CJA). I want to set up 2 launch properties, one for the anonymous marketing website (logged out) and one for the logged in user. This is for the same website but I want to utilize 2 properties to split the logged in and logged out experiences and therefore what I deploy on each side. How would I be able to maintain 2 different launch properties but not consider one consumer moving from the logged out experience to the logged in experience as 2 different sessions, if a consumer moves to the part of the web that utilizes 1 launch property to the other I still want to persist the same session/ECID and not have it considered a new session/user if I join those 2 properties data together in CJA.Thanks and appreciate any responses.

How to generate such a dummy identity using Data Distiller? Do you know any function which can create dummy str/int?
I can't work out how to show different statuses to different groups for the same object - eg a project. As a project moves through different stages, we want to allow different user groups to be able to change the status - but only to statuses visible to that group. eg - to trigger an action in FUSION - that only that group can decide is appropriate. All I can find is that groups can be assigned to an object - and then the statuses available to that group will be available. Which means once I've assigned a project to a group - the statuses will apply to all groups seeing that project. This seems VERY restrictive. Has anyone managed to do something similar ? maybe FUSION changing the group assigned to the project as it progress through the stages ? Thanks in advance as always
Hi, Is there a special method to delete schemas via javascript? The following generates an error:xtk.session.Write(<schema _operation="delete" xtkschema="xtk:sourceSchema" _key="@name" id={schemaName} />) The error:11/20/2025 12:29:20 PM XFR-180000 The file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/datakit/xtk/eng/schema/sourceSchema.xml' does not exist on the server. Unable to load the document of identifier 'xtk:sourceSchema' and type 'xtk:schema'. Thanks,Skyler
Hi! i just trying to make a soap call to retrieve the full list of activities (nodes) defined in a workflow — i.e., every element in the workflow diagram — using SOAP API. I tryed different calls but none of them work. example of one:<!-- 1. Logon (omitted for brevity) --><!-- 2. Query workflow definition --><soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:urn="urn:xtk:queryDef"><soapenv:Header/><soapenv:Body><urn:ExecuteQuery><urn:sessiontoken>___SESSION_TOKEN___</urn:sessiontoken><urn:entity><queryDef schema="xtk:workflow" operation="select"><select><node expr="@internalName"/><node expr="@label"/><node expr="@workflow"/></select><where><condition expr="@internalName = 'WKF123'"/></where></queryDef></urn:entity></urn:ExecuteQuery></soapenv:Body></soapenv:Envelope>Is there a direct SOAP method (e.g., ListA
Has anyone come up with a good solution for avoiding list overlap across somewhat siloed business units?, and how to identify those before email sends go out? Standard deliverability reports will only show what has already been sent/delivered etc. I'm trying to understand who will get caught in comms limits (ie - 2 per day / 5 per week) before it actually happens. Appreciate feedback. Thanks!
by Christopher Davis and Kevin ScallyWhen reporting on Target activities, there are often times when a report’s content does not align with expectations. Sometimes this is simply because something isn’t as intuitive as it seems, other times it may occur because there is some troubleshooting to be done. This post compiles some of the “greatest hits” of FAQs & Troubleshooting on Activity Reporting with Target as the reporting source. Check out Part 2 and Part 3, where we cover these same ideas for when you are using A4T as your reporting source (Part 2) and also for when you are using a third-party analytics tool as your reporting source (Part 3)!Understanding Your Success Metrics Target reporting's most common reporting issues center around visitor or success metric counting. When using Target reporting, it is important to understand the success metric you have selected. A full breakdown of success metrics can be found here, but at a high-level, Target can track the
Hi all, I want to create an audience of profiles that matches the following conditions: profiles who entered a specific journey in last 30 days OR profile.variable1 OR profile.variable2 - This audience will be used to trigger a recurrent journey that communicates an specific offer if the profile matches any of those conditiones described above. Note: The journey used as a condition is triggered by a unitary event How can I identify those profiles who enetered that specific journey? - I understand JourneyVersionId is available to use as condition to create an audience but that is not ideal since it will change everytime a new journey version is created...is there any other way to do it? Appreciate any help. Thanks!
I have just had my first experience of the new experience for the first time. To say it is a retrograde step is an understatement. There now appears to be no option to remove all assignees from a task without manually removing everybody by deleting them and it doesn't have the option to assign a different number of hours to individuals on the same task, thus creating extra work in having to duplicate for each assignee if you want to give them different number of hours. This really breaks a huge part of our work and processes.
