Description: We would love to see additional fields directly visible on a card when looking at a board rather than clicking into each card. Why is this feature important to you: This could help with quicker prioritization, understanding capacity, and organizing the work within a board without as many clicks/steps. How would you like the feature to work: Unlock the Visible on Board option for custom fields for at least a few (understanding only so much fits on a card) like maybe having a space below the assignments/due date/status that allows for up to 2 or 3. Current Behaviour: Visiblity on card only functional for pre-built fields Thank you!
There is a great help article that shows you how to export a task list with the task hierarchy indented however when you do this you lose the hyperlink on the tasks. It would be great if we could do the export and retain the task hierarchy and the task hyperlink.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Adobe provides monthly twice updates to AEMaaCS Environments. Even better, Adobe introduced Non-Intrusive Updates. But the updates are happening only to Prod and non-prod environments. No ability for RDE to update. Developers have to trash RDE and spin new RDE to receive latest updates. Use-case: Extend the ability to update AEM servers to RDE environments as well. Current/Experienced Behavior: RDE Environment cannot be updated to latest AEM version. Needs to be trashed and recreated new. This mandates redeploy to code, configuration, content and is time consuming. Improved/Expected Behavior: RDE provides Update option similar to Non-prod environments Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): RDE on AEMaaCS Customer-name/Organization name: SGWS Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
The External Lookup custom field should allow for OAuth JWT authentification. This feature is important, because of IT security guidelines.Currently, the external lookup field only allows for basic authentication via key-value pair
Apologies if this exists, but I cannot find it.It would great if you had the ability to link segments to other segments so that if Segment B is dependent on Segment A, and Segment A changes, Segment B would inherit the changes. See below for a use case in which I think this would be helpful.Use Case: Funnel AnalysisStep 1: I create the following sequential segments.1. Product Page2. Product Page > Cart Add3. Product Page > Cart Add > Cart4. Product Page > Cart Add > Cart > Checkout5. Product Page > Cart Add > Cart > Checkout > OrderStep 2: I create a report using these segments with the visits metrics to create a funnel. This works really well for me. The challenge I have is that I have 8000 + product categories on my site. If I want to look at the same funnel for our 'Electronics' category I have to do the following:Re-create each segment and add category logic:1. Product Page (Electronics Segment)2. Product Page (Electronics Segment) > Cart Add (El
Description -Why is this feature important to you - When the new 24.1 Release takes hold for the quarterly updates next week, there are some users that wouldn't normally need to view or edit projects or tasks within Workfront. Currently I am unable to remove Priorities from the menu, even if I change the layout landing page. I would like this to be an option I can choose for each layout. How would you like the feature to work - I would like to remove Priorities from both view option and menu option on certain layouts. Current Behaviour -There is no option to do this. Thank you for your time, attention, and help with this.
Currently, users are able to select multiple projects and are able to Add a Custom Form to selected objects such as Projects with a single Save. (For example... see Add custom form field in screenshot). Users are apparently unable to do this for Programs. When my company wants to roll out a new form for all existing programs we would have to add the form one by one. Please enable the ability to add a Custom form while bulk editing Programs.
Description - Currently, the excel connector in Fusion is only able to map to static files on our computer. There should be an option to "map" to other paths such as if I am watching for files and retrieving on a schedule via SFTPWhy is this feature important to you - This feature is important to me because we place files in a folder for Fusion to watch and pickupHow would you like the feature to work - Excel connector have the ability to "map" to files referenced in earlier modulesCurrent Behaviour - Can only choose static files on our machine
I understand I can change the constraints of a task at the individual task level, or at the project level if I use a template. I would like to be able to set the constraint on a project without using a template, and without doing it individually on tasks. Please add this as an enhancement for future release. For example, I'd like to be able to calculate start date, end date, and duration is these three ways: Duration and Start date = calculate End date (existing functionality)Duration and End date = calculate Start date (existing functionality)Start and End dates = calculate duration (requested functionality)
We send a an hours report to our billing department. The data we send is the summary tab that is grouped by hour type, account and project. The issue with this report is that the summary version of the report puts an unnecessary "Sum:", "Count:", "average:" etc before the actual value. Can the description of the value be headed as either a column heading or another column next to it? The unnecessary descriptor exports to excel in the same cell requiring in the accounting team to manipulate the data so that they can get the actual value.
Have the ability to sort the updates by date added. Have an expand all conversation/updates button, so we can search for specific key words.Have a filterable/sortable subject line for the update.
We are looking for customization in sorting/viewing our updates. Specifically, Project > Updates can be hard to navigate through/follow and with multiple email notifications coming through on the same project it is hard to click to the actual thread and sometimes results in scrolling/starting a new thread and missing key details relative to the project. This is especially helpful with multiple teams working on a project at the same time. Looking for a 'sort by' option to be made available on the updates page to custom sort the threads whether by when the thread was started, or to have the most recent update to a thread pull that thread to the top of the page. Workfront has confirmed: When someone comments on an old thread in the updates section of any project, their comment stays at the bottom or their original place, and users need to scroll down to view the comment on the thread. This is working as intended.
