We are seeing a rise in 'generic android device' within Mobile Device in Analytics.And a decline on knowing the actual device make and model.Have Android devices stopped sharing the info to identify this, like Apple?Or is there some kind of issue.

Hi There, We have created a Custom Job Queue Configuration for a workflow model to control parallelism. However the workflow model has been created on Several instances using Workflow Model page, hence how do I get a topic name for that workflow model so that it binds to customized Job Queue Configuration. For example if Workflow Model name is ABC-Model then I used topic name as following  "var/workflow/models/ABC-Model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model/jcr_content/model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model" However it is not taking up custom job configuration while running, and there is no way I can find exact topic name. We just know that model is available as var/workflow/models/ABC-Model Any Help is appreciated

Hi, We have many security/groups created under PR and PN node, and we have added many users into those groups manually under both nodes. This is under use from many years, and also currently we are utilizing this for adding/removing people, but from past week we are facing a issue. We created a new group and checked same thing occurred. Issue description: The users are getting removed from the PN instance frequently. The created group is present but the users are getting vanished. This is creating a huge impact.But its working as expected on PR instance. So, please help regarding this. Thanks,Shreyas.  

My company was migrated to Adobe Admin Console this past February. I am positive I had the ability to delete user accounts from our Workfront environment, at least until this morning. I had a counterpart add a new user but entered a misspelled email address. She re-entered the user into the Workfront user system with the proper email address and renamed the first incorrect account as "Delete lastname". When we both try to click on "permanantly delete" we get an error message the says: ERROR User deletion is not available. If you want to delete users please useAdobe IMS instead.The first incorrect account is not represented in the Admin Console. I reactivated the account and still see no way to "delete" just remove, which puts me in the same situation.I contacted support and was told this is all expected behaviour. So if we mistype an email address we just collect a group of "deactivated" user accounts that we can not delete from our systems like an Admin might want to do?Has anyone els

Hi everyone! I just realized that we can't use custom tokens {{my.*}} in the Design Studio tab. I have over 200 forms in that section, and I need to add a field and a label to each one. What's the best way to do this, besides manually editing each form one by one? Thanks!

Hi, we are experiencing issues with one form that sometimes and to some users returns "Submission failed, please try again” error. I checked this blog and could not find two forms on the page. The website with the form is here: https://conscia.com/se/event/hur-bygger-vi-framtidens-datacenter-2/ The issue appears randomly to only some users (different browsers, different OS) and there is no pattern that we could identify. We have multiple other Marketo forms across the website, but the issue is present only on this form. We opened the ticket with support, but they have not come back to us yet. In case someone has any hints on what could be the cause of this error,  we would be very thankful to know. Thank you, Matjaž 

Hello Community,We have an AEM Target integration currently in place, and our API integration is configured with both the default and project workspaces, with both Approver and Editor access assigned. The issue lies with the API integration: we are able to successfully export the XF to the project-specific workspace in Target, but we are having trouble pulling audiences from Target.At present, we can sync audiences from the default workspace in Target, but we are unable to pull audiences from the project workspace. On the AEM side, we do not have any configuration that allows us to pull from a specific workspace, other than the API integration—where, ideally, we should be able to specify the workspace. Currently, it is configured to use the project workspace.Has anyone tried pulling audiences from Target’s project workspace? We are using a premium Target account, which should have the capability to access audiences from the project workspace. Can someone advise what access is required

Hi Everyone, In Aem 6.5 we had bulk editor which helps to update the existing page properties in bulk via import and export tsv file. However this feature is deprecated in AEMAACS.   Is there any other alternative OOTB way to achieve the same ( this is specifically for AEM sites) ?   Thanks  

Hi Team, We are using PDF Viewer Component on AEM Cloud service.There we also have used the config org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl.override.OsgiConfigurationOverrideProvider~pdf-viewer.cfg.json where we add PDF Client ID that we created from link https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-integration-creation-app-cdn/main.html Now, the issue is I need different Client ID's per domain to make the component working on all the Author and Publisher environment, so I need to create 6 Client ID's which is also create 6 projects in Developer Console, so is there any way where we can use the same client ID for all environments Author and Publish instance. Thanks,SD

Getting below error when running the npm run onboard command. I have updated the workspace.json file with the latest download json. But still getting the same error. How do I debug and fix this issue?

Hi, everyone.I have a use case where I need to wait for the RT CDP Profiles to be stitched or merged before using them in an AJO Journey. While I wait for this to happen, I need to minimize the waiting time, which is currently over 40 minutes. I'm wondering if this is the best approach and what the ideal waiting time should be, based on real-life experience and guardrails.

For example, in 1 visit a user is on homepage (evar 1 = not logged in) then logins then goes to a product page (evar 2 = logged in). I understand if we break down this metric by page url, we'll see that homepage will have 1 not logged in and product page will have 1 value logged in. What is the dedupe value at the top? Will it give attribution to this visitor as logged in or non-logged in?

Hello,we have an AEM + Commerce headless architecture and we configured the Adobe Commerce Product Recommendations (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/overview)We're trying to use AEM Product Recommendation CIF component (https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-cif-components/tree/master/extensions/product-recs/content/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/core/cif/extensions/product-recs/components/productrecommendations/v1/productrecommendations)Opening the component dialog we see this configurationSo, we guess the component knows how to behave according to the page template, so that it matches what configured on Commerce side  But how the component knows which Page type the current page corresponds at? More, to collect behavioral data, we must track them by our self using provided SDK as stated at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/getting-started/headless, right? 

I am trying to setup adobe AEM RDE environment.  Have followed the steps mentioned in the following documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/developing/rde/how-to-use. I ran the "mvn clean package" command and then proceeded to run the command in the screenshot attached below("command run" file). Note I have two different project in my repo. I have also created a new dispatcher for RDE environment and added a symbolic link for the same in the active vhost folder. Added the lines present below in my screen shot.  However whenever I try to hit a servlet it only gives default apache output as <html><body><h1>It works!</h1></body></html>.Please let me know if anything else is required.  

Dear Community I would like to ask for the best recommendations using AJO for my client requirement. So in AEP, I created two schema, Individual Profile Class, and ExperienceEvent Class. What I want to achieve is creating an Audience in AEP, then using AJO to send ExperienceEvents field to Kafka. The limitation here is that the client only has Prime License.  Currently, my AJO journey logic is attached below. During the wait activity, I configured to be 120s. This causes the Journey to work as it should be. However, I need the latency to be lower. When the Wait activity is changed to 60s, the Journey did not work. My Audience is triggered using ExperienceEvent data. However, when an ExperienceEvent is being ingested, there are some delays until the associated profile is being included in the Audience Membership. My question is that what would be the shortest wait time I could configure to ensure that the associated profile is included in the Audience as soon as
