Description - When using Week of Year as a dimension, I'd like the weeks to default to sorting in chronological order (the same behavior as week) Why is this feature important to you - I can't build out a dashboard for clients and break out by week number, which they'd prefer, if the table is sorted by metric value. How would you like the feature to work - when breaking out by time/date dimensions, such as week of year, the dimension items should be sorted in chronological order (not by metric order) Current Behaviour - the table is sorted by the value of the first metric, leading to week numbers being jumbled up.
The creator/owner of a segment should be able to share edit access to others (not just read-only access). We have teams of analysts that share responsibility for reporting. When one of them creates a segment, their teammates can't get access to subsequently edit that segment. Example: Some time after a segment is created, an issue is identified, or a request is made to update the segment definition. Within the team responsible for maintaining the reporting, currently *ONLY* the original author of the segment can make updates to it. If they're unavailable due to workload or they're out of the office, the request can't be transferred to another team member. The owner should be able to share edit access across their team so that a peer can pick up the work.
Feature Request Description: The current report suite data from Adobe Analytics is presented in a two-column tabular format, which includes the data type and its associated details. For instance, one row might display "Conversion Variable" alongside details such as "Conversion Variable 6. Status: Disabled". This format lacks complexity, making it challenging to parse individual attributes into separate columns without advanced Excel or Python skills.Importance of the Feature: Digital Marketing professionals, who are the primary users of Adobe Analytics, typically do not possess advanced technical skills in Excel or Python. Therefore, the current data format can be a significant barrier to effectively utilizing the analytics data.Suggested Improvement: To enhance usability, I recommend that the data in the second column be separated by a delimiter, allowing for easier parsing and manipulation of the data into distinct columns. This change would greatly facilitate the anal

Description - Create a new user group setting to restrict users to create( read only ) segments and calculated metrics but able to change report suiteWhy is this feature important to you - Currently if an organisation has multi brands and we have multi report suites. We want certain users to have read only access to segments but at the same time able to change report suites. As of today there is no combination setting like thisHow would you like the feature to work - I would like to have a user group setting that would enable me to customize the settings as I need as aboveCurrent Behaviour - There is only restrictive setting which does not let users change report suites too
Description - Add Admin setting to prevent users from moving Tasks that have logged Hours tied to it. There already exist settings to prevent users to delete hours with logged hours here and here. We need to be able to configure a similar setting but with respect to the ability to move a task from one project to another with logged hours. Why is this feature important to you - Without this feature, users are able to move a Task with logged Hours from one Project to another and the Hours get stuck in a state where they stay with the original Project but are no longer tied to a Task. We leverage meta-data on Tasks when reporting on Hours so it's critical that all Hours are tied to a Task. How would you like the feature to work - Ideally this works similar to the settings that manages whether users can delete Tasks with logged Hours, except we want to prevent them from being able to move tasks with logged Hours. Current Behaviour - When a user attempts to move a
Description -Would like the ability to duplicate an expense entry (much like we have the duplicate function for tasks)Current Behaviour We have expenses that are exactly the same within projects but must be split into separate expense entries for each location. Some such expenses may have 10 locations. Right now we enter 10 different expenses.
Description - To get some order into dashboards, I sometimes use a Text visualization. Unfortunately its title must have at least one character text in itWhy is this feature important to you - Make dashboards more cleaned up without the need to add a character like "."How would you like the feature to work - Allow no text (see screenshots)Current Behaviour - When the "Text" is removed and confirmed, it snaps back to "Text" Select TextDelete text Meh!
Description - When attempting to access AEM assets through WF documents section, if an asset is not available, then it should show the appropriate HTTP code instead of generic 404Why is this feature important to you - It will speed up the debugging process and give feedback on why asset retrieval failed. How would you like the feature to work - When a user clicks on the preview of a document that is an AEM asset, and they are not authorised, they will encounter 401 error with appropriate error message. When a user clicks on the preview of a document that is an AEM asset, and the AEM instance is not functioning, it will show the 500 error.Current Behaviour - You just get the 404 error.
We need our activity-related smart lists to be able to differentiate between a call attempt and a call connect based on the value the salesperson enters in the Task Type field (e.g. "Call" for an attempt and "Call Connect" if an actual conversation occurs). Having "Type" available as a constraint in the Activity was Logged filter would enable us to do this.
Description - In a displays settings, have the ability to display individual data-point totals. For example, this will allow an analyst to display the totals for each bar in a chart (see image). In the display settings you could set the display to be in top, or inside the bar top. when the width of the chart is decreased, the totals will begin to show only every other bar, and eventually only the max/min as the display grows skinnier. can apply to vertical bars, horizontal bars, lines, and areas Why is this feature important to you - easier digestion of the data for leadership. I have seen in many cases they will hover over individual bars, but this would be easier if they were already displayed. How would you like the feature to work -See explanation above.Current Behaviour -you have to hover your cursor or just select max/min for lines.
Description - As a Fusion Developer, I would like the ability to manage my scenario versions. Why is this feature important to you - Currently, Fusion devs can only add notes per module and we can only view changes by reverting and comparing. It's very cumbersome. How would you like the feature to work - It can be very basic to start. It should allow developers to understand what has been modified, added, or removed between different versions of the blueprints. It should allow side-by-side diffs, inline diffs, historical comparisons, and notes. For notes, it should allow Commit Messages when making changes, a change log generation that is easier to read (right now we only have the history), As a bonus, issue tracking would also be great.Current Behavior - Currently, Fusion devs can only add notes per module and we can only view changes by reverting and comparing.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - The visuals in Workfront under the Gantt section are not visually easy to work with. Right now my team will use Microsoft project to get the visual and because it is easier to set up the project and then upload into Workfront. Why should we have Workfront if they are doing the Work in Microsoft? Also, Microsoft project works a lot like Excel when it comes to filling a series. For example: you have a user that is responsible for multiple tasks. Microsoft project lets you fill and copy down. Workfront makes you go into edit mode in order to do that. Just an extra step. My feedback: study Microsoft Project and look at the visuals that they created and how easy it is to quickly fill in names and other items.
