I have just had my first experience of the new experience for the first time.  To say it is a retrograde step is an understatement.  There now appears to be no option to remove all assignees from a task without manually removing everybody by deleting them and it doesn't have the option to assign a different number of hours to individuals on the same task, thus creating extra work in having to duplicate for each assignee if you want to give them different number of hours.This really breaks a huge part of our work and processes.

I have a form in which I am collecting first name, last name, and email address. I have a trigger campaign that syncs with our CRM. I have a second trigger campaign that sends an email after a 5 minute wait. Is this OK or should I combine these two trigger campaigns?

Hello Community - I'm hoping to get a better understanding of what makes "Tags" tick.   I have past experience with Adobe Tag Manager, DTM and now Tags. I have experience with GTM and Tealium. Tealium has a document called "order of operations" which explains internal prioritization of the load rules, extensions, tags, etc. I've not found the equivalent for "Tags" (or Launch).  The real question I have at this point is, are there some things which get cleaned out of Custom Code sections (either in events or rules) during the library build process?  I've added lines and lines of code with console.log statements and such and it simply disappears from the library or never gets executed (ignored?) when testing on a site.  Last, what's the story with trigger() ?  Is there any limit to where and when it can be used ?  Thanks for reading and I look forward to replies!

I'm attempting to create a link on an issue form that takes users directly to the project overview section.  I'm able to generate the link with a fusion flow that adds the project ID to the following formula using and open text field: https://experience.adobe.com/#/@f####/so:###Production/workfront/project/{{2.ID}}/overview I use fusion to plug-in the project ID and it works to provide a link on the issue.  However, I can't figure out how to get the link to display as clickable text.  Ideally I would want the text to display as "Click here to review project details."

My current fusion flow is when content owners submits project requests it will automatically convert that into a project using a pre built template that I have defined. Later it assigns tasks inside that so for instance all the tasks realted to project manager should be assigned to this person. It is working perfectly fine but the issue is when the project has 10 tasks it sends 10 emails and I would like to built something like how workload balancer works were in only one email is sent rather than 10how can I do that in fusion

Hi,Hoping someone can tell me if I'm totally mis-remembering. We, like many customers, use request queues and convert those requests (Issues) to Projects, often using Status Keys to tie requests to their respective Projects. I am 90% sure that I used to be able to clear out the Default Duration in the Queue Details area so that Issues submitted to that queue do not automatically get a Planned Completion Date (thereby eliminating unwanted late reminders for those Issues that are open pending their Project's completion). It seems that with recent UI updates, it's now not possible to hit backspace in that field to clear it out, as saving it just puts the default of 1 Day back into the field. Now users are getting email reminders about late Issues that ideally wouldn't have a Planned Completion Date. Can anyone confirm whether I'm remembering this correctly? I did open a Support ticket but they weren't sure that it used to operate this way, and said I'd have to submit an Ide

 Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent ask so a quick response would be appreciated. I’ve run into an issue while making requests through Custom Actions in AJO and wanted to check if anyone has a solution or workaround. When passing a full URL into a Custom Action, AJO appears to modify the request URL by inserting its own variable values into the delimiter. For example, if we use an endpoint such as: https://my-instance.com/content and we try to append a parameter using a semicolon, AJO automatically inserts a slash before the semicolon. Similarly, when we attempt to pass query parameters, AJO rewrites the endpoint and adds encoded characters like % values, which changes the final request URL. Is there a recommended way to prevent AJO from altering the structure of the URL, or a best practice for handling parameters in Custom Actions so the URL is preserved as intended? Thanks

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible when working with an accordion to simply copy the previous item and component type. For some context I have multiple FAQ sections with numerous items in each accordion. For example. I need to have 20 items. Each item is a text component. Short of it -- was able to edit the Planned Hours field, in a submitted Request's Details Overview section, for a Request not in New - pending status. As of this morning, I cannot. Unsure if this is affecting others. I have input a ticket. Long of it - I (sys admin, supposedly full rights) have been doing this successfully for years as the auto-duration puts in the full workday hours for that duration which is inaccurate for ALL of our Requests. We have multiple queues - some that are worked as requests and some that get converted to Projects once approved. To ensure we're not over allocating time to staff (users, roles or teams) it is critical that we are able to change this. In fact, I believe it has even been recommended to be by both prior consultant and within one or more of the many webinars I very gratefully attend. For the requests that will become Projects, I change the status to awaiting feedback - edit assignment, planned hours, and clean up custom fields as needed

