Hi, I am trying to create an servlet which will be used to upload an asset to AEM. The whole author system is behind Microsoft OIDC authentication. So, in our case, we will be using bearer token to authenticate the servlet request. I am trying to do a http post to the OOTB assets API.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/extending/mac-api-assets#create-an-asset However, the challenge here is the authentication for the OOTB assets API. If I use the bearer token in authorization header, it fails with the below error com.adobe.granite.rest.impl.servlet.PostRequest Exception during request processing. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can't create child on a synthetic root at org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.ResourceResolverImpl.create(ResourceResolverImpl.java:1004) at org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.ResourceResolverImpl.create(ResourceResolverImpl.java:1002) at org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.im
Hi,I have created one process design that generate the adaptive pdf. When I am hitting that process design REST API from postman its giving 200 response code while through postman its giving 302. A couple of months ago, the web channel was compatible with Decision Management, providing support for personalization via decision scopes on web pages. Recently, Decision Management support of offers for the web channel has been replaced with a new approach, enabling personalization through code-based web experiences via decision policies on inbound surfaces. Would like to understand the reasoning behind this shift. Specifically: What were the challenges in leveraging the existing Decision Management capabilities (e.g., offer API, decision scope on webpages) within inbound surfaces? What key advantages or requirements drove the introduction of the new decisioning functionality for the web experience channel via code-based experiences? Looking forward to any insights & thoughts. @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @davidkangni
If I have created a service say PolicyService and I should be able to call this service only once in say Component A in a webpage, and whatever value is returning or logic is being executed in PolicySevice should be rendered in all other components of the webpage? Basically service call should be happening only once when the webpage is loaded.
Using Native PDF in Guides in Cloud. I have page numbering working fine in footer.Bookmap has: Frontmatter, renders to 5 pages Body, renders to 10 pages Backmatter. renders to 5 pagesI restart page numbering after Frontmatter, so on page 6. Paging in footer shows page 6 of 20, 7 of 20, etc.Last page shows page 15 of 20. Obviously, I don't want that because it looks like there are 5 pages missing. Native PDF is not resetting the total page count when the page number is reset. Is this a bug or is there something I need to do?
In the Assets > Properties view, DITA content doesn't preview like it does for images. Should something be displaying here? And if not, it would be nice to get that preview working for DITA content. In the Assets view, when you click on a DITA file to preview it, the content doesn't scroll down even though a scrollbar is present. Only the top section of the content displays. Is that scrollbar supposed to be working?
In Web Launch properties, it's obvious how to sequence rules per this blog post: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-data/rule-component-sequencing/ba-p/362099 But in Mobile Launch Properties, when creating a rule, the Advanced Options just says, "Rule component sequencing disabled" with instructions to enable it in the Property Settings. But when looking in the Property Settings, no such feature is available to enable. Is it possible to sequence rules in Mobile Properties? If not, in what order do rules run?

This is just a word of fair warning to all who may currently be using the Key Metric Summary component in their Adobe Analytics or CJA workspaces at this time. Currently, the Summary Difference portion of the metric is calculating incorrectly. I have already submitted a ticket to Adobe, but this is an error happening production-wide across ALL report suites, from what I can see. Anyone using this specific metric will likely experience what I'm seeing. The screenshot is from a sandbox environment; so, neither is the data real, nor does it compromise any privacy issues. As soon as I have an update about this being fixed, I will come back and update this post. Happy measuring everyone!
I'm experiencing an issue with the incremental load feature in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Sources when connecting to a BigQuery table.Details:The BigQuery table contains a date field called "data_date" of type TIMESTAMP.I've configured the delta field (i.e., "data_date") for incremental load in AEP.Despite this setup, the incremental load does not function as expected.I have verified the delta field values and ensured that the TIMESTAMP field is appropriately populated in the BigQuery table. However, the data ingestion seems to process all records the first time the dataflow runs but never process the incremental data for the new rows in the table for the subsequent daily runs. Any idea what can be going on? Thanks,

Hi folks, In case you missed the memo (as I might have), the way to to dynamically rearrange columns in a Workfront Report or view has changed a bit: on hover, there are new "Grabber Handles" (similar to those used to re-order custom tabs on certain left menus), which can be a bit tricky to spot, depending on how the column header text lands. Now that I'm aware of them, I know where to look and click (typically in Chrome)...but I've also heard reports that they don't always respond, and (in a worst case) can actually cause the desired column to disappear completely from the view -- including the definition. Any stories or tricks to share? Regards, Doug
I'm about to add a custom tab for DAM asset folder settings. Right now it works and saves in CRX values by using custom PostOperation handler class. How to fetch these values from CRX when loading DAM folder settings (of course without /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/password which is wiped out)? I found foldershare.js which performs some GET calls and figured out that I need to add my custom tab to: /libs/dam/gui/content/assets/foldersharewizard/jcr:content/body/content/items/foldersettings/items/settings/items/right/items/tab5/items/tabcontent/items/passwordProtection.html - this is my custom tab:{ "jcr:primaryType":"nt:unstructured", "jcr:title":"Title", "id":"custom-properties", "class":"custom-properties", "sling:resourceType":"granite/ui/components/foundation/container", "items":{ "jcr:primaryType":"nt:unstructured", "tabcontent":{ "jcr:primaryType":"nt:unstructured", "sling:resourceType":"granite/ui/components/foundat
