Description Enable preview of the latest Note when hovering over the Notes Icon where Icons are available through a View on a task/issue list. Why is this feature important to you?It would make it convenient to review recent updates on an issue/task without having to click on the item and get away from the current page where all the issues/tasks are located on. This would also make it possible to have one view of all recent notes in one place without creating clutter by showing the most recent note in a separate column. How would you like the feature to work?Enable preview of 30-50 Character of the latest Note by hovering on the Notes icon. Current BehaviourHave to click on the issue/task to be able to view the latest Note; the icon only presents presence of a Note while it is potentially possible to also provide some idea of what the Note is about.
Description - in project details, when you click in the programs field, it does not show the entire list of programs in that portfolioWhy is this feature important to you - the project owner cannot see the whole list of Programs without memorizing them/typing in the first letters of the program, or navigating back to the program list to reference it. this is a bad user experience. How would you like the feature to work - you should be able to scroll down and see the entire list of programesCurrent Behaviour - only 20 line items show, and you can not scroll any further down
Description - Add more advanced reports to Fusion's Reports tab. Make the reports downloadable in any format. Why should I have to use an external tool to do this myself when it should be so easy for you guys to implement??Why is this feature important to you - Reviewing more in depth data analytics per scenario will give an accurate assessment of usefulness of each scenario and other variable metrics for upper management. While you can easily report something like projects converted by looking at the Fusion mark on each project converted, some scenarios do not have measurable marks that can be easily reported. How would you like the feature to work - Add scenario run count per day, week, and month. Maybe even averages or other data analytics? Make data downloadableCurrent Behaviour - Reports tab is not downloadable, and includes operation count (not run count) per day, week, and month.
Description - Allow more than 500 fields in a custom formWhy is this feature important to you - We currently have a form in use that is near 490 fields and we are unable to scale this form any further to be able to add additional tracking fields for new business scenarios. We currently have a work around where we create a secondary form that pulls down fields from the almost maxed out form and created new additional fields to support scenarios. This is not ideal as it creates a longer scroll for our users with data be replicated in 2 places and it creates another layer to manage at the admin level. If we had the ability to have more fields this work around would be completely eliminated from our current process. How would you like the feature to work - Increase the quantity allowed on a custom form to 1000 or allow an infinite number of fieldsCurrent Behaviour - Current limit is 500 fields Linking old idea for other uses: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/
Description: When a user comments on a task/issue an email is triggered to the user assigned. However when a comment is edited there are no additional email notifications. Why is this feature important to you: We receive 100s of comments a day and while a user is working a task they may receive a comment. All new comments trigger an email that the assigned user receives and can then ensure they know if any changes are needed. When the commenter edits their comment to either add information or change their comment completely there are no additional notifications made to the assigned user. Potentially causing the user working the task to miss instructions/information. How would you like the feature to work: Email notification triggered to the assigned user when a user edits their comment. Email notification should state that "<username> Edited their Comment" and the display the edited comment in the email. Current
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Translation of content like custom XF on Editable Template Use-case: We have a custom XF within an editable template. However, when creating a language copy for a page using that template, its XF content (or any other template content) is not translated. This necessitates either manually translating and authoring the XF content or developing a custom script for the translation process. of XF. Current/Experienced Behavior: Currently when we translate a page in aem in another language its template content doesn't get translated a the reference to the template Is not given by default. Improved/Expected Behavior: if any user is translating a page content in other language its template content should also be replicated. When setting up Workfront, our consultant recommended we utilize Programs to indicate our different clients. As an organization, we manage multiple different clients with 10-20 individual projects for each. These projects have staggered start dates that can move, so being able to see how capacity fluctuates is one way we diagnose partner health. The way the current planner works is fine for my needs as it shows on a monthly basis the capacity for each project, but then it requires me to mentally group those by partner to share out to my stakeholders. If the Program column were added, I would then be able to sort in Excel to share out the data with the different managers. Below is an example of how I have managed the date so far, but I’d like that Program level to tell me which course (project) belongs to which partner (program).
As a user working the risks section, I would like to be able: (1) Configure risks (ideal); or(2) Ensure that generally accepted risk types are included in the status list. While the risks section contains common risk statuses of Identified, Avoided, Mitigated, and Occurred, including Escalated, Exploited, Accepted, Transferred, and Shared as status would be helpful. Whether we can configure them as users or have them included will be beneficial.
The close button was removed from the proof viewer with the recent migration changes. Our team finds this to be a valuable tool to maintain efficient workflow and would like to request that feature be added back.
Description - Can we PLEASE add the ability to add colors to the swim lanes for Kanban boards? It's white and very boring. I have users moving to other systems based on the low features of Kanban boards.
Description - Allow us the ability to export data for Document & Document Version Report Types from the report windowWhy is this feature important to you - We need the ability to export this data on demand, just like any other report type. Currently, we have to send the report via email to access the data necessary for more robust reporting in Excel. Adding this feature would streamline our workflow by eliminating the extra steps and waiting time for the report to arrive in our inbox. How would you like the feature to work - Add exporting button like other report types to be able to export Excel, Tab Delimited and PDF documentsCurrent Behaviour - Does not exist; Current workaround is to send the report via email to retrieve excel file
Description - Allow option to turn off project I own and project i'm on so custom field can work in the widget. Why is this feature important to you - The widget can't work with the custom field and we are tweaking relevant projects to make those show up in the widget. How would you like the feature to work - Custom field to work in the widget (home page)Current Behaviour - Add a task with the SS PMO buddy as owner to a project so that project shows up in widget when the "projects i am on" option is selected. that's the workaround.
It would be nice to allow workers to give workers edit access to custom forms. We have a group of people who need use all the functions like a worker but only need the edit access of a planner.