Description - Hello, I am the Technical Program Manager from AWS Web Analytics team. My team is managing the Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting for AWS product and marketing sites. We have an internal data lake where we sent adobe analytics data (Global report suite) via Data Feed. I am looking for virtual report suite's availability to select when we set up data feed to downstream system from adobe analytics. Why is this feature important to you - This feature is important because in AWS we send adobe analytics Global report suite data feed to our downstream AWS S3 location to be consumed by BI tool. This will help to send the relatively bot free data which we capture in Virtual report suite by applying a segment to discard the bot traffic. This will help reduce the duplicate manual effort to maintain the same bot segment logic in BI tool and we can bring better data quality for both the systems. How would you like the feature to work - This feature should wor
Description - Create an option that overrides WebSDK automatically setting the domain that Web SDK cookies such as "kndctr_" are set to.Why is this feature important to you - The ability to have cookies set to the subdomain rather than the domain. How would you like the feature to work - In the WebSDK extension configuration, have an additional field that allows the user to override where cookies are set, specifically for subdomains (eg. sub1.example.com). Experience Cloud extension already has this capability with "cookieDomain" variable.Current Behaviour - Cookies are automatically set to the root domain (.example.com). Description - Our Auditors want me to report on the access level details (what is checked and not checked behind the Edit button) I need the ability to report on what exactly is checked/not checked along with have the audit log capture those details. Why is this feature important to you - For our auditing/security policies we are asked to followHow would you like the feature to work - I would like to report on the details behind the buttons along with have the audit log capture any changes to the access level.Current Behaviour - Audit logs currently only capture if I change the access level from View to Edit, not if I change something behind the edit button. There is currently no reporting capability for any of the buttons in an access level, just random other data.
In the Environment Configuration area (https://experience.adobe.com/#/@nos/cloud-manager/environments.html/program/XXXX/environment/XXXXX -> Configuration), i't will be nice if we could complement the table with a description field and allow this field to be filterable, this would allow those who have several sites to filter the variables by site (for example). It would also be nice if you could sort the fields alphabetically.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Enhance AssetCompute microservice to accept altText Use-case: Today AssetCompute microservice, helps to upload asset. If the asset has associated `altText` or additional metadata, the code has to wait until processing complete event. And then update `altText` and metadata. Description - Ability to have a single project linked to a card instead of each individual task linked to a card in Boards layoutWhy is this feature important to you - Would help in visually planning and mapping out projects coming down the pipeline and aid in prioritization and categorizations in a board format which is often easier for our creative team to follow. How would you like the feature to work - Have the ability to have a card be linked to a total project instead of individual tasks or issues. Primarily for planner use and setting priorities.Current Behaviour - n/a - attempting to plan with lists only and outside planning tools like calendars, trello, etc.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Automating the Creation and Edition of Front-End Pipelines via: 1) API https://developer.adobe.com/experience-cloud/cloud-manager/reference/api/#tag/Pipelines and/or 2) aio cli https://github.com/adobe/aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager Use-case: As DevOps we want to automate the creation and edition of front-end pipelines within Adobe Cloud Manager. This involves setting up a process where pipelines are instantiated without manual intervention whenever new code is ready to be deployed. Without this feature we can't fully automate onboarding new sites and it generates unnecessary costs of manual work. Current/Experienced Behavior: Methods are now available only in CM private backend API (https://cm.adobe.io/). Improved/Expected Behavior: Methods to create and edit front-end pipelines available in public API ( https://cloudmanager.adobe.io) Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if a
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Adding a warning about the impact of making changes to the "Edit Product Profile" feature Use-case: Changing the Product Profile name to a more user-friendly in the "Edit product profile" feature Current/Experienced Behavior: Changing the Product Profile name to a more user-friendly name impacted the permissions in each environment. Since the group did not exist, certain features became unavailable to users. This issue has been escalated in Case - E-001332537. Improved/Expected Behavior: Add a warning that changing the Product Profile name may impact the actual environment permissions. Alternatively, consider implementing a more robust solution, such as blocking the option to change the profile name and using the display name field (if filled in) to show the name in product/profile listings. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Based on the current behaviour of AEM as a cloud service, when someone tries to download assets with licences you get a page that requires you to agree or disagree downloading the asset. This page is: /dam/gui/content/assets/licensecheck.external.html. So, when you click "agree" and then the "download" button, you get the download pop up. If, though, you press cancel to the pop up, the download button of the asset is disabled and you need to switch the options to make it available again. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Create a new Java library that does same functions of aio-lib-state like AdobeState.get(), .put(), etc Use-case: This is a suggestion after my previous posts on allowing AssetCompute microservice to accept altText and another problem. Will be nice if AEMaaCS can have a fast state persistence layer (not JCR). aio-lib-state works well leveraging cosmos. Extend its abilities to java world as well.
