Hi I have a requirement in which we are maintaining multiple metadata schema for assets and now based on the folder metadata schema we have different search forms(search schema). Has anyone implemented this for aem cloud service to load the search forms(search schema) based on folder on which search is being performed. my idea is to create a service that will read the folder metadata schema and provide the path for appropriate search forms to load but not able to find the way to invoke this custom service class to override the OOTB search form load. Default search form path is stored on /libs/dam/content/seatchpanel node as jcr property predicatepath=“dam/search/facets/assests” and this property is being read on /libs/cq/gui/components/coral/common/admin/searchpanel/searchpanel.jsp on line 48 as String predicatePath = cog.get(“predicatePath”, String.class); any help is really appreciated.

Hi All, We are currently using AEM workflow send email process step to send emails in our org. I am trying to extend com.adobe.fd.workflow.email.SendEmailStep class in my project so that I can leverage lot of functionalities that this class provides but no luck so far. SendEmailStep uses OOTB SMTP mail service and I want to use graph mail service instead of smtp. I have added the following dependency in my project parent and core pom but no use.<dependency> <groupId>com.adobe.aemfd</groupId> <artifactId>aemfd-client-sdk</artifactId> <version>6.0.968</version></dependency> Thanks,Vishal
Hello team, We are performing a full-text search query on /content/mysite that returns results for all pages (cq:Page) containing the specified search term within their properties. The query functions correctly for child nodes up to level 4 for any given page. However, it fails to retrieve search terms from nodes located deeper than level 4 under the jcr:content node. For instance, I identified a text component at /content/mysite/us/en/home/test-page/jcr:content/bootstrap-template/container/bootstrap_grid/bs-container-0/bootstrap_grid_889394484/bs-container-0/text_1226911357_copy (this component is at level 7 after jcr:content). I updated the text property with the term “testingtheindexes”. When I executed a full-text query for this term using the query builder, it returned 0 results. At the same time, running the same query for a component at level 3 after jcr:content yielded the expected result.Upon further investigation, we discovered that the include aggregate configurations at

Want to know what your team is up to? We built this dashboard to give you insight into your direct reports’ work and play (time off). From understanding your team’s workload, to viewing the projects they own, to analyzing cycle time, there is a lot of valuable data to be uncovered. This is sure to be a crowd-pleaser with your managers!A few things to note:The reports on the dashboard have been built to support the needs of a wide audience and it is likely that you will need to change filters, views, and groupings on some reports to better meet your organization’s needs. All these reports contain a filter that provides results for the logged in user’s direct reports in Workfront. You may not need all the reports, so feel free to remove them. All reports have tags in their descriptions for searchability: #peoplemanager Finally, we recommend making copies of these reports before editing in case you want to go back to the original reports. Hello, I have set up a webhook according to this page Webhooks and AEM Events | Adobe Experience Manager. In the developer console I have added the I/O Managment API and have configured the event registration on AEM Sites to the webhook to receive all events related to content fragments on my site. I am able to manually send sample events on the developer Console and they are received by the webhook. However, when I make a change in Experience Manager, such as creating or modifying a content fragment, nothing happens on the side of the webhook. I am trying to figure out potential problems such as maybe the site isn't configured for events and would appreciate any assistance on where to look to help solve this problem. Thank you

At the request of some other posters here in the Community, here are some learnings from my first build of a custom Workfront to Jira integration using Fusion. All comments reference Jira Cloud, and reflect my candid, hopefully amusing, learnings from this trial project. Why did we not use the native Workfront to Jira integration? This article is what I send out to our internal teams when they ask if I’ll configure it for them. https://www.putitforward.com/how-to-integrate-workfront-and-jira#toc-challengeswhenconnectingworkfronttojira Also: Per Adobe Support, the connection user must be a full admin account and I operate on the principle of least-privilege. Unmonitored accounts should never be administrator level. (That’s my soapbox, and I’m staying on it.) 20/20 Hindsight – What would I do differently? Build a bigger POC – When I did my initial feasibility assessment, I thought I’d be able to use the existing connectors included in Fusion that are pre

Session Details During this AEM GEMs webinar, we will show how you can get the most out of adding your own private GitHub repository in Cloud Manager. We will start with the repository onboarding, which will now allow you to directly link the GitHub repository to your Cloud Manager pipelines, eliminating the need to consistently sync your code with the Adobe repository. Then we want to showcase how this feature allows you to shift-left your testing process, bringing the Cloud Manager code quality checks at pull request level before the code is merged. This way, as an AEM developer, you would be able to identify the issues that would have failed your Cloud Manager build sooner in your development cycle. Housekeeping details: Duration: 60 minutes including 10 minutes of Q&A Audience: Customers, Partners, and Adobe Employees Recording and slides will be made available to the public after the session The session is free of charge, registration will be required Session Recording Ses
Pulling Private Dependencies with Cloud Manager by Preficient Abstract For customer’s using Adobe Managed Services, Cloud Manager has become the de facto system for deploying code to their Adobe Experience Manager environments. Among Cloud Manager’s many deficiencies is the inability to fetch artifacts from private remote repositories. The good news is there’s a workaround for internet-facing artifact repositories. Unfortunately, non-internet facing artifact repositories are not supported as Cloud Manager spins up Docker containers to run the actual build process and they do not support a pool of IPs or virtual networks for the containers. According to feedback from Adobe, the Cloud Manager team is waiting on a feature from Microsoft Azure to allow all Cloud Manager Containers to be assigned an IP address out of a defined range. Once this feature is added to Azure, AMS will be able to provide an IP range to allow access to the artifact server. Connecting to a Private Artifact Reposi
Hi,i set up sign in via azure ad b2c in AEM. I oriented on this example implementation: https://www.albinsblog.com/2021/12/enable-user-authentication-for-aem-websites-azureadb2c-oauth.htmlThe implementation is basically working. Now i have to call a 3rd party API and pass the authentication token. Does anyone know how i can access the token of the currently logged in user in order to use it for the http requests which are sent from the AEM backend? Also to me it is unclear if i can use the refresh token in order to retrieve a new access token as it seems that only the access token is stored.Another question i have if i can use the claims in the JWT instead of closed user group as a mechanism to restrict user access to certain areas of my website. Any suggestions or documentation regarding these topics would be useful for me.Thank you.
Friends - we are way down our process path to using the Box integration with our Workfront instance. My 'final' testing on Friday I hit a huge snag / roadblock. Although I figured out a work around, I wanted to see if anyone else here uses Box + Workfront together. Specifically, 'how' you do so from your process perspective. Can anyone lend a gal a hand? I miss our vocal community so even if you can't.....reply and say hi!

My custom Metadata is not appearing in the AEM Cloud environment. I have created custom metadata schemas and want to install them through the cloud manager pipeline. I kept all the changes in below location ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root/conf/global/settings/dam/adminui-extension/metadataschema It is properly deployed in my local AEM SDK and I could see all my metadata schemas but when I installed the same code in AEM cloud, I didn't see the metadata schema at all. I tried to see what is installed but I don't see any nodes inside /conf (even being administrator). Can anyone tell where it is working in the local AEM SDK and why it is not working in the AEM cloud? Do I need to do anything special to make it work in the AEM cloud ?

HI,I watched a You Tube video "Adobe AEP and CJA Implementation Speed Run by Jimalytics" and I'm a little confused. When he created the data stream, he didn't select any services. I thought you would have to select "Adobe Experience Platform" as a service to enable services like CJA, RTCDP AJO, to have access to the data? All he did was go to CJA after and create a connection with data set he created. What am I missing? Thanks!