If you’re planning to migrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to Edge Data Collection, you may be wondering how this impacts your Analytics for Target (A4T) integration. A4T provides valuable insights into Target activities with Analytics data without duplicating data collection efforts between services. Preserving this integration is critical to maintaining accurate reporting during your Web SDK migration. This blog covers key considerations of A4T with Web SDK, including the importance of migrating both libraries together, validation steps, expected reporting variances, and common pitfalls to avoid. Migrate Libraries Together With Web SDK, A4T stitching is handled automatically behind the scenes by Konductor, the orchestration layer in Edge Network. The big catch is that both systems (Analytics and Target) need to be running on Web SDK for A4T to function. This means AppMeasurement.js and at.js need to be migrated at the same time, at least on a page-by-page basis. While legacy libr
I have a form in which I am collecting first name, last name, and email address. I have a trigger campaign that syncs with our CRM. I have a second trigger campaign that sends an email after a 5 minute wait. Is this OK or should I combine these two trigger campaigns?
Introduction I've worked with hundreds of Adobe’s clients over the years and have analyzed just as many different data collection setups. One constant theme in my analysis is that every client has a unique way of deploying (what is essentially) the same data collection solution. If a client's solution is doing exactly what it is supposed to do, then I won't make much of an effort to “rock the boat” in terms of their implementation. However, I will intervene and try to provide guidance to those clients that either struggle to address their implementation pain points or would be open to making changes to help bring their already-solid implementation up a notch in quality. During these engagements, I bring as much detail and organization to my solutions as possible&nb
Hello Community - I'm hoping to get a better understanding of what makes "Tags" tick. I have past experience with Adobe Tag Manager, DTM and now Tags. I have experience with GTM and Tealium. Tealium has a document called "order of operations" which explains internal prioritization of the load rules, extensions, tags, etc. I've not found the equivalent for "Tags" (or Launch). The real question I have at this point is, are there some things which get cleaned out of Custom Code sections (either in events or rules) during the library build process? I've added lines and lines of code with console.log statements and such and it simply disappears from the library or never gets executed (ignored?) when testing on a site. Last, what's the story with trigger() ? Is there any limit to where and when it can be used ? Thanks for reading and I look forward to replies!
I'm attempting to create a link on an issue form that takes users directly to the project overview section. I'm able to generate the link with a fusion flow that adds the project ID to the following formula using and open text field: https://experience.adobe.com/#/@f####/so:###Production/workfront/project/{{2.ID}}/overview I use fusion to plug-in the project ID and it works to provide a link on the issue. However, I can't figure out how to get the link to display as clickable text. Ideally I would want the text to display as "Click here to review project details."
My current fusion flow is when content owners submits project requests it will automatically convert that into a project using a pre built template that I have defined. Later it assigns tasks inside that so for instance all the tasks realted to project manager should be assigned to this person. It is working perfectly fine but the issue is when the project has 10 tasks it sends 10 emails and I would like to built something like how workload balancer works were in only one email is sent rather than 10how can I do that in fusion
Hi,Hoping someone can tell me if I'm totally mis-remembering. We, like many customers, use request queues and convert those requests (Issues) to Projects, often using Status Keys to tie requests to their respective Projects. I am 90% sure that I used to be able to clear out the Default Duration in the Queue Details area so that Issues submitted to that queue do not automatically get a Planned Completion Date (thereby eliminating unwanted late reminders for those Issues that are open pending their Project's completion). It seems that with recent UI updates, it's now not possible to hit backspace in that field to clear it out, as saving it just puts the default of 1 Day back into the field. Now users are getting email reminders about late Issues that ideally wouldn't have a Planned Completion Date. Can anyone confirm whether I'm remembering this correctly? I did open a Support ticket but they weren't sure that it used to operate this way, and said I'd have to submit an Ide
Hello! When I convert a request to a project, is there any way to ensure the request's due date is determined by the resolving object's due date? Right now I am managing this manually. There has got to be a better way... Thanks in advance!
Hi, We have the requirement to add the default Seed Address to all the V8 Campaign Delivery Templates and the Recurring deliveries in adobe classic Campaign and need an approach to do it. Please suggest us a working approach,
Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent ask so a quick response would be appreciated. I’ve run into an issue while making requests through Custom Actions in AJO and wanted to check if anyone has a solution or workaround. When passing a full URL into a Custom Action, AJO appears to modify the request URL by inserting its own variable values into the delimiter. For example, if we use an endpoint such as: https://my-instance.com/content and we try to append a parameter using a semicolon, AJO automatically inserts a slash before the semicolon. Similarly, when we attempt to pass query parameters, AJO rewrites the endpoint and adds encoded characters like % values, which changes the final request URL. Is there a recommended way to prevent AJO from altering the structure of the URL, or a best practice for handling parameters in Custom Actions so the URL is preserved as intended? Thanks
