Hi,I am working in Adobe Campaign Classic and want to calculate a new field in an Enrichment activity using JavaScript (Initialization script), and then use this field in later workflow activities (such as Query, Split, or Export).Specifically, I want to calculate the maximum value from a set of fields, using some logic, and store the result as a new field (for example, maxScore). I tried setting the value in the Initialization script like this:targetData.maxScore = Math.max( (targetData.Real_Score_Personbil >= targetData.phs ? -1.0 : targetData.Real_Score_Personbil), (targetData.Real_Score_Pension >= targetData.phs ? -1.0 : targetData.Real_Score_Pension), (targetData.Real_Score_Sjukvard >= targetData.phs ? -1.0 : targetData.Real_Score_Sjukvard), (targetData.Real_Score_Olycksfall >= targetData.phs ? -1.0 : targetData.Real_Score_Olycksfall), (targetData.Real_Score_OvrigaFordon>= targetData.phs ? -1.0 : targetData.Real_Score_OvrigaFordon), (targetData.Real_Score_Liv &

Adobe has stated that since the latest code was rolled back we should prevent further unexpected values. That doesn't seem to be the case. One issue we don't recall seeing prior is that some marketing channel values are returning numerous rows as "Unknown" though once you search for any variation of the characters in "unknown" nothing shows up. Any other issues you're seeing out there with data we might need to take into account?(And we already working with Adobe support directly, but just wanted to understand what we might want to be aware of until this is fully resolved)

Marketers Need Enriched Data to Personalize Journeys Marketers today aren’t just sending emails—they’re building personalized customer moments. Think about it: A recipe card or setup guide landing right after a purchase, tailored to the exact product in the “Buy” event. A coupon nudging new homeowners or parents to spend more in categories like Garden, Furniture, or Kids. An abandoned cart reminder that doesn’t just say “come back,” but shows the actual items left behind—complete with name, price, and image. For these communications to feel personal and relevant, the content must be fueled by the right data at the right time. Journey authors need reliable, real-time access to product catalogs, instructional content, and transaction details—not just what’s stored in a customer profile. Why Profile-Based Lookups Became an Anti-Pattern Embedding large datasets directly inside customer profiles may seem convenient—but it quickly becomes a scaling bottleneck. Profiles are par
We are using path-based servlets to handle contact form submissions. These endpoints are accessible via tools like Postman and cURL. Our infrastructure includes AEM as a Cloud Service and Akamai CDN. By default, AEM’s CSRF protection does not block requests originating from Postman or cURL. Although we have CSRF configurations implemented in our codebase, these tools can still bypass the protection. We are looking for a way to block such requests. One option is to configure Akamai to block requests based on the User-Agent header, such as those sent by Postman. Could you please suggest the best approach to effectively block these types of requests? { "filter.enable.safe.user.agents": false, "filter.methods": [ "DELETE", "POST", "PUT" ], "filter.safe.user.agents": [ "Apache-HttpClient/*", "Jakarta Commons-HttpClient/*", "Jakarta-Commons-VFS", "curl/*", "Wget/*", "WebDAVFS/*", "Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir/*", "Ruby", "Adobe-Campaign/*", "Form
Description - When a "Read Only" viewer accesses a Proof, the system creates a new Stage with "No Deadline." This causes the Proof to be showng as having No Deadline in our Reporting. Why is this feature important to you - We need to be able to accurately track and report out on our Proofing. How would you like the feature to work - We would prefer that the New Stage not wipe out the Proof Deadline in Reporting.Current Behaviour - The current behavior is that the New Stage is listed with "No Deadline" and so then the Proof appears with "No Deadline" in our Reporting.
I've added company days off to our default schedule, but there is nothing stopping users from assigning work to be done on days the company has off. For instance - we are closed tomorrow and Wednesday, but I am able to change planned completion dates to those dates without so much as a warning. Is this normal? Is there a way to show that the company is closed on these days when assigning out tasks? Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated!
Quick question regarding Wait activity. I asked the AI Assistant but got somewhat conflicting answers. When there is a 3 day Wait activity after an In-app Message action, does the 3 day wait start immediately when the visitor reaches the In-app Message Action step of the Journey or does the wait time only start after the visitor actually triggers the In-app message to be seen? In the example attached, if a visitor get’s to the In-app message activity step of the Journey but never triggers the message, will the Journey end for that profile after 3 days if the visitor never meets the trigger conditions? If the Wait activity is removed altogether, does the Journey end immediately after the visitor reaches the In-app message step or only after triggering the in-app message to display? My assumption here is that the 3-day Wait timer starts upon reaching the In-app message activity step in the Journey and gives the visitor 3 days to trigger the message before the Journey ends. If so
Hi, I am a classic waterfall PM and Workfront Admin. About a year ago I started using the Workfront Kanban functionality to track and move forward some web governance work. Recently my company paid for me to attend some general scrum training, and I just received my PSM 1 certification. I would love to connect with someone who is currently using scrum within their marketing department. I have some questions about how you define products; your cross-functional team make up and how Workfront plays a role in your documentation.
Have a couple of questions for companies that operate in the EU and how they are impacted with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF 2.2) specifically with regard to Marketo's Munchkin code? If a user does not concent to cookies, and forms are embedded from Marketo into the company's website through Marketo embed codes - is there any impact? I did not see any other discussions relating to this, so if there are any that I should review - would love to see them! Thanks in advance.
Workfront offers out-of-the-box integration with cloud storage providers like Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint. However, it does not natively integrate with Egnyte. Many of our clients rely on Egnyte for document management, and having native integration with Egnyte would greatly enhance productivity. Although Workfront supports ‘Custom Integrations,’ integrating with Egnyte currently requires purchasing a license for an Egnyte plugin. We request a feature enhancement to add native integration with Egnyte in Workfront, similar to the existing functionality for the other listed providers.
I'm trying to add either the name of the person who originally made a request, the field would be an Issue Primary Content or the Requested By, on a document report. Does anyone have insight on how to do this?

