Hi,I'm creating a segment to identify cases where there are no visits after a specific pageBut as I was testing it, something strange came up.Here are the conditions I tried: 1.Page AThenexclude(Page exists) 2.Page AThen within 1 page viewexclude(Page exists) 3.Page AThen within 2 page viewsexclude(Page exists) The results for all three cases above are exactly the same. The data should all be different, so I don't understand why they're the same. Shouldn't the data for ' after 1 page view' and 'within 1 page view' be the same?Page AThen after 1 page viewexclude(Page exists) I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.
I'm using AEM with the SitemapScheduler configuration to generate sitemaps on a scheduled basis. I've set up the scheduler with the following configuration: { "scheduler.name": "Practice Daily Sitemap Scheduler", "scheduler.expression": "* * * * *", "searchPath": "/content/practice/us" } However, sitemaps are not being generated in /var/sitemaps, and I can't access them via the expected URLs. I've enabled on-demand sitemap generation, which is working fine. I've also ensured that the configuration file is placed under config.publish. Can someone help me identify why the scheduler isn't working as expected?my crx de of author is : my crx de of publish is : when i turn on on demand sitemap generation it is getting generated like this : which is alrightthe only problem is with the sitemap schedulerplease help me i have waited for one hour and still cannot see the sitemap Note : I am using aem as a cloud service sdk
I am slowly developing our instance as we grow. Our Workfront instance started with just a handful of in-house creatives who owned projects, but now includes a larger marketing team where Program Managers own projects. This is a very new change for us and I am wondering the best way to view in reports how many projects a single designer is currently assigned to. Has anyone else made a larger change like this OR how do you currently track something like this? There is no right or wrong answer, at this point I just need to gather lots of ideas!

For professionals who have worked hands-on with both Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), this truly feels like a “wow” moment , seeing Campaign Orchestrated features come alive in AJO is like watching two powerful worlds come together. It’s a thoughtful blend of the proven, robust capabilities of Adobe Campaign and the modern, intelligent, and real , time sophistication of AJO. If you’re already familiar with Adobe Campaign terminologies such as target dimension, enrichment, or preview results, you’ll find it intuitive to explore these new orchestrated features in AJO. What Do “AJO Orchestrated Campaigns” Mean for Clients Using Adobe Campaign or AJO (or Both)? For organizations currently using AJO, Adobe Campaign v7, Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), or Campaign v8, these advancements open new opportunities for optimization, innovation, and seamless transformation. Hello all, I work for a company who uses designer to build forms & I am the designer. I have a dynamic pdf form that has a qr code that has been created and is printing the user attributes incorrectly. You would think the qr code output would print correctly because the Hierarchy is in order per each field as well as the Collection List. Everything checked is within this list. To make matters even more confusing is that there is a previous file that worked & it's identical to the file that I'm working on: Collection List, Hierarchy, the value of the barcode which is (Automatic Scripting, Delimited format, Pipe, UTF-8 Char. Encoding, etc.) Everything is identical. Why is one field out of order when this barcode is printed?!? I don't know what else to do, could someone help.
Introduction A common challenge for organizations implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is delivering relevant data to different teams. Marketing teams need campaign performance metrics, product teams require user behavior insights, and customer experience teams focus on journey analysis and friction points. One solution lies in strategically configuring Data Views as the flexible layer that transforms raw data into actionable business insights. Data Views in CJA allow administrators to curate data presentations for specific business contexts without duplicating underlying data or creating siloed analytics implementations. By configuring Data Views for different stakeholder needs, organizations maximize their analytics investment while ensuring each team accesses insights tailored to their requirements. These Data Views also power multiple egress destinations beyond Analysis Workspace, including Excel Report Builder, Adobe Analytics Mobile App, BI SQL extension, Full T
Did you find this Q4 update useful? Honestly, if we can't add custom columns, this feature doesn't really add much value, it just ends up confusing non-admin users. Columns toggle on/off was enough for native fields.and just curious, why is it called 'All Requests', wouldn't 'All Columns' make more sense? Am I missing something?
Resolve Microsoft Word List Copy-Paste Issues in AEM RTE by @mukeshyadav_ Overview The RTE component in AEM has mainly two paste modes (wordhtml and plaintext). Plain text mode scraps all the mark-up as the mode name suggests. While “wordhtml” keeps the markups and works well for most of the tags. But when authors copy any list (ordered / unordered) from Microsoft Word document ( Desktop application ) and try to paste in RTE directly, it doesn’t paste it well. It creates individual <p> tags with dot (.) and 6 span tags instead of ul or ol as shown below. Solution: To resolve this, the JavaScript of the OOTB EditToolsPlugin was customized -: Create a custom clientlibs for the RTE, applying it specifically to the RTE component. Override the EditToolsPlugin.js to intercept the paste operation, clean MS Word formatting, and convert the list to proper <ul> or <ol> tags while preserving other styles (bold,