I have a suggestion for a user experience enhancement to help Admins by giving them the ability to associate users to a Job Role from the Job Role setup page.It seems logical that you’d be able to create a new job role and want to immediately assign/remove people to that job role in the setup area, but currently, you can’t do that.As an Admin this could be a time saver and a quick reference to manage user assignments to the job role without having to click into individual user profiles for each change. Currently you can only add/remove/edit the Job Role itself. You can't manage the users associated with that Job Role from the Setup area.
Description - The feature request is to be able to split traffic evenly no matter how many experiences/variations you have. For example if you have 4 Target splits traffic 25/25/25/25. But if you have 6 Target doesn’t allow for decimal places and is effectively giving the control (or Experience A) 20% traffic and then splitting the rest evenly 16%. But really it should be 16.67% for all six (with technically one at 16.65%), but a difference of 0.02% is negligible unless we're talking about hundreds of millions of visitors, whereas a difference of 4% is much larger (20% control traffic - 16% other variations). So a rounding to 2 decimal points with a tweak to round to 100 for one experience is acceptable and done by other testing tools. Why is this feature important to you - Because if we want to split traffic evenly, which is standard practice, we should be able to, regardless of the amount of experiences/variations. How would you like the feature to work - Detailed
Would love to see Report Builder available for the Mac. Out of my last 3 jobs, I've only been able to use it once for this reason. Not willing to get a PC just for Report Builder, but it would be huge to begin using this tool once again.
Description - Allow Powerpoint Proofs to show speaker notesdWhy is this feature important to you - We work with a number of project using PowerPoints that need to be reviewed in the native format with speaker notes. WF doesn't currently have the ability to upload a PPT in its native format and be able to view the speaker notes. This is a critical ask for us, and I know others have asked for this as well. How would you like the feature to work - Make speaker notes visible in Powerpoint proofsCurrent Behaviour - Only slide view is shown
Description - Currently, the steps in which visualizations in the Analysis Workspace can be resized, are way too big. Sometimes, it would be amazing if e.g., a summary number can be resized a tad bit to make the title readable withou increasing the size to 25% or whatever it is. Vice versa, sometimes it would also be super to make these summary numbers smaller. Why is this feature important to you - For more dashboard flexibility and efficiency of used dashboard spaceHow would you like the feature to work - Just reduce the distance between the snap points to e.g. 5% stepsCurrent Behaviour - The component resizing typically ends up ina) crazy bigb) way too small
It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a "Preset" of a combination of filter view group settings. rather than changing all 3 per project when I navigate to a different project.
Allow the ability to Favorite views you use often. As an administrator, I create many custom views for others and they clutter up the list of views I often use.
Description - Proof Reporting is very limited and we are not able to create a proofing dashboard for our team that includes all required aspects. Why is this feature important to you - Our teams are not able to successfully see what is or isn't left to proof, the sync for the Proof Document report is not consistent and our teams are left with proofs on their dashboard that complete but they can't remove them (constantly clicking on them to review already completed proofs)How would you like the feature to work - Reporting needs enhance so you can join reports and not isolate it to one object. We have had to dance around this with Fusion and it is costing us time and money.Current Behaviour - Proof reporting is limited, inability to pull in additional objects into the reports.
Description - I'd like to address an issue with the current settings in Workfront Fusion regarding webhooks. Currently, webhooks have the capability to accept multiple executions simultaneously. However, it would be beneficial to have a setting where we can restrict webhooks to only accept one execution at a time, particularly for scenarios where duplicate records can be created. For example, in our "Watch for Record" module for Salesforce opportunities, the webhook triggers with each occurrence. While we have implemented a check to prevent duplication, the parallel execution of multiple instances can still result in duplicate records. It would be advantageous to have the ability to configure webhooks to accept only one execution at a time when necessary. This would help streamline processes and minimize the risk of duplicate data. Why is this feature important to you - Chances of duplication of records increases when run parallely at the same time. How would you like the feature to w
It would be ever so useful if we were able to export whole dashboard in pdf. At the moment we are able to export single reports which makes our work harder. And we need to play about to get it in pdf through printing options. It would be so useful feature.
Description - Allow thumbnail to be shown in task list (on a project) for documents uploaded to a taskWhy is this feature important to you - Since Workfront is not supporting bulk editing, bulk approval, etc. on documents, we are using tasks to represent each document on a project. That way, we can bulk edit / approve documents. Each task has one document attached to it, the issue is that there is no option to allow thumbnail to be shown for documents uploaded to that task. How would you like the feature to work - Ideally, a document thumbnail would be available in a project view for tasks. E.g. on https://customer.my.workfront.com/project/XYZ123/tasks view the thumbnail would be available and a preview image of the document attached to that task would be shown. I assume that if there are multiple images uploaded on a document, just one random would be shown or none - that depend's on Adobe's ability to implement this function, but if there is just 1 document upload
I work on the project coordination team (marketing operations) at my organization. We each schedule hundreds of projects per year for over 40 healthcare facilities worldwide. Something that users tend to struggle with is tagging someone directly when they send an update,EXAMPLE: " @ John Smith : New photos have been added to the client doc folder" etc. They can't seem to grasp how important it is to tag someone directly when you are requesting action from directing info to someone specifically. I feel like it would be really helpful if a reminder would pop up when you click on "send" - something like "You haven't tagged anyone in this conversation. Are you sure you want to continue?".