Description - Maintain project access permissions (view, contribute, manage), even when a project is recategorized to another portfolio. Why is this feature important to you - My client recently updated their portfolios to better organize their work. The outcome was hundreds of projects being recategorized to different portfolios OR put in a portfolio for the first time. Entire groups and teams of users - including those assigned work in the projects, people whose requests were converted into these projects, and people with whom the projects had been manually shared previously - lost access. It created a massive work stoppage across much of the 1800-person userbase. How would you like the feature to work - Any manually shared project permissions OR those connected to the request that was the catalyst for the project OR people who have tasks assigned in the project are permanently maintained. The integrity of these permissions is critical for work to be done efficiently. No ch
Description: We need an option to select a 12-hour or 24-hour clock for the proofing workflow stage deadline. Why is this feature important to you? Some users are having difficulty understanding the 24-hour clock timing in the proofing workflow stage deadline. How would you like the feature to work? This feature makes it easier for users to understand the deadline time.Current Behavior: It is showing in the 24-hour clock to the proofing workflow stage deadline.for example: 5 p.m. vs. 17:00
In an A/B/C test with a control experience (eg A) and two test experiences (eg B and C), it would be extremely time saving to be able to create your Experience B (potentially with special variations for your multiple audiences) and then Copy it to start off your version C, making only the specific version C modifications needed to differentiate C from B, rather than starting from a blank slate for each experience.
It's great to be able to use the fields that live on custom objects in Salesforce within our Marketo Smart Lists & Campaigns, but when I want to get an idea of how frequently/where each individual field is used as a constraint or trigger in those lists and campaigns, there is no way to do it on a mass level. You have to look at each use of the entire custom object (which, for one of our custom objects, is hundreds of uses) to see if it uses that constraint or trigger. There should be a way to run a report or access a "used by" list for these constraint and trigger fields on custom objects.
Description - Allow admins to decide if users can remove widgets set for them on the Home page through layout templates. Why is this feature important to you - In some setups admins may not need to force users to stay married to certain widgets' presence on the Home page; they may treat widgets as suggestions but not a forced feature present on the page. How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if admins do have access to a feature, either through access levels or layout templates, to allow users to remove widgets set for them through the layout templates. Current Behaviour - Once the widget is added to a layout template, the user whom the template is assigned to is not able to remove the widget if they wish to.
Description:Add a way to be indicated that tasks are late on the My Tasks widget Why is this feature important to you:Users need an easy way to see that they are late on tasks. Currently, there is no indication with color or an icon letting them know that task(s) are late. The old home had a Late grouping and colored red which made it clear to pay attention to the tasks. Currently, with our team working by the hour, it is very easy to miss late tasks and puts our projects at more risk to meeting deadlines. How would you like the feature to work:3 options:1. Add red color to the background of the tasks and have them be shown at the top of the list for My Tasks widget 2. Add a caution icon (similar to team request tasks that are late) next to the due date of the task 3. Create a new "Late Tasks" widget so tasks live in their own space to make it quick and easy for users to find late items Current Behaviour - Does not exist in new home
Description - Allow Admins the ability to hide widgets that are not used by your teams/organizationWhy is this feature important to you - This would allow users to only pick and use widgets that the admin would like them to have available. Also, this would make it easier for training purposes to not have to explain and reiterate to users to not use certain widget types. This would simplify the experience for users and the admin to manage. How would you like the feature to work - Allow option for the admin to hide certain widgets in the layout template settingsCurrent Behaviour - Does not exist; Users see all the widget types that are available
I am the Marketo Admin for our company. This support portal will not let me add myself to open cases or launch a chat. I have some urgent sync issues that need support. Please reply and add me so I can open future tickets. We have ended our service relationship with the 3rd party implementation partner. With as much as we pay for this platform, it should not be this hard to use or get support. Very frustrated.Liz P., VP of Marketing, Coastal Business Intermediaries DBA Agency Brokerage
Each time I create a graph, I take an extra step to remove the anomaly bubbles as we have very few reports/scenarios in which they apply or are helpful. Maybe 1%? I would be very, very grateful if there were a toggle somewhere to turn OFF anomaly detection by default. Or perhaps Adobe could explore turning them off for everyone and see if you get any complaints. 🙂 My company is in media, so our metrics fluctuate significantly based on content available -- NBA Games, Star Wars, etc. etc.@jenla5, pretty please 🙂
It would be helpful to add the ability to deactivate trigger campaigns in bulk. This would be outside of the traditional deactivation Marketo does after 6 months. Event programs are notorious for having multiple trigger smart campaigns and turning them off after an event in bulk would be very helpful. Additionally, it would be even more helpful if we could set a time limit for our triggers similar to batch campaigns. The same example for an event works here too. We could set the deactivation time for after the event when we know it should be turned off thus streamlining the automation. Trying to remember to turn off some triggers is not efficient and we waste time remembering and turning them off.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - So earlier we used Confluence JIRA for tracking our tasks. In it we had a dashboard with Calendar, our tasks, status of tasks chart in one dashboard. Calendar report feature addition in Canvas dashboard will give anyone a quick snapshot what's due in a month or a week really quick without checking the details of it. We as a team/ group, certainly missing this feature to be added in the Canvas Dashboard (which is customisable in terms of layout and resizing). Standard Dashboard though have the option to add calendar in it however, it's not customisable and resizable. How would you like the feature to work - We are able to add the Calendar Report in a Canvas Dashboard which has blobs (thick vertical bars of the tasks due on the particular day of a month - for e.g. say 5 tasks are due on 25 Sep'24 there must be 5 blobs, i.e., thick vertical line; say there is 1 task due on 28 Sep so one blob visible)Current Behaviour - Currently, calendar