(There has been an opt-in opportunity over the past year, so I know some of you have already adopted.) For those who have not yet adopted, my understanding is that Unified Approvals and Document Approvals are two different objects. The reports that you create for document approvals will not cease working immediately upon transition because for a while, you'll have two different types of document approvals in the system -- your new unified ones and your old doc approval ones. However, you will notice that new approvals will not show up on these reports. With that in mind, I'd like to open up a discussion space below. (I'll move it into the discussion area on Monday, just that

Introduction As an Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) product administrator, you might wonder how much Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) knowledge your role requires. While CJA is built on AEP, becoming an AEP expert isn't necessary to administer CJA effectively. However, understanding key AEP concepts can significantly enhance your CJA experience and overall capabilities across the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC). CJA and AEP share a deeply interconnected, mutually beneficial relationship. CJA harnesses AEP's data management and integration capabilities to provide comprehensive analysis. This synergy offers a holistic view of customer interactions across various touchpoints, platforms, and channels. By leveraging AEP's data foundation, CJA delivers a more nuanced and accurate picture of customer behavior and preferences. Given this close connection, it's also vital for CJA administrators to maintain strong communication with their AEP counterparts. Regular collaboration ensures that
Hello Adobe Community,I'm encountering an issue with the Rich Text component in AEM when adding a tel: hyperlink.Scenario:I add a hyperlink with the format tel:+1234567890 in the Rich Text component's dialog. After clicking "Done," the link behaves as expected on the page, opening the prompt to initiate a call when clicked. The link is also correctly stored in the repository as tel:+1234567890.Problem:When I reopen the dialog to edit the link, the hyperlink is stripped, and the text appears as plain text, losing the hyperlink functionality in the dialog.Interestingly, if I use tel:1234567890 (without the +), the link is preserved when reopening the dialog.Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards,Aravind Yesugari

Challenges in the World of AnalyticsIn a world with rising access to and volume of data, knowing how to manage and process it effectively becomes a competitive advantage for organizations. While most companies say that their usage of and investments in analytics and AI is on the rise (McKinsey 2024), the capabilities of business are mostly not equipped to handle the complexity that comes with it. Two main causes for the lack of these capabilities are: 1. missing data and AI literacy (Data Camp 2024) of non-data/AI oriented employees, and 2. the lack of skilled specialists, e.g. data analyst or data scientists, who can compensate for the lack of organizational data and AI literacy (PwC 2024). For leaders trying to bring their digital products to market, validate product/market fit and gather millions of data points, these limitations are a serious risk. It leads to a situation in which companies can’t get the insights from their data and cannot train models for their purposes as f
If you are a data analyst and your business uses adobe analytics as the web analytics tool. You will often come across a use case where you need to send raw data or hit-level data to either S3, GCP, or Azure Aws. You need to run a lot of queries to validate raw hit-level data or visualize the data or to combine this data with other data sourcesHere are sample SQL queries you can bookmark to run queries for different use cases.Note: Hits normally excluded from Adobe Analytics are included in data feeds. Use exclude_hit = 0 to remove excluded hits from queries on raw data. Data sourced data are also included in data feeds. If you want to exclude data sources, exclude all rows with hit_source = 5,7,8,91. To Calculate the Bounce rate SELECT (COUNT (( CONCAT (post_visid_high, post_visid_low, visit_num, visit_start_time_gmt)) WHERE visit_page_num = '1')/ (COUNT(( CONCAT(post_visid_high, post_visid_low, visit_num, visit_start_time_gmt)) * 100) as bounce_rate FR
I think we all have plenty of these! I want to hear from you all! Maybe Adobe product will take notice and put in fixes for some of them. Or worst case, at least we learn that others are in the same boat and can commiserate, or maybe we can offer each other suggestions! My biggest complaint is how awful Adobe analytics does on a mobile device. Not talking about the mobile reports - those work great! But if I try to open Adobe admin or workspace on a mobile device - terrible interface. I would really love to be able to click on an anomaly alert in my inbox and be able to see the graph straight from that click. It's impossible right now to tell how the data looks.
Hey y'all I'm posing a question to the Community to help the plethora of newcomers I've met at recent Scale & WUG events lately: During your Workfront journey, what is the one thing you discovered that gave you an a-ha moment? 🤩 I've had a few in the past decade and will add mine to the comments below but I'm hoping we can make a this of gems for others to explore and discover earlier in their journey. This could be something really simple like an basic feature (boards view in a project) you didn't know about, or something truly advanced like collection reporting.
