機能改善要求(RFE)概要: There is a Content Tree on the left side of the CF Console. When there are many folders here, I would like to have only the folders that contain Content Fragments displayed by default so that I can access folders that contain Content Fragments quickly. There are many folders with similar names, and since only part of the names are displayed, it is difficult to distinguish which folders contain Content Fragments.Providing a checkbox to toggle the visibility of folders that do not contain Content Fragments could be a good option. @arunpatidar ユースケース: Filtering Content Fragments 現在/体験した動作: I often get lost trying to navigate to the correct path.
In Workfront Fusion, when adding static JSON data using the createJSON module, is it necessary to use the parseJSON module to retrieve and access the JSON content, or are there built-in methods to directly access the JSON data without parseJSON module ?
We're having a major issue which is preventing our global teams from working together in Workfront. Our project managers in the US and Manila are seeing different dates for our tasks. US teams see one set of dates and Manilla PMs see a day ahead. This is causing confusion and inefficiencies. And it keeps happening even though our Manilla PMs' profiles are set to be in EST (see attached screenshot). Can anyone help us resolve this so that we are all working on US time and see the exact same dates? Thanks!
I have tried to grant Adobe Analytics access permissions to two CN colleagues (Ni, Robyn nirubing@amazon.com; Ma, Rocky rockyma@amazon.com ) using admin privileges. While I can see in the system that the permissions have been set up successfully(appendix1), both colleagues are still unable to access Adobe Analytics reports (appendix2).Based on the situation, I would suggest:We can submit a ticket to Adobe Analytics Support team for further investigationOr we can reach out to the Adobe Analytics admin team for assistanceCould anyone please advise which CTI group would be the most appropriate to handle this issue, or who would be the right contact person to help resolve this access problem?Thank you for your help. Best regards,Ting Appendix1 Appendix2

Hello, Good da WF community. How can I assign an additional user to a task in Workfront Fusion without removing the original assignee?
Does Mobile SDK automatically collects such as data? Does it need to be send back to SDK using this method:https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/edge/adobe-journey-optimizer-decisioning/#single-offer-interactions-events-tracking ?
How to define/personalize an if else condition for AJO API Trigger Campaigns email templates for {{context.make}} for below pattern<% if((make!='a') && (make!='b') && (make!='c') && (make!='d')){%>"a" </a><%} else if((make=='a') && (model=='b')){%>"b" </a><%} else {%> "c"</a> <%}%>
We are assessing AJO currently, and have come across this limit. Would appreciate if you could share valuable insights if you had experience such case where client reached this limit, and had to do workaround. Allow system admins and project owners to MOVE entire comment/update threads to a different task, project, request or program.Issue: Many users plop comments in the wrong location which causes much confusion among team members. Then it is exacerbated by people replying to the comments.Yes, we can copy the thread or copy the text, but this is still not enough because people still go to the old/wrong location.
I’m trying to create a freeform table that shows GA Medium broken down by GA Campaign. When I apply the GA Campaign dimension as a breakdown to GA Medium, only the first GA Medium row displays campaign results. If I remove the breakdown from the first row, then the next GA Medium row shows campaigns — but still only that one row, not all rows in the table. What I need is for all GA Medium rows in the table to be broken out by GA Campaign at the same time. How can I achieve this?
We want to analyze users who have the latest version of our app and the ones who haven't installed it but because of the range of time, it is possible for the user to be in more than one version of the app because if the user installed the latest version on sunday but we have the data from monday to sunday, this user will be on both scenarios. Is there a way we can filter this dimension only to show us users who upgraded and exclude them from past versions?

Description -We have users who do not need to log time based on their job level. For those users, we didn't apply a timesheet profile. Now we have some users were who logging time but due to recent job role changes are now not required to log time. I went to change their timesheet profile to remove it and with the new UI updates, it does not allow me to do so. It only always you to choose another timesheet profile. How would you like the feature to work - I would like the ability to completely remove or clear a timesheet profile from a user’s profile in the UI. Ideally, there should be an option to select “none” or leave the field blank, so that no timesheet is generated for those users who do not need to log time. Current Behaviour -Currently, the new UI does not allow clearing or removing a timesheet profile from a user’s profile. Instead, it requires assigning a different profile, with no option to set it to “none.” Support has confirmed this is a known limitation aff
Does anyone have insight into this error? It appears to be specific to one Adobe Analytics account. Do they need to re-OAuth or is this an account issue? Description - When requests are assigned to a team the requests drop off after a two week planned completion date.Why is this feature important to you - Assigned teams may have a backlog of requests and once the two week timeline they lose sight of the requests.How would you like the feature to work - Create a filter to have team requests display with certain criteria and have the planned completion date be adjustable.Current Behaviour - Team requests disappear after two weeks from planned completion date of request.
Does Workfront allow sharing your team with others so that can at least view it when they go into waffle menu > teams and then click on the dropdown list of teams they are part of. Basically I want a user to be part of my Agile team in WF but he does not want to receive any notifications from this team particularly.
Displaying Workfront Data In the previous post, I described a super rudimentary way to use Fusion to generate a dummy page, and how to use that scenario's webhook URL to put that "app" into a dashboard as external page. Let's now use real Workfront data using that use case of displaying project documents under a program. The use case is that on any given project, the user wants to check if a certain document was already attached to the program or any project in it. If it exists, no need to recreate it. Routing But before we start the surgery, let's look at the current flow: So we're going to expand the "set content" part, and because I dislike the mile-long scenario types, might as well think about routing at this point already, although not really needed yet. When I think of this I'd like to separate the "doing work" from the "send the response" part. Part of sending the response is the HTML wrapper, any Javascript etc. We make 2 branches: Regardless of what the upper branch d
Hi - I'm trying to add some exceptions to my team's default schedule, but when I go to add the days it's only adding that exception for me. I've never had this issue before. Was there an update I perhaps missed? I am a sys admin so I should have full access. Appreciate any guidance!

1. Introduction Overview of the challenges in coordinating marketing activities across disparate teams Organizations are increasingly challenged with making sense of disparate marketing activities across their own teams. Marketing activities that are specific to a certain team are often siloed until launch, which makes it difficult for teams to understand dependencies or anticipate downstream impacts. In today’s landscape of revolutionary technology stacks, the key challenge organizations face is not a lack of data or robust tools. Rather, organizations struggle with generating real business value due to fragmented data and systems, which prevents them from achieving a seamless integration and providing actionable insights.1 The importance of structured planning and visibility While organizations have tools that can cover some parts of the process, many do not have strong connections to each phase of work where they can consistently provide results. That’s where Workfront Planning come
Hello everyone,We have the following issue at the company: we receive external lists from various data sources as ad-hoc communications. These lists contain fields that we need to use either to segment a journey or to personalize email content, for example. It's important to note that these are cases where we don't have structured data in Adobe XDM, and they are sporadic occurrences.Given this scenario, we opened a ticket with Adobe, E-001621243, inquiring about the use of data from custom audience sources for these purposes. We were informed that it was not possible.However, upon analyzing the settings under Configurations > Data Sources, we saw that it's possible to create a field group and select custom audiences and their derived fields within it. Again, these are sporadic cases and will always be handled this way.Our questions are:Is this considered a good practice by Adobe?Could we encounter future problems using this custom data in a journey?If this is not a viable option, do
I am brand new to Fusion and am needing to develop a scenario that will find all the Programs that have an empty field. Will the current workflow of proofs (making mark-ups, sending for approvals, etc.) be discontinued and the new workflow of the document approvals be the new process soon? We really use proof approvals because it's the best process for us instead of one-off approvals. Thanks so much!