Hi, could enabling the Create New Profiles option explain some of the delays in email sending? I’m currently experiencing delays when sending transactional emails with this setting turned on.
While being able to list out individual Program cost line items is a useful feature, it's limited by a few things: namely, the ability to only parse certain types of budget information based on information in the note. I would like to build a more robust approach for budget measurement and compliance in Marketo by providing a standardized set of custom fields that could provide more detail in budget analysis. While I would expect to have some of these as fully custom, I think others are widely applicable and may make sense to be in the core product. Some examples of these would include: - Spend Type: Categorizes the primary expense of the campaign (e.g., 'Media Spend', 'Agency Fees', 'Content Creation', 'Sponsorship'). This allows for a more granular analysis of where the budget is going and the ROI on different types of spend.- Budget Source / Team: Tracks which team's budget is funding the campaign (e.g., 'Corporate Marketing', 'Product Marketing', 'Fiel
Anyone know how to report on the dates that a user volunteers to work on a task? Specifically, when a user clicks "Work on it" from the task window of a task that is assigned to a team. I'm trying to show how many tasks a user volunteers for each week. In the system activity log, the post says "Christine Quick volunteered to work on this". But I can't find a "volunteered date" in the reporting options. I tried Task > Handoff date, Assigned to > Date Issued, Task > Actual start date, but received no results. Any help is appreciated!
Description - Include a live link to the Project Level in the Board cardsWhy is this feature important to you - Users organize cards from Tasks in Kanban boards and many times they need information found at the Project Level Custom Form. Currently, the users need to utilize the live connection that takes them to the actual Task and then use the breadcrumbs to go up to the Project. How would you like the feature to work - It'd be great if the cards can be configured to display a live link to the source Project. Current Behavior -Currently, the Project Name or its url can be added but they are not clickable to the object.
Hello, As you all know, now Google usually generates an AI result for any search, giving you the sources it used on the right. If you click on those, it will take you to your site URL appending something like "#:~:text" to it. I have created a Marketing Channel to allocate traffic coming from sites like Chat GPT and so to "AI traffic", and I want to send these AI generated results to this bucket. The problem is that I don't know how to capture this "#:~:text=" used by Google. Neither window.location.hash nor window.location.href worked :s. Any ideas? I would also appreciate if you shared any other tips regarding the use of AI as a Marketing Channel. Thanks!
Hi!! We're looking to pull custom field dates and checkboxes from the Project Custom forms, into a Custom TASK form to avoid the team looking back and forth. We've tried calculated fields, but they are showing "N/A" and all the solutions on Experience League seem outdated. Hoping someone is able to help or solve this!!
The idea is to allow adding updates/comments to tasks through the inline edit functionality. We use a backlog project to manage multiple backlog tasks and need to add grooming notes to each of the tasks every week. We do this using the inline edit function on a task view. While we have been using a custom text field which enables us to edit line, it would be great if we could add a new update/comment using inline edit. Ideally, we would be able to add updates/comments when we are inline edit mode. When saved the newly added update/comment would land in the updates section of the task. When not in edit mode the column should show the last update. Currently, there is no way to edit/add comments using inline edit on a task view.
Our Facebook destination identities activate amount is facing decreasing as below, but we didn't change any FB destination config for segments config, and we can see there're still identities activate every hour. Then what's the reason it could be?8.28:1,100,0008.29:1,099,9009.1:1,070,0009.2:1,064,200
For our Marketo Engage, we want to install an API call for one individual question on our demo report. This would hypothetically call to a third party database used as a search engine to identify the exact organization the person key's in. People would begin to type in their organization's name, and it would pop up in the search. They click on it, and then we are able to better prospect them. Would anyone know how to do this?
Workfront Planning Users - I need help! I have created a record type in Planning, and also created a request form for it. The required (not removeable) "Subject" field in the form, does not show up in the record when someone submits a new request. How do I get it to show up?It's odd to me that there is a Name field that can't be removed from the record or mapped to the subject field, which also can't be removed from the request form, but also is not visible in the record. Anyone figured this out? Thanks!!
In my Publish interface, there is a form where I enter all the required details. Upon submitting the form, the page creation should occur in the Author instance. When the form is hosted on the Author instance, submitting it successfully creates the page in Author. Similarly, when the form is hosted on the local Publish instance, submitting it creates the page in Publish. I need help ensuring that, regardless of where the form is hosted, the page creation always happens in the Author instance.