Hi we integrated target with alloy js aep sdk . We had AA integrated and to the same rule we ensured that aep sdk is updated to get personalization and single “interact” call for AA and AT  . We are not using a4t.the checkbox for guided events breaks AT reporting. The checkbox was checked within the AEP sdk to have sequencing of events with target loading first and to ensure one network call exists  steps 1. created data stream and hooked up AA and AT as services and configured the dev env id to the data stream and the property variable for the dev workspace profile 2. in the tag property- rules - on aep sdk - we set guided events checkbox and radio button “request personalization - get the latest personalization decisions without recording an analytics event. …””render visual personalization decisions” is checked and grayed out observed:The personalization works and we see the results on the screen  but the reporting in adobe target no longer wo

Hi, I am facing an issue while trying to bind reference using AF core component (Adaptive Form text Input). While using the legacy component (Text Box) in Adaptive form, this is the bind refence property.On clicking on bind reference, I could see navigate through XDP structure and associate the correct field. In case of core component, I am not able to navigate and select the right XDP field to associate with text box. Why is the difference and how do we bind the fields form xdp to AF to generate PDF with data from Adaptive form?

I'm trying to create a report that shows how many projects have a task planned date that is past due by project manager.So I either need to use the task-level report I already have and create a chart by unique value of project name, OR I need to create a project-level report that draws on task planned dates within that project. Has anyone created anything like this?

We have repeatedly experienced a sync issue between the Proof module and the My Approvals widget. Proofs that have already been approved still show up in the widget as if they are awaiting a decision. Sometimes proofs that are awaiting a decision never appear. This is not a one‑off bug. Over the last 5 months, we've seen this happen at least 4‑5 times. It’s unpredictable and random, which makes it worse- we cannot reliably know whether the widget is telling the truth. To manage this, I have to manually review each proof listed in the widget, check against the actual proof status, and then open support cases when discrepancies are found. This wastes time that could be spent on productive work. More worryingly, this kind of inconsistency damages trust in Workfront. Senior management is a reluctant user already; each time the widget shows an incorrect state, it erodes his confidence in the system, making adoption and reliance less likely. Hello!I need help with creation of an authentication token for Target profile update API.What I did so far:I've created a project in the dev console and connected TargetI ran a test via https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/token and created a Bearer token successfully.But when I now try to use that token with the Target Bulk Profile Update API I get the message "Authentication failed, make sure a valid token is provided" (using http://clientcode.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/CLIENTCODE/v2/profile/batchUpdate with the correct client code of course).What am I doing wrong? Did I forget a step? When I generate a token in Target settings, everything works perfectly, but the setup is not ideal because this token is only valid for 90 days.Thank you!Jan

Hi! I use a customized date range for my panel (start > when the site was officially launched | end > rolling day - 1 day). There are some tables on which I have to apply a shorter date range (let's say, from October 30 until yesterday), so I created another date rage with these requirements (start > Oct 30 | end > rolling day - 1 day).When I apply this new range to a metric, it seems to work for the total number, BUT if I breakdown by days, they don't make sense, because days outside this shorter date range get the credit. What AA is doing is that, if my shorter range has, for instance, 17 days, it allocates the values in the first 17 days of the panel date range:In the following screenshot: Panel range > Nov. 29, 2023 until today (Nov 13). Shorter date range > Oct. 30 until yesterday (Nov 12), which is 13 days in total. As you can see, the first 13 days of the panel range get the values, though they are not in the segment applied. Since Adobe Commerce event actions have a default execution time limit of 1 minute, I plan to use Kafka to store the event data temporarily. I have a User who would like to share a calendar to their team that has several groupings. They would like to have the calendar open by default withonly one grouping selected and visible. The other groupings are for "further reference" if the users are curious but the idea is that they would be "unselectected". If the calendar creator unselects 4 groupings and leaves 1 grouping selected and shares that calendar out, is that how it will open for the other users (until they starting clicking!). I believe we have seen mixed resuylts on this.
